The receiver port and the fitting may have an insertion stop and a key and a corresponding keyway. The insertion stop is configured to limit the longitudinal engagement depth of the fitting relative to the receiver port. The key and keyway are configured to allow the fitting to undergo a first limited rotation relative to the receiver port for a first insertion depth and to allow the fitting to undergo a second limited rotation relative to the receiver port for a second insertion depth. At a first alignment position of the cavity portion relative to the cover portion, the receiver port is aligned with a first retaining clamp. Additionally, a keyway 340 in the receiver port 325 is aligned with the fitting 315 such that a cover lug is aligned for engagement with a retaining clamp 920. The retaining clamp may include a fastener that rotates a small portion and is configured to engage with a corresponding lug or stud. A first cover may be coupled to the fitting. The lug and first retaining clamp are configured to disengage the first cover from the fitting via rotation and longitudinal movement of the fitting relative to the receiver port. At a second alignment position of the cavity portion relative to the cover portion, the receiver port is aligned with a fluid connector. The fluid connector is configured to engage the fitting and provide a fluid-tight connection between the lumen of the fitting and the lumen of the fluid connector. At a third alignment position of the cavity portion relative to the cover portion, the fitting is aligned with a second cover. The second cover is configured to engage the lumen of the fitting and provide a leak-proof seal for the lumen of the fitting.
