Claims (9)
1. Procédé de fabrication d'un alliage métallique liquide-solide comportant:
- amener l'alliage métallique dans le cylindre d'une extrudeuse,
- chauffer l'alliage métallique à une température supérieure à la température du solidus de l'alliage, mais inférieure à la température du liquidus de l'alliage,
- soumettre le métal chauffé à une action de cisaillement dans ladite extrudeuse, ladite extrudeuse comportant 1) une vis tournante, 2) au moins un plateau tournant, ou bien ladite extrudeuse étant une extrudeuse à trajet tourmenté, ladite action de cisaillement étant suffisante pour briser au moins une portion des structures dendritiques de l'alliage métallique pour former une composition d'alliage métallique liquide-solides.
2. Le procédé de la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'alliage métallique est un alliage de magnésium.
3. Le procédé de la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'alliage de magnésium est constitué de 9 % AI, 0,7 % Zn, 0,2 % Mn, le reste étant du magnésium.
4. Le procédé de la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la composition d'alliage métallique liquide-solide contient jusqu'à environ 65 % en poids de solides.
5. Le procédé de l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, incluant l'étape de mouler par injection l'alliage métallique pour former des pièces.
6. Le procédé de l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'extrudeuse à vis est une extrudeuse à vis à mouvement de va-et-vient.
7. Le procédé de la revendication 1 ou 2, incluant la mise en forme du métal liquide-solide en utilisant une machine de moulage par injection à chambre froide sous haute pression.
8. Le procédé de la revendication 1 ou 2, incluant la mise en forme du métal liquide-solide en utilisant une machine de forgeage.
9. Le procédé des revendications 1-8, incluant le fait de préchauffer l'alliage métallique à une température inférieure à la température du solidus de l'alliage.
