The upper plate with a hole that has a thickness equal to the thickness of the CD-ROM is glued to the lower plate, forming with it a tray for the CD-ROM. In the middle of the tray, an elastic button is glued to the base plate, which has a thickness equal to the thickness of the CD-ROM and a diameter slightly larger than the diameter of the central hole on the CD-ROM. The CD-ROM is placed in the tray so that the central hole is pressed onto an elastic button that prevents it from falling out of the tray and rotating around the central axis.

After inserting the CD-ROM into the tray, the upper side of the case is closed. The closure can be done by gluing an opaque cover plate, on the upper visible side of which a photo, drawing or other graphic representation has been applied. The postcard consists of a two-part case with elastic buttons, a CD-ROM and one or more cover elements.

The case consists of two flat rectangular rigid plates of the same size and of the same or different thickness, which have the length and width of standard postcards. The lower, base plate 1 is solid and the upper, hollow plate 2 has a hole 3, the diameter of which is slightly larger than the diameter of the CD-ROM 4, which is inserted into the case. The upper plate 2, which has a thickness equal to the thickness of the CD-ROM 4, is glued to the lower plate 1, forming with it a tray 5 for the CD-ROM 4. In the middle of the tray 5, an elastic button 6 is glued to the base plate 1, which has a thickness equal to the thickness of the CD. -ROM 4 and the diameter is slightly larger than the diameter of the central hole 7 on the CD-ROM 4.
