Abstract
A találmány tárgyát képezi Moraxella catarrhalisból származó BASB027-polipeptid, az ezt kódoló polinukleotid, a polinukleotidot tartalmazórekombináns anyagok, és eljárások ezek előállítására. A találmánytárgyát képezi továbbá a találmány szerinti polipeptidet vagypolinukleotidot egy gyógyászatilag alkalmas hordozóval együtttartalmazó vakcinakészítmény. A találmány tárgyát képezi továbbáeljárás Moraxella catarrhalis okozta fertőzés diagnosztizálására,amely során a találmány szerinti polipeptidet vagy a polipeptidreimmunológiailag specifikus ellenanyagot mutatják ki a fertőzöttegyedből származó mintában. A találmány szerinti polipeptid és/vagypolinukleotid állatban immunválasz kiváltására szolgáló gyógyszerkészítésére alkalmazható. A találmány szerinti polipeptiddel szembentermelt ellenanyag humán betegek Moraxella catarrhalis okoztafertőzéseinek kezelésére szolgáló gyógyászati készítménybenalkalmazható. Ó
