1525271 Gas discharge display panels PANEL TECHNOLOGY Inc 18 July 1975 [10 Oct 1974 (2)] 30223/75 Heading H1D In a gas discharge display panel, e.g. of the alphanumeric segmentation type as described or the crosspoint matrix type, at least the cathode electrodes within the sealed envelope are printed on the dielectric substrate with a conductive ink which contains a sputter resistant material in powder form which is silicon carbide or, nickel boride, or tungsten boride or chromium boride or molybdenum boride or molybdenum disilicide. These materials in powder form may be incorporated into conductive silver paste inks and printed by conventional stencil screen printing processes. In the process of sealing the display panel spacer beads may be incorporated in a fusible glass frit to provide the desired spacing of the substrates, as claimed in divisional Specification 1,525,272.
