Abstract

A találmány cinkezett vagy ötvözött/cinkezettacélkötegek korrózió elleni védelmére vonatkozik, amelyre az jellemző,hogy a cinkezett vagy ötvözött/cinkezett acélköteget vizeskezelőoldattal érintkezésbe hoznak 1,5 és 3,5 közötti pH-tartományban,amely 1-20 g/l mangán(II)-iont és 1-150 g/I foszfátiont tartalmaz ésaz oldatot közti öblítés nélkül beszárítják. Fakultative az oldat mégtartalmaz: 10 g/l-ig cinkionokat, 10 g/l-ig nikkelionokat, 20 g/l-igtitánionokat, 50 g/l szilíciumot szilíciumvegyületek formájában, 30g/l-ig fluoridionokat, 150 g/l-ig egy vagy több polimer vagy kopolimerpolimerizálható karbonsavat az akrilsav, a metakrilsav, a maleinsav ésezek 1-6 szénatomos alkoholokkal alkotott észterei közül. Továbbá atalálmány vonatkozik a megfelelően kezelt fémkötegekre. Ó

Claims (6)

  1. Szabadalmi igénypontok
    1. Eljárás cinkezett vagy ötvözött/cinkezett acélfürdők korrózióvédelméhez, azzal jellemezve, hogy a cinkezett vagy az ötvözött/cinkezett acélfürdöket érintkezésbe hozzuk 1,5 - 3,5 pHtartományban vizes kezelőoldattal, amely
    1-20 g/l mangán (ll)-iont és
    1-150 g/l foszfátiont tartalmaz, és az oldatot beszárítjuk közbenső öblítés nélkül.
  2. 2. Az 1.igénypont szerinti eljárás, azzal jellemezve, hogy a kezelőoldat még egyet vagy többet tartalmaz a következő komponensek közül:
    10 g/l-ig cinkionokat,
    10 g/l-ig nikkelionokat,
    20 g/l-ig titánionokat,
    50 g/l-ig szilíciumot szilícium-vegyületek formájában,
    30 g/l-ig fluoridionokat,
    150 g/l-ig egy vagy több polimert vagy kopolimert foglal magában a polimerizálható karbonsavak, így az akrilsav, a metakrilsav, a maleinsav és ezek 1 - 6 szénatomos alkoholokkal alkotott észterei közül.
  3. 3. Az 1. és 2. igénypontok egyike vagy mindegyike szerinti eljárás, azzal jellemezve, hogy a kezelőoldat hőmérséklete 20 C° és 40 C° közötti tartományban van.
  4. 4. Az 1 - 3. igénypontok egyike vagy mindegyike szerinti eljárás, azzal jellemezve, hogy a kezelőoldatot 1 - 6 másodperc behatási időtartam után 60 C° és 120 C° közötti tényleges hőmérsékletnél beszárítjuk.
  5. 5. Fémköteg mangán- és foszfáttartalmú korrózió elleni védőréteggel rendelkező cinkezett vagy olvadék/cinkezett acélból, amelyet olymódon kaphatunk, hogy a fémköteget olyan vizes kezelőoldattal hozzuk érintkezésbe, amelynek a pH-értéke 1,5 és 3,5 közötti tartományban van, amely
    1 - 20 g/l mangán(ll)-iont és
    1-150 g/l foszfátiont tartalmaz, és az oldat közbenső öblítés nélkül beszárad.
  6. 6. Az 5. igénypont szerinti fémköteg, azzal jellemezve, hogy az a mangán- és foszfáttartalmú korrózió elleni védőréteg felett egy vagy több lakkréteget tartalmaz.
