Abstract

A refrigerated vending cabinet is described which has a lower, chest-type merchandise space (1) and, above it, an upper cabinet-type merchandise space (2). Cold air is conducted through air supply ducts (20, 21, 22, 24) into the two merchandise spaces (1, 2) and air is removed from the merchandise spaces (1, 2) through return air ducts (10, 11, 12, 16). According to the invention, a first common air supply duct (20, 21) extends from an evaporator (31) and branches into a second (24) and a third (22) air supply duct. The second air supply duct (24) leads into the lower merchandise space (1) and the third air supply duct (22) into the upper merchandise space (2). <IMAGE>
