Claims (9)
- Protéine de fusion comprenanta) le facteur IX humain (FIX), etb) l'albumine humainepour utilisation dans un procédé de prévention du saignement chez un patient humain dans un régime posologique prophylactique, le FIX humain étant relié à l'extrémité N-terminale de l'albumine humaine par l'intermédiaire d'un lieur peptidique clivable par des protéases impliquées dans la coagulation ou activées par des enzymes de coagulation, et la protéine de fusion étant destinée à être administrée par voie sous-cutanée au sujet à une dose d'environ 10 à 50 UI/kg, au moyen d'un intervalle d'administration d'environ une fois par jour à environ une fois par semaine.
- Protéine de fusion pour utilisation selon la revendication 1, la dose étant d'environ 10 UI/kg, ou environ 25 UI/kg, ou environ 50 UI/kg.
- Protéine de fusion pour utilisation selon la revendication 1 ou 2, l'intervalle d'administration étant environ une fois par jour, ou environ quatre fois par semaine, ou environ tous les 2 jours, ou environ tous les 3 jours, ou environ deux fois par semaine, ou environ tous les 5 jours, ou environ une fois par semaine.
- Protéine de fusion pour utilisation selon les revendications 1 à 3, la dose étant d'environ 25 UI/kg, l'intervalle d'administration étant environ une fois par jour et le taux de vallée d'activité FIX dans le plasma étant maintenu entre environ 8 et environ 34 UI/dL.
- Protéine de fusion pour utilisation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, le taux plasmatique du FIX maintenant un taux de vallée d'au moins environ 1 %, ou au moins environ 3 %, ou au moins environ 5 % ou au moins environ 10 % ou au moins environ 15 % au-dessus de la ligne de base pendant l'intervalle d'administration entier.
- Protéine de fusion pour utilisation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans laquelle le lieur est clivable par FIXa et/ou par FVIIa/facteur tissulaire (TF).
- Protéine de fusion pour utilisation selon les revendications 6, la séquence de la protéine de fusion ayant au moins 70 % d'identité avec la séquence décrite dans SEQ ID NO : 3.
- Protéine de fusion pour utilisation selon les revendications 6 ou 7, la séquence de la protéine de fusion ayant la séquence décrite dans SEQ ID NO : 3.
- Protéine de fusion pour utilisation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, le patient humain souffrant d'hémophilie B.
