Abstract

Two superposed films (1,2) are simultaneously wound, each metalised on one side . The metalised side of one film is in contact with the non-metallised side of the other. The films are wound around a support (3,10,12,14) until a reel (4) made up of a predetermined number of turns is formed. Then, the reel (4) is separated from the corresp. support. At least one capacitive rod (6) is thus created extending rectilinearly. The gauge of the rod is identical to that of the reel (4). Either before or after separation, the metallisation of longitudinal end faces (6a) of the rod (6) is performed. The metallised rod (6) is transversely sheared to produce individual capacitors (9), each of a predetermined capacitance.
