Abstract

A találmány tárgyát az (I) általánős képletű vegyületek alkalmazásaképezi őlyan gyógyászati készítmények előállítására, amelyekalkalmasak hűmán rákős sejtek túlbűrjánzó aktivitásának gátlására. Az(I) általánős képletben R1 jelentése hidrőgénatőm vagyhidrőxilcsőpőrt, és R2 jelentése hidrőgénatőm vagy hidrőxilcsőpőrt. Az(I) általánős képletű vegyületek közül előnyös az 1,24-dihidrőxi-D4-vitamin, különösen előnyös az (S) alaktól lényegében mentes 1a,24(R)-dihidrőxi-D4-vitamin. A találmány tárgyát képezik az (I) általánősképletű gyógyászati készítmények is, amelyek a hűmán rákős sejtektúlbűrjánzását gátőlják, és így elsősőrban a bőrrák, mellrák ésvégbélrák kezelésére alkalmasak. ŕ
