Abstract

The valve comprises a hollow valve body including an intake port and at least one exit port. A valve stem has a wiping portion rotatable within the hollow valve body. The wiping portion is capable of opening, partly shutting or shutting the exit port when being turned into or out of alignment w.r.t the exit port. A handle is secured with the valve stem and capable of being turned to adjust the relative position of the wiping portion and the exit port. The valve stem includes an upper section provided with external teeth. The handle includes a downwardly extending cylindrical portion provided with internal teeth for engaging with the external teeth of the upper section of the valve stem to lock the two members causing them to rotate together.
