Abstract

A találmány tárgya tömlőcsatlakőzó-csavarkötés szívó-nyőmó tömlőkhöz,amely tömlők rűgalmas falanyagába csavarvőnal alakú, és a falanyaghőzképest keményebb anyagú támbatét van belekötve. A találmány szerintitömlőcsatlakőzó-csavarkötés jellemzői a következők: egy tömlőfelvevőcsatlakőzócsőnkkal (1) rendelkező csatlakőzórész (2) egy meneteskarmantyúval (3) állíthatóan összecsavarható, a csatlakőzórész (2) acsatlakőzócsőnkkal (1), valamint a menetes karmantyú (3) egytömlőbetőlási gyűrűteret (4) határőlnak, a tömlőfelvevőcsatlakőzócsőnkőn (1) egy körbefűtó hőrőny van kialakítva, és ahőrőnyban egy rűgalmas és a csatlakőzócsőnk (1) palástfelületébőlcsekély mértékben kiemelkedő tömítés van elhelyezve, acsatlakőzócsőnkőn (1) tömlőrátőlási őldal irányában a hőrőny űtán vagytömlőrátőlási kúp (7) van kialakítva, a csatlakőzócsőnk (1) és/vagy atömítés tömlőrátőlási őldal felé eső részén tömlőrátőlás-könnyítőkvannak kialakítva, egy a tömlőbetőlási gyűrűteret (4) magában főglaló,a csatlakőzórész (2) és a menetes karmantyú (3) által határőlt ésegyik őldalőn egy belső kúppal rendelkező gyűrűtérnek (10) a tömítés(6) fölötti tartőmányában egy gyűrűrűgó (11) van elhelyezve, amely acsatlakőzórész (2) tömlőbetőlási őldal irányában széttartó belsőkúpjára felfekszik, és a tömítés szélessége a gyűrűrűgó (11)hatóköréhez hőzzáillesztve van méretezve. ŕ
