Abstract
A találmány adamantánszármazékokra, azok előállítási eljárására, azazokat tartalmazó gyógyászati készítményekre, a gyógyászatikészítmények előállítására, végül a készítmények gyógyászatban valófelhasználására vonatkozik. A vegyületek P2X7 receptor antgonistahatásuk révén többek között gyulladásellenes hatásúak. A találmányszerinti vegyületek az (I) általános képletnek felelnek meg - aképletben A -CH2- csoportot vagy oxigénatomot jelent, B hidrogénatomotvagy halogénatomot jelent, D -CH2-, -OCH2-, -NHCH2- vagy -CH2CH2-csoportot jelent, és R fenil-, benzotiazolil-, indolil-, indazolil-,purinil-, piridil-, pirimidinil- vagy tiofenil-csoportot jelent,amelyekhez adott esetben egy vagy több azonos vagy eltérőszubsztituens kapcsolódhat, azzal a feltétellel, hogy (i) ha A -CH2-csoportot és ugyanakkor B hidrogénatomot és D -CH2- csoportot jelent,akkor R jelentése csak fenil-, orto-karboxi-fenil-, orto-nitro-fenil-,orto-amino-fenil-, orto-(dimetil-amino-etil)- fenil-, metil-fenil-vagy para-fenoxi-fenil-csoporttól eltérő lehet, (ii) ha A -CH2-csoportot és ugyanakkor B brómatomot és D -CH2- csoportot jelent,akkor R jelentése csak orto-karboxi-fenil-csoporttól eltérő lehet,(iii) ha A -CH2- csoportot és ugyanakkor B hidrogénatomot és D -CH2CH2- csoportot jelent, akkor R jelentése csak fenilcsoporttóleltérő lehet, és (iv) ha A -CH2- csoportot és ugyanakkor D -CH2- vagy-CH2- -CH2- csoportot és R szubsztituált fenilcsoportot jelent, akkora fenilcsoport az orto-helyzetben csak amino-, di-(1-6 szénatomosalkil)-amino-, imidazolil-, morfolinil-, piperidinil- vagypirrolidinilcsoporttal szubsztituált 1-6 szénatomos alkoxicsoporttóleltérő szubsztituenst hordozhat.
