The present invention relates to an advertising carrier device which is provided with a horizontally moving image changing system mechanism.

THE PRIOR ART

The increased demand for advertising surfaces has necessitated the use of increasingly sophisticated, modern solutions that better fit the cityscape. Countless advertising media have spread, from the simplest solutions, such as giant posters, through simple advertising columns to advertising boards and columns with complex technical solutions.

The most well-known, classic advertisements and advertisements that can be placed on advertising columns are made of paper, which makes them exposed to the elements and possible damage. The advertisements placed are replaced at appropriate intervals by gluing them over.

Their major disadvantage is that the poster or advertisement placed on them is only visible in daylight. We first tried to eliminate this deficiency by placing external lights mounted on the poles, but the lights were often damaged and at the same time the costs of using the advertising poles increased relatively disproportionately.

The internally illuminated advertising device was a solution that was more suitable for the needs of the time, which also meant a reform of the advertising columns. Already from the Hungarian patent description registered under registration number 38894 we can learn about an illuminated and rotatable device, the illumination of which is done by a light source placed inside the glass cylinder and the rotation is done by a motor. The disadvantage of the column was that the posters and advertisements could not be replaced in them, and what was once placed inside remained unchanged until the column was dismantled. And because of the glass covering, the column was easily damaged, fragile and could be stopped by external force, thereby damaging the moving and lighting structure.

In the 90s, the so-called double-walled posts and signs appeared, which already represented an aesthetic and safe solution by creating a double wall. These transparent plastic-covered posts were sometimes equipped with internal lighting, further increasing the possibilities of using the posts, the posters became visible day and night and only the competent person could replace the posters.

Later, the columns were sometimes supplemented with running lights and decorative or functional parts, and were combined with telephone booths. Such inventions can be found in patents registered under the numbers FR 8705987/A, US 4961294 and WO 93/24920. A common feature of the columns and signs presented above is that the movement of the posters is carried out in a vertical direction.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Our aim with our invention was to further develop the described advertising columns and signs, i.e. while maintaining and applying the advantageous properties of the devices described so far, to implement a technical solution that results in better attention-grabbing and a relative increase in the useful surface area in such a way that the advertising carrier device is equipped with a horizontally moving image changing system mechanism. In addition to all this, it can be installed quickly and the poster can be placed in it in a simple and clean way.

The task set for our invention was to create an advertising carrier device that increases the specific surface area utilization of previously erected static advertising columns in such a way that the images perform a dynamic horizontal movement, with which movement multiple advertising carriers can be displayed on the same surface as a result of the image change, and the movement also increases attention.

However, horizontal movement, due to the gravity of the material to be wound, causes significantly more problems than the vertical solution used on columns and signs known so far. During horizontal winding, the material can migrate down or even up the winding spindle, which means that the winding roller must tension the advertising carrier material guided through the rollers with the same force in both static and dynamic conditions.

Our invention is based on the recognition that the advertising carrier surface can be replaced not only by moving it vertically from top to bottom within a given advertising carrier unit, column or sign, but also by moving it horizontally. In other words, the advertising carrier surfaces, i.e. posters, can be replaced while attracting greater attention due to the horizontal movement and image change, and making the reading of the inscriptions easier - preferably by moving from left to right.

If the posters move horizontally, their content will be easier to recognize, they will give a cinematic look. Moreover, by moving several posters one after the other in an appropriate way, entire stories can be displayed. Due to the dynamic movement of the posters in the horizontal direction, all of the posters placed on the advertising carrier device become visible through the image change, and even when viewed from one point of view, they will not be so-called.

In the simplest embodiment of our invention, when the advertising carrier is moved horizontally along a flat surface, its constant tension does not require any other technical conditions other than ensuring a continuous pulling force. A more complicated solution is required if we want to guide the advertising carrier horizontally across a curved surface. In this case, two additional conditions must be met. The first is the light transmittance so that the advertising can be illuminated, and the second is the protection of the advertising carrier against sticking.

We have adapted our advertising carrier equipment to the dimensions of the already known B1 (70cm * 200 cm) and the so-called city poster (119 cm * 175 cm) posters so that two or more of them can be placed and rolled up in one advertising carrier equipment unit.

Our present invention, therefore, is an advertising carrier device, which consists of a device for ensuring horizontal movement of the advertising carrier, consisting of a spacer frame structure and rollers connected to its ends, which are provided with a driving mechanism and are also connected to the guiding surface of the spacer frame structure.

It is advantageous to design the device according to our invention in such a way that the moving rollers are releasably attached to the frame structure in a bearing-type manner. A guide pin is connected to the upper horizontal plate of the frame structure via a bearing, on which it is attached to the cylinder via a spacer ring. A spring, attached to the pin between the spacer ring and the bearing, ensures that the cylinder rests on the conical friction disc placed on a vertical pin mounted in a bearing-type manner on the lower horizontal flat plate of the frame through the spacer ring formed conically at the bottom. The spacer rings are releasably attached to the cylinders with screws. The conical friction disc was attached to the pin placed in a bearing mounted screwed to the frame with a pin. The vertical position of the pin in the bearing is ensured by the gear motor recessed from below, the drive shaft of which is fixed to the pin with worm screws. The gear motor is releasably fixed to the frame structure with vertically placed screws through flexible plugs. The advertising poster is wound onto one of the arbitrarily selected rollers, and the other free outer end, guided along the guide surface mounted on the frame, is releasably fixed to the other roller. The method of fixing can be a clamping strap, adhesive or magnetic strip. The guide surface has a layer preventing the adhesion of the advertising poster. This layer must be made of antistatic materials, which can be fabric or other light and air permeable coating. The frame structure is also equipped with a positioning unit, which, by sensing the position of the marking - color or magnetic strip - placed on the advertising poster, can switch its movement.

Furthermore, the embodiment of our invention is advantageous, where the shape of the frame structure is realized in the form of an arch, a semicircle, a cylinder or a full column. In the case of a full column, the frame structure can fill 30-90% of the cylindrical surface of the column.

A further advantageous embodiment of the device according to our invention is when a neon advertising structure running to the frame structure is also connected and is also equipped with a functional assembly mounted to the base, which can be, for example, a bench or other seating arrangement or a flower box. METHODS OF IMPLEMENTING THE INVENTION

Figures 1, 2, 3 and 4 show the curved design of the advertising carrier device, in which the cylinders 1 are releasably attached to the spacer frame structure 2 in a bearing-type manner. The guide pin 5 is connected to the upper horizontal plate of the spacer frame structure 2 via a bearing 6, which is attached to the cylinder 1 via the spacer ring 14. The spring 7 attached to the pin between the spacer ring 14 and the bearing 6 ensures that the cylinder 1 rests on the conical friction disc 13 placed on the vertical pin 9 mounted on the lower horizontal flat plate 10 of the spacer frame structure 2 via the conical spacer ring 15 at the bottom. The spacer rings 15 and 14 are releasably attached to the cylinders 1 with 8 fixing screws. The conical friction disc 13 is fixed to the pin 9 placed in the bearing 10 screwed to the spacer frame section 2 with a pin 11. The vertical position of the pin 9 in the bearing 10 is ensured by the gear motor 4 sunk from below, the drive shaft of which is fixed to the pin 9 with the worm screws 12. The gear motor 4 is releasably fixed to the spacer frame structure 2 with the vertically placed screws 17 through the flexible plugs 16. The 20 advertising carrier (poster) is wound onto a cylinder 1 on one arbitrarily selected side, and the other free outer end is guided along the guide surface 3 mounted on the spacer 2·*’· ·’’· L7 ···* ··· ··· ··· ··· ··· frame structure onto the other cylinder, and is releasably fixed there.

The guide surface 3, which is made of transparent rigid material and screwed to the spacer cross structure 2, is provided with an adhesive barrier 18 at the top and bottom, also made of light-transmitting material, on which the advertising carrier 20 can slide. The spacer frame 2 is provided with a positioner 19 at the bottom, which is attached thereto with a releasable bond.

The advertising carrier device may have a flat, non-curved design, in which the advertising carrier 20 is stretched between the guide rollers, so that the guide surface 3 and the anti-adhesion material 18 are not installed.

The advertising carrier device is self-supporting in terms of its structural design. If the device operates only from nighttime street lighting, it receives power during the day from a battery charged at night.

Another advantage of the device is that a running light, bench, flower pot, or other fixture can be attached to the advertising carrier device and placed on it in a manner that meets environmental requirements.

Of course, our patent is not limited to the solutions presented as examples, but can be implemented in any way within the meaning of the definition in the claims.

Based on the above, it can be seen that the advertising device according to the utility model is very suitable for the appropriate and modern solution of the tasks outlined in the objective, by using multiple advertising methods and the rotating movement of the inner cylinder.

PATENT CLAIMS 1. Advertising carrier device, which is part of a sign or cylindrical column and consists of an outer transparent surface covering, which may also be an openable door, characterized in that the device ensuring the horizontal movement of the advertising carrier consists of a spacer frame structure (2) and tensioning cylinders (1) connected to its ends, which are provided with a driving mechanism (4) and the spacer frame structure (2) is also connected to the guide surface (3). 2. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the spacer frame structure (2) is flat, curved or circular segment-shaped. 3. The device according to claims 1-2, characterized in that the inner side of the outer protective surface is provided with an anti-adhesion material (18). 4. The device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the range of movement speed of the advertising carrier is regulated between 120 cm/sec. 5. The device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the driving mechanism (4) and optionally the running light structure mounted on the top of the advertising carrier device (20) and the lighting body (22) inside it are connected to an internal uninterruptible power supply. 6. The device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the advertising carrier device (20) is provided with a resting or sitting facility, a flower stand and a decorative or functional assembly.
