Abstract

The proposed product comprises an outer cover (1) and within it, an absorbent pad (2). The outer cover is provided with fixing elements (4) which fit around the waist. It is also provided with elasticated bands (9), which fit around the tights. In some cases the waist fixing (5) is also provided with elastic parts (3). The replaceable pad (2) is attached to the outer cover (1) by means of velcro and/or adhesive strips. The edges of the pad which fit around the tights are raised to form barriers (8). The back of the pad is preferably provided with a fixing surface, to attach the pad (2) to the outer cover (1).
