Description

Transportable file holder
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a transportable file-holder, forming a single unit, in which two parts with foldable characteristics, with different purposes, are constructed, one as a holder in the corresponding folding, assembly of the overall structure, and the other as a file, which enables carrying of files and which can be folded and unfolded with respect to the parts forming the seat.
The object of the present invention is to provide a support for carrying and storing documents, for which a file folder is used as part of the object of the invention and forms a rest element or support ready for use.
The folder-holder is preferably made of cardboard or polypropylene and is in any case supplemented by a tape for its handling.
Background
In spanish utility model publication number ES 1074232U, a cardboard stool is described, formed by a rectangular prismatic body having two flat faces and two other faces forming bellows folds (bel lows), with the aim of enabling folding of the body after folding of the portion defined by a fold line in the top corner or dihedral (defined at the top of the face of the body in bellows folds), so that a support is performed by forming one of the bases of the mentioned body, forming a seat or stool, which support is open when the seat surface itself is formed by two extensions projecting from the side planes corresponding to the opposite edges of the upper part, said extensions having a central cut and a transverse fold line for coupling such extensions, the stand or stool allows it to be used at any time and to be folded logically completely to form a practically flat body when it is not used.
The stool does not have other functions than that of the seat, but has the drawback that the stability of the stool remains much to be improved, since the coupling between the cut forming the extension of the seat surface and the dihedral or apical corner of the upper part of the face in the form of bellows folds can be separated in facing movements which generate deformations and significant instability with respect to the prismatic body forming the seat itself.
In spanish utility model publication ES 1068528U, another quick-setting stool is described, which provides an upper surface based on multiple parts and has an independent element that can be coupled in the upper part, providing a higher resistance or rigidity to the units of the stool and therefore a higher stability during its use.
However, the stool corresponding to this utility model just mentioned is complex both during its manufacture and its erection or assembly.
In these utility models, as in other utility models unsuitable for evaluation, the stool does not have other functions than those of the seat at a certain time, and does not provide other advantages for one form or another.
Disclosure of Invention
The file holder-holder is designed with the particularity that in a single unit or completely foldable body, on the one hand, a file holder for the files is constructed and, on the other hand, a seat structure is constructed.
More specifically, the file-holder of the invention has a prismatic body with two flat faces and two faces in the form of bellows folds as usual, however, with the particular particularity that the first extension that must form the upper seating surface has a transverse folding line and, at its free edge, two cuts that correspond to the other cuts provided for this purpose in the upper portion or vertex angle that determines the edges of the sides in the form of bellows folds, so that the first extension of the upper portion is all connected completely to the sides in the form of bellows folds, preventing them from being folded or unfolded and preventing undesired disassembly of the structure forming the holder or seat.
The end of the strap designed for carrying is fixed to one of the sides in the form of a bellows fold, while a second extension corresponding to the file, which has the same dimensions as one of the flat sides of the prismatic body of the seat or seat and moreover has two wings corresponding to its two opposite edges and a wing corresponding to the edge opposite to the edge connecting this second extension of the file to the fold line of the prismatic body, defines in its folded state the file itself, which can be opened by a fin projecting opposite to the double fold line, the file being connected to the structure of the seat by means of said double fold line, the fins and the corresponding faces of the body of the seat both having fastening or fixing means for keeping the file in the closed position, wherein the file is defined by the flap or second extension mentioned previously, the closing flap and, of course, the face of the prismatic body of the seat that forms one of said sides, and precisely the side from which said file protrudes.
Securing the file folder to the stand in the folded position can be achieved in various waysFor example, by complementary tabs and cut-outs provided in one or the other component; by adhesive bondingPart, by snap fastening elements, etc.
Thus, by a single body and by the development of cardboard or polypropylene sheets, it is possible to obtain a double element, corresponding to the support and to the file in the folded position of the file and in the unfolded position of the support or seat, which is completely foldable so as to occupy a minimum volume and can be carried by hand (as if it were a carrying or briefcase) by means of a carrying strap in the form of a shoulder strap.
Drawings
In order to supplement the following description and to assist a better understanding of the characteristics of the invention according to a practical preferred exemplary embodiment, a set of drawings, which are an integral part of said description, is attached, wherein the following is presented by way of illustration and not of limitation:
FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of a file-holder object of the present invention in a fully folded position;
FIG. 2 shows a perspective view in a folded position, but with the folder opened from the beginning by the closing flap of the folder;
FIG. 3 shows another perspective view of the unit in an intermediate expanded position or state of the main body that will constitute the stand, and with the second extension constituting the file folder expanded;
figure 4 shows a perspective view similar to that of the previous one, in which two first extensions are made visible, which project from the flat sides of the body of the seat to form the seating surface itself in the closed position;
FIG. 5 shows a perspective view of the holder in the use position and the file folder in the closed position, with the file folder being opened from the beginning;
figure 6 finally shows a perspective view of the file folder completely folded over the prismatic structure forming the seat or seat in the use position;
fig. 7 finally shows a perspective view of the form in which the file-holder can be carried in the folded state, wherein it is possible to see how the user has placed the files in the interior of the file.
Detailed Description
As can be seen in the mentioned views, the file-holder of the invention comprises two basic parts or elements: corresponding to one of the structures (1) for forming the support or seat itself and to the other (2) of the file.
The part (1) corresponding to the seat or seat is formed by a rectangular prismatic body having two flat sides (3) and, alternated with these sides, other faces, marked with the number (4), in the form of bellows folds, these faces (4) in the form of bellows folds having upper cuts (5), said upper cuts (5) corresponding exactly to the lines defining the two portions of bellows fold configuration of each face (4).
In one of these faces (4) in the form of a bellows pleat, a fixing for a strap (6) is provided at its end, said strap (6) being used for handling the unit.
A first extension (7) projecting from the upper edge corresponding to the flat face (3), which extend along respective folding lines (8) into a flap (9), said flap (9) having a pair of cuts (10), all cuts (10) being such that, after the prismatic element or body (1) has been unfolded, the first extension (7) is folded over so as to lie horizontally on the upper portion and form a seating surface, while the flap (9) is folded inwards along its fold line (8) and the cut (10) fits into the cut (5) of the side (4) of the structure in the form of a bellows fold, thereby completely forming a rectangular prismatic body, the upper seating surface of which is formed by a first extension (7), in addition, the prismatic body is completely reinforced and assembled, based on the cooperation between the flaps (9) and said cut-outs (5 and 10).
A second extension (11) projects from one of the edges of the prismatic body (1) that constitutes the support or seat itself, along a double folding line that defines a narrow portion (12) that will correspond to the depth or thickness of the file, said portion (12) being intended to form, together with the flat side (3) from which it projects, a side flap (13) and a further flap (14) opposite the portion (12) constituted by the double folding line, the second extension (11) so that the flap (14) will form a closing element of the file.
Complementary means for mutual fixing are included in the flap (14) and in the corresponding face (3) of the body (1) in order to keep the file folder in its folded arrangement or attached to the side (3) of the body (1) that it is folded or unfolded, in the closed state.
At the same time, the flaps (13) of the file also have means complementary to other means provided on the face (3) of the body (1) for keeping the file attached and completely fixed to the face (3) of the body (1), and which can be smallAdhesive strips, snaps or any other fixing element allowing connection and disconnection, i.e. folding and unfolding of the file (2) with respect to the body (1).
Finally, with reference to fig. 7, it can be seen how the user (15) carries the file-holder by means of the shoulder straps through the straps (6), observing that the file is placed inside the file (2), and wherein the holder is now completely folded, as can be seen in fig. 1.
