The present application is a divisional application of a patent application having an application number of 2010102925827 on the application date of 9/25/2010, entitled target floor registration device and target reservation guidance system.
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a destination floor registration device and a destination reservation guidance system for guiding a user to a numbered elevator allocated to the user. More specifically, the present invention relates to a destination floor registration device and a destination reservation guidance system that show directional indication marks for guiding a user to a numbered elevator assigned according to the destination floor.
Background
Conventionally, an elevator hall in which a plurality of elevators are installed is provided with an up call button and a down call button. The elevator user registers a call to a landing by operating any of these buttons.
The group management control device determines an optimum car to be used for a boarding station from a plurality of elevators. The group management control device assigns the registered station call to the determined car. The destination floor of the car is determined by operating a destination floor button in the car.
However, when there are many and mixed users in the elevator hall in which the hall call is registered, the users concentrate on the arriving car. For example, when a car arrives at an elevator hall after a landing call is registered by operating an up call button, all users who wish to go upstairs are concentrated in the car. The user who fails to ride concentrates on the car that arrives in response to the operation of the next up call button.
Since the user of each car presses any destination floor button in the car, the number of stop floors of each car increases. Therefore, it takes time for the user to reach the target layer.
Therefore, a destination floor registration device capable of registering a destination floor call at a boarding station of an elevator hall has been proposed (for example, patent document 1). The target floor registration device of patent document 1 has numeric keys and a display. The user enters the desired floor using the numeric keys and the destination call is registered. The car is assigned by the target call, and the target floor of the assigned car and the assigned numbered elevator are displayed on the display machine.

Problems to be solved by the invention
However, in the destination floor registration device of patent document 1, only the destination floor of the assigned car and the assigned elevator number are displayed, and therefore, it is necessary to visually confirm the assigned elevator number. When the user cannot see the assigned numbered elevator or the elevator hall from the standing position, the user may delay time and effort in confirming the position of the numbered elevator.
In view of the above circumstances, the present invention has an object to provide a destination floor registration device and a destination reservation guidance system that easily guide a user from a user's standing position to a numbered elevator assigned to the user's elevator.
Means for solving the problems
A destination floor registration device according to the present invention is provided in or near an elevator hall where a plurality of elevators are installed, and includes: an input part for inputting a target stratum desired by a user; and an indication mark display unit for displaying an indication mark indicating the directivity from the user's standing position to the number elevator allocated to the elevator so as to guide the user to the number elevator having the destination floor allocated to the user as the target floor in the elevator based on the input registration state of the destination floor.
With this configuration, the target layer desired by the user can be input to the target layer registration device. The user is made aware of the position of the numbered elevator assigned according to the condition of registering the input target floor by an indication mark indicating the directivity for displaying the standing position of the user.
The destination floor registration device of the present invention may further include a numbered elevator identification information display unit for displaying numbered elevator identification information for identifying a numbered elevator assigned to the user among the elevators and other numbered elevators. The destination floor registration device of the present invention may further include a destination floor display unit that displays the input destination floor as a destination floor of a numbered elevator assigned to the user among the elevators.
According to such a configuration, information for identifying the numbered elevator assigned to the user and the other numbered elevators and the directivity from the user standing position to the numbered elevator assigned to the user are displayed. In addition, the destination floor information of the elevator allocated to the user and the directionality from the user standing position to the numbered elevator allocated to the user are displayed. The user can only view the display of the target floor registration device to confirm which numbered elevator should be taken. In addition, the user can only look at the display of the destination floor registration device to confirm whether the entered destination floor is the same as the destination floor of the allocated elevator.
Further, according to the present invention, there is provided a destination reservation guidance system for registering a destination floor inputted by a user and guiding the user to a numbered elevator allocated to the user among elevators, comprising: a target floor registration device which is arranged at or near an elevator hall provided with a plurality of elevators, and a group management control device which is connected with the target floor registration device; the target floor registration device includes: an input unit for inputting a destination floor desired by a user, an indication mark display unit for displaying an indication mark indicating a directivity from a user standing position to a number elevator allocated to the elevator in order to guide the user to the number elevator allocated to the user, the group management control device comprising: a destination floor registration device identification unit that identifies the destination floor registration device to which the destination floor is input and another destination floor registration device, an operation control unit that registers the input destination floor and assigns a numbered elevator having the destination floor as the destination floor to the user, and a position specifying data storage unit that stores, as position specifying data: the elevator control device comprises a display data judging part for judging which indication mark is displayed on an indication mark display part based on position determination data according to the installation position of the target floor registration device identified by a target floor registration device identifying part and the installation position of the numbered elevator allocated to a user in the elevator, and a registration device display control signal transmitting part for transmitting a specific signal for controlling the display of the indication mark judged by the display data judging part on the indication mark display part.
According to this configuration, when the user inputs a desired destination layer, the input destination layer is transmitted from the destination layer registration device to the group management control device. The group management control device identifies the destination layer transmitted from which destination layer registration device. The determined directivity is displayed as an indication mark on the target floor registration device.
In addition, according to the destination reservation guidance system of the present invention, the destination floor registration device further includes a numbered elevator identification information display section for identifying a numbered elevator assigned to the user among the elevators and other numbered elevators; the display data judgment part also generates numbered elevator identification information based on the numbered elevator allocated to the user in the elevator, wherein the numbered elevator identification information is used for identifying the numbered elevator allocated to the user in the elevator and other numbered elevators; the registration device display control signal transmitting section also transmits a specific signal for controlling the display of the numbered elevator identification information on the numbered elevator identification information display section. Further, according to the target reservation guidance system of the present invention, the display data determination unit further refers to the number of target layers included in the added distribution target layer information, generates the scroll instruction information for scroll-displaying the distribution target layer information of the target layer guidance device when the number of target layers included in the added distribution target layer information exceeds a certain number, and further adds the generated scroll instruction information to the added distribution target layer information; and an allocation target layer display unit for scrolling and displaying the target layer included in the allocation target layer information. In addition, the destination floor guiding device is also provided with a guiding device number elevator identification information display part for displaying number elevator identification information; the operation control unit further transmits information for identifying the numbered elevator assigned to the elevator and arrival information for displaying the arrival at the installation floor set by the destination floor registration device to the display data determination unit in the following cases: the assigned numbered elevators in the elevator arrive at the set floor; the display data judgment part also generates arrival report information for notifying the arrival of the allocated elevator; the guide device display control signal transmitting unit transmits a specific signal for controlling the display of the arrival report information on the allocation destination floor display unit or the guide device number elevator identification information display unit in order to display the arrival report information.
According to this configuration, when the target layer of the distribution target layer information displayed by the target layer guide device exceeds a certain number, the distribution target layer display unit can display the distribution target layer without changing the size of the target layer characters because the display target layer is scrolled. Further, since the destination floor display unit and the guidance device number elevator identification information display unit display the arrival report information when the number elevator arrives at the boarding station, the arrival of the number elevator can be notified to the user by all the display units.
ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION
As described above, according to the target floor registration device and the target reservation guidance system of the present invention, since the directivity from the user standing position to the numbered elevator assigned to the user is displayed as the indication mark, the user can intuitively perceive the direction in which the user should take the elevator. Even if the elevator position cannot be seen from the user's standing position, it is possible to know which direction the user is going to go, and therefore the user can smoothly move to the assigned numbered elevator.
Further, since the indication mark indicating the directivity of the elevator number assigned to the user is displayed and the information for identifying the elevator number assigned to the user and the other elevator numbers is also displayed, the user can easily confirm which elevator car should be taken. Further, since the registered destination is displayed as the target floor, it is possible to easily confirm whether or not the destination desired by the user matches the input destination by the target floor registration device.
In addition, since the destination floor guide device provided near the numbered elevator displays the destination floor, the user can confirm the destination floor and ride the elevator car correctly even if the user approaches the vicinity of the assigned numbered elevator. The users are thus distributed to take the elevator cars at different destination floors, with the result that the number of intermediate floors is reduced and the destination floors are reached more quickly.
In addition, when the number of target layers displayed by the target layer guide device exceeds a certain number, the target layers are displayed by scrolling, so that the display can be performed without changing the size of the characters of the target layers, and the user can easily confirm the target layers. Further, since the arrival of the numbered elevator can be notified to the user by all the display units, the user can also confirm the arrival of the numbered elevator from a long distance.

Detailed Description
An embodiment of a target floor registration device and a target reservation guidance system according to the present invention will be described below with reference to fig. 1 to 10. In fig. 1 to 10, the same reference numerals denote the same components or elements.
Fig. 1 is a diagram showing an overall configuration of a destination reservation guidance system 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention. The target reservation guidance system 100 includes: a plurality of target floor registration devices 200, 201, … m, a plurality of target floor guidance devices 300, 301, … n, and a group management control device 400. The destination floor registration devices 200, 201, … m are installed in or near an elevator hall where a plurality of elevators are installed. The target floor registration devices 200, 201, and … m are connected to the group management control device 400.
The destination floor guiding devices 300, 301, … n are provided near a plurality of numbered elevators. The target layer guidance apparatuses 300, 301, and … n are connected to the group management control apparatus 400. The target floor registration devices 200, 201, … m have the same configuration. The target layer guides 300, 301, and … n have the same configuration. Therefore, the apparatus hereinafter indicated as the target floor registration apparatus 200 may be another target floor registration apparatus. The target layer guide 300 may be another target layer guide.
The following description is made of the case where: the user inputs a destination floor in the destination floor landing apparatus 200, and the user is assigned to a numbered elevator disposed near the destination floor guidance apparatus 300. The target floor registration device 200 transmits the target floor input by the user to the group management control device 400.
The group management control device 400 determines the best numbered elevator for each destination floor and guides the user to the numbered elevator. The group management control device 400 assigns a numbered elevator to the user based on the input registration of the destination floor. The group management control device 400 displays the information of the assigned elevator number on the destination floor registration device 200 into which the destination floor is input. The group management control device 400 displays the destination floor registered in the destination floor guidance device 300 provided near the assigned elevator number as the destination floor.
The destination floor registration device 200 receives the input of the destination floor of the user and displays the information of the numbered elevator allocated to the user. Thus, the user can determine whether or not the target formation is registered only by displaying the image of the target formation registration apparatus 200. The target floor guidance device 300 displays the target floor of the numbered elevator disposed near the numbered elevator. Thus, the user can easily determine which elevator car is good to ride in even in the vicinity of the elevator number of the destination floor registration device 200 used for input.
Further, since the user registers the destination floor on the boarding station side, it is not necessary to register the destination floor in the car. The operation at the boarding area is more time-and space-saving than the operation in the car, and therefore, unnecessary calls such as mispresses can be reduced. Since the user is assigned to each numbered elevator, the user can ride the elevator comfortably even when the user is confused during work or the like. Since a plurality of users are assigned to each elevator number, the users can obtain a sense of superiority in personal use of the arriving elevator.
Fig. 2 shows the structure of the target floor registration apparatus 200 of this embodiment. The target layer registration apparatus 200 includes: an input unit 210, an indication mark display unit 220, a numbered elevator identification information display unit 230, a destination floor display unit 240, a registration device ID adding unit 250, and a registration device transmission/reception unit 260. The input unit 210, the indication mark display unit 220, the numbered elevator identification information display unit 230, the destination floor display unit 240, and the registration device ID adding unit 250 are connected to the registration device transmitting/receiving unit 260. The registration device reception/transmission unit 260 is connected to the group management control device 400.
The input unit 210 is used to input a destination layer desired by a user. The registration device ID adding unit 250 adds the registration device ID unique to the target layer registration device 200 to the input target layer information. The registration device ID adding unit 250 may add a MAC address, for example. The registration device transmitter/receiver 260 transmits the input destination layer and the registration device ID to the group management control device 400.
When the group management control device 400 assigns a numbered elevator to the user, the registration device transmitter/receiver 260 receives information displayed from the group management control device 400 to the destination floor registration device 200. The indication mark display unit 220 displays an indication mark indicating a direction from a user standing position to the assigned elevator number in order to guide the user to the elevator number having the destination floor assigned to the user as a target floor based on the registration of the input destination floor.
The numbered elevator identification information display unit 230 displays numbered elevator identification information for identifying the numbered elevator assigned to the user and other numbered elevators. The destination floor display unit 240 displays the inputted destination floor as the destination floor of the numbered elevator allocated to the user.
Fig. 3 shows a front view of the target layer registration apparatus 200 of this embodiment. The indication mark display unit 220 displays an arrow as an indication mark. For example, when an arrow is displayed on the right side of the indication mark display unit 220, the assigned elevator number is indicated in the right-hand direction with respect to the standing position of the user. In contrast, when the left side of the indication mark display part 220 displays an arrow, it indicates that the assigned numbered elevator is in the left-hand direction with respect to the standing position of the user. That is, the arrow indicates both the elevator installation side and the elevator installation direction to be guided to the user.
The numbered elevator identification information display unit 230 displays the numbered elevator identification information above the display input unit 210 and the destination floor. When the numbered elevators are each provided with the letter-numbered elevator identification information, the numbered elevator identification information display unit 230 displays the character "a" when the numbered elevator identification information "a" is provided to the assigned numbered elevator. In addition, when colored numbered elevator identification information is added to the numbered elevator, the numbered elevator identification information display unit 230 displays "blue" when blue numbered elevator identification information is added to the assigned numbered elevator.
The destination floor display unit 240 displays the destination floor corresponding to the destination floor input by the input unit 210 between the input unit 210 and the numbered elevator identification information display unit 230. Since the indication mark display unit 220 displays an arrow as an indication mark, the user can intuitively perceive the position of the assigned number elevator from the standing position. Since the numbered elevator identification information display unit 230 displays the elevator identification information of "a" number, the user only needs to move in the direction of the arrow and set the elevator to which the elevator identification information of "a" number is attached as a target. Since the numbered elevator identification information display unit 230 displays "blue" numbered elevator identification information, the user only needs to move in the direction of the arrow and set the elevator to which the "blue" numbered elevator identification information is attached as a target.
The destination floor display unit 240 displays a destination floor corresponding to the input destination floor as a destination floor of the numbered elevator allocated to the user. Therefore, when a target layer different from the desired destination layer is displayed, the user can immediately recognize the input error. Therefore, the user can recognize the input error in the vicinity of the target floor registration device 200, and therefore, after moving to the vicinity of the numbered elevator, the user does not need to move to any of the target floor registration devices 200 to input the target floor again.
Fig. 4 shows an example of the installation position and the display state of the target layer registration apparatus 200 according to this embodiment. In this figure, a plurality of destination floor registration devices 200, 201, … 211 and a plurality of numbered elevators identified by letters are shown. In addition, the following is shown: each of the plurality of destination floor registration devices 200, 201, and … 211 displays a case where a numbered elevator having "a" numbered elevator identification information is input and assigned to the destination floor of 13 floors.
The target floor registration devices 200, 201, and … 211 are disposed between the numbered elevators of the elevator and in the vicinity of the elevator hall, respectively. The plurality of target floor registration devices 200, 201, … 211 display: the arrow leading to the numbered elevator having "a" numbered elevator identification information, numbered elevator identification information "a", and the destination floor "13" of the numbered elevator having "a" numbered elevator identification information.
The user can know the directivity to the numbered elevator having the elevator identification information of "a" number from the arrow by inputting the destination floor registration device 200, 201, … 211 of the destination floor. Thus, even when the destination floor is input by the destination floor registration device 200, the destination floor registration device 202, or the destination floor registration device 204, the directivity to the elevator having the "a" number elevator identification information can be intuitively perceived. The user can also know the directionality of the elevator number having the "blue" elevator identification information from the arrow by inputting the destination floor registration device 200, 201, … 211 of the destination floor. Thus, even when the destination floor is input by the destination floor registration device 200, the destination floor registration device 202, or the destination floor registration device 204, the directivity to the numbered elevator having the "blue" numbered elevator identification information can be intuitively perceived.
The destination floor may be inputted from a destination floor registration device 206, a destination floor registration device 207, a destination floor registration device 208, a destination floor registration device 209, and a destination floor registration device 211 provided near the elevator hall. Even if the elevator hall is crowded, the user can input the destination floor leisurely.
Fig. 5 shows the structure of the group management control apparatus 400 according to this embodiment. The group management control device 400 includes: a control device receiving unit 410, a target floor registration device identifying unit 415, an operation control unit 420, a display data judging unit 430, a position specifying data storage unit 440, a distribution target floor storage unit 450, a registration device display control signal transmitting unit 460, and a guidance device display control signal transmitting unit 470. The control device receiving unit 410 is connected to the plurality of target floor registration devices 200, 201, … m.
The following description will be made of a case where the user inputs a destination floor with the destination floor registration device 200 and the user is assigned to a numbered elevator provided near the destination floor guidance device 300. The control device receiving unit 410 receives the destination floor of the user and the registration device ID transmitted from the target floor registration device 200. The target floor registration device identification section 415 identifies the target floor registration device 200 to which the target floor is input and other target floor registration devices by using the registration device ID. For example, the target layer registration apparatus identification unit 415 extracts a MAC address from a packet (packet) including the MAC address and a destination layer transmitted from the target layer registration apparatus 200, thereby identifying the target layer registration apparatus 200 and another target layer identification apparatus.
The operation control unit 420 registers the inputted destination floor and assigns the destination floor to the numbered elevator having the destination floor as the destination floor. Further, the operation control unit 420 registers the destination floor in the assigned numbered elevator. The operation control unit 420 transmits elevator number information for identifying the assigned elevator number and the registered destination floor to the display data determination unit 430. When the assigned elevator number reaches the installation floor set in the destination floor registration device 200, the operation control unit 420 transmits information for identifying the assigned elevator number and arrival information for indicating that the elevator number has reached the installation floor to the display data determination unit 430.
The display data determination unit 430 receives the numbered elevator information transmitted from the operation control unit 420 and the registered destination floor. The display data judgment unit 430 generates a numbered elevator identification signal from the numbered elevator information transmitted from the operation control unit 420. The display data determination unit 430 may generate the numbered elevator identification information using letters, colors, lights, numbers, or the like.
The position specifying data storage unit 440 stores the relationship between the installation positions of the plurality of target floor registration devices and the installation positions of the plurality of numbered elevators as position specifying data. The display data judgment section 430 reads and refers to the position determination data. The display data determination unit 430 determines an arrow displayed on the target floor registration device 200 based on the relationship between the numbered elevator information sent from the operation control unit 420 and the target floor registration device 200 identified by the target floor registration device identification unit 415. That is, the display data determination unit 430 determines the arrow displayed on the target floor registration device 200 based on the relationship between the installation position of the numbered elevator obtained from the numbered elevator information and the identified installation position of the target floor registration device 200. Further, the display data determination unit 430 determines the display position of the arrow from the relationship between the numbered elevator information and the registration device ID.
The display data determination section 430 transmits to the registration apparatus display control signal transmission section 460: the destination floor, the generated numbered elevator identification information, the determined arrow, and the display position, which are transmitted from the operation control unit 420. The registration device display control signal transmission unit 460 transmits a signal for controlling display to the target floor registration device 200 in order to display the target floor, the numbered elevator identification information, and the arrow in the target floor registration device 200.
The allocation destination floor storage unit 450 stores the destination floor of each elevator number of the plurality of elevators as allocation destination floor information. The display data determination unit 430 reads the assignment target floor information of the numbered elevator corresponding to the numbered elevator identification information transmitted from the control unit 420 from the assignment target floor storage unit 450. The display data determination unit 430 adds the destination floor inputted by the user as a target floor to the allocation target floor information of the numbered elevator allocated to the user.
The display data determination unit 430 also refers to the number of target layers included in the added allocation target layer information. When the number of target layers included in the additional allocation target layer information exceeds a certain number, the display data determination unit 430 generates scroll instruction information for scrolling the target layers of the target layer guidance device 300. For example, when the number of target layers included in the added allocation target layer information exceeds 5, the display data determination unit 430 generates scroll instruction information. The display data determination unit 430 adds the generated scroll instruction information to the added allocation target layer information.
The display data determination unit 430 transmits the added allocation target floor information and number elevator identification information to the guidance device display control signal transmission unit 470. The guidance device display control signal transmission unit 470 transmits a control signal to the destination floor guidance device 300 in order to display the allocation destination floor information and the numbered elevator identification information transmitted from the display data determination unit 430.
When receiving the information for identifying the allocated elevator and the arrival information from the operation control unit 420, the display data determination unit 430 generates arrival report information for notifying the arrival of the allocated elevator. The display data determination unit 430 transmits arrival report information to the guidance device display control signal transmission unit 470. The guidance device display control signal transmission unit 470 transmits a specific signal for controlling the display of the arrival report information on the allocation destination floor display unit 310 and the guidance device number elevator identification information display unit 320, which will be described later, to the destination floor guidance device 300 in order to display the arrival report information transmitted from the display data determination unit 430. For example, the guide device display control signal transmission unit 470 transmits a specific signal for controlling the on/off display on the assignment target floor display unit 310 or the guide device number elevator identification information display unit 320 to the target floor guide device 300 in order to turn on/off display the number elevator identification information and the assignment target floor information.
Since the display data determination section 430 determines the data displayed on the target floor registration apparatus 200 and the target floor guidance apparatus 300, it is not necessary to provide a means for determination on the target floor registration apparatus 200. Therefore, the system can be easily maintained. In addition, signals for displaying the target layer and the distribution target layer information are transmitted to the target layer registration apparatuses 200 and 0. the target layer guide apparatus 300, respectively. Thus, the user can confirm the number elevator to be taken by both the destination floor registration device 200 and the destination floor guidance device 300 installed near the assigned number elevator. Therefore, the user can perform secondary confirmation, and thus can take the elevator correctly.
Fig. 6 shows an example of the position determination data of this embodiment. The position specifying data indicates a registration device ID, a numbered elevator, an arrow indicating directivity, and a display position of the arrow.
The arrow displayed on each numbered elevator is determined based on the registration device ID. The display position is determined according to the directionality of the arrow.
For example, when the destination floor is input from the destination floor registration device 200 and assigned to the elevator having the elevator identification information of "a" number, the arrow is displayed rightward. The display position is on the left side since the arrow direction is to the right. When the user is facing the destination floor registration device 200, the arrow is perceived to be displayed on the left side of the numbered elevator identification information.
Fig. 7 shows a structure of the target layer guiding apparatus 300 of this embodiment. The target layer guiding apparatus 300 includes: an assignment destination floor display unit 310, a guidance device number elevator identification information display unit 320, and a guidance device receiving unit 330. The guidance device receiving unit 330 is connected to the group management control device 400. The assignment destination floor display unit 310 and the guidance device number elevator identification information display unit 320 are connected to the guidance device receiving unit 330.
The guidance device receiving unit 330 receives a signal transmitted from the guidance device display control signal transmitting unit 470. The distribution target layer display section 310 displays the distribution target layer based on the signal received from the guidance device receiving section 330. The guide-device-number elevator identification information display unit 320 displays the number elevator identification information based on the signal received by the guide device receiving unit 330.
The target layer guiding apparatus 300 has only a display unit and a receiving unit, and thus can be replaced with a general-purpose display. Therefore, the target reservation guidance system 100 can be configured inexpensively.
Fig. 8 shows a front view of the target layer guiding device 300 of this embodiment. The guide number elevator identification information display unit 320 is located above the display surface. The assignment target floor display unit 310 is located below the guide number elevator identification information display unit 320 in the display screen. The allocation target floor display section 310 displays the target floor for going upstairs and the target floor for going downstairs in two lines at the intermediate floor station. The distribution target floor display section 310 indicates the target floor for going upstairs or the target floor for going downstairs in one line at the final floor (the topmost floor and the bottommost floor). When the scroll instruction information is included in the allocation target layer information, the allocation target layer display section 310 displays the allocation target layer in a scrolled manner. For example, the target layers displayed on the allocation target layer display unit 310 are scrolled leftward, thereby sequentially displaying a plurality of target layers. The allocation destination floor display unit 310 or the guidance device number elevator identification information display unit 320 may be displayed on/off to notify the user at the boarding station of the arriving number elevator.
Since the guide-device-number elevator identification information display unit 320 is located above the inside of the target-floor guide device 300, the position of the number elevator can be viewed from a distance. All the allocation target layers are displayed on the allocation target layer display unit 310. Therefore, the user can easily determine whether or not the destination floor desired by the user is the destination floor for the numbered elevator displayed in the numbered elevator identification information.
Fig. 9 shows an example of the installation position of the destination floor guide device 300 of the elevator according to this embodiment. The destination floor guide 300 is disposed above the numbered elevators 500. The guidance-device-number elevator identification information display unit 320 displays information on the number elevator identified by "a". In addition, the guidance device number elevator identification information display unit 320 displays information of the number elevator identified by "blue". The allocation target floor display section 310 displays the target floors of the numbered elevators identified by the up-down arrows and "a" or "blue".
The destination floor guide 300 is disposed above the numbered elevator identified by "a" or "blue", and therefore can connect (link) the arrow displayed on the assignment destination floor display portion 310 and the movement of the car in the up-down direction. The user can easily determine the destination floor from which the passenger station ascends and the destination floor from which the passenger station descends by looking at the arrows.
Fig. 10 shows a flowchart showing the operation of the target reservation guidance system 100 of this embodiment. When the user inputs the target floor (Yes at step S910), the target floor registration apparatus 200 transmits the input target floor to the group management control apparatus 400 (step S920). When there is no user input of the target floor, the target floor registration apparatus 200 waits for the user to input the target floor (step S910 No).
The target layer registration device identification unit 415 identifies the target layer registration device to which the target layer is input and the other target layer registration devices. The operation control unit 420 determines a car to be assigned to the user from the destination floor transmitted. The operation control unit 420 determines the numbered elevator to which the assigned car belongs (step S930). The operation control unit 420 registers the input destination floor as the destination floor of the assigned numbered elevator. The operation control unit 420 transmits numbered elevator information for identifying the numbered elevator allocated to the user and the destination floor to the display data judgment unit 430 (step S940). The display data determination unit 430 generates numbered elevator identification information from the numbered elevator information (step S950).
When the display control signal is transmitted to the target floor registration device 200 (step S960Yes), the display data determination unit 430 determines the directivity from the target floor registration device 200 to the assigned elevator number (step S970). That is, the display data determination section 430 determines an arrow to be displayed on the target floor registration device 200 based on the position specifying data stored in the position specifying data storage section 440.
Based on the determination by the display data determination unit 430, the position specifying data storage unit 440 transmits a signal for controlling display to the indication mark display unit 220, the numbered elevator identification information display unit 230, and the destination floor display unit 240 (step 980). That is, the position specifying data storage unit 440 transmits a signal including an arrow to be displayed, a position at which the arrow is displayed, numbered elevator identification information, and a target floor to the target floor registration device 200.
When the display control signal is transmitted to the destination floor guidance device 300 (step S960No), the display data determination unit 430 reads the allocation destination floor information corresponding to the transmitted number elevator identification information from the allocation destination floor storage unit 450 (step S990). The display data determination unit 430 adds the target layer registered by the operation control unit 420 to the read allocation target layer information (step S1000). The guidance device display control signal transmission unit 470 transmits a signal including the numbered elevator identification information and the assignment target floor information to the target floor guidance device 300 (step S1010).
It is needless to say that the target floor registration device and the target guidance reservation system according to the present invention are not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention. Further, the structure or method of one embodiment may be applied to the structure or method of another embodiment. It is needless to say that the structures, methods, and the like of the various modifications described below can be arbitrarily selected and applied to the structures, methods, and the like of the above-described embodiments.
For example, in the target floor registration apparatus 200 of the present invention, the input unit may be a touch panel type input display unit. In this case, the target floor registration apparatus 200 can be configured only by the display unit and the transmission/reception unit, and thus maintenance is easy. Further, the target floor registration apparatus 200 can be inexpensively configured with a general-purpose display.
In the target layer registration apparatus 200 of the present invention, the indication mark display unit 220 may be a compass (compass) shaped display device with directivity. The indication mark display unit 220 may be a display device extending in a radial direction from the center of the circle. At this time, the circle center is set as the standing position of the user, and the display part located in the direction of the assigned elevator number is lighted to display the directivity. In addition, the target floor registration apparatus 200 of the present invention may be provided with a function to cancel when the user inputs an error or a function to confirm the input.
In the reservation guidance system 100 according to the present invention, the registration device ID adding unit 250 may not be provided. At this time, the destination-level registration apparatus 200 can be identified by the port number connected to the group management control apparatus 400. The target floor registration device identification unit 415 identifies the target floor registration device to which the target floor is input and the other target floor registration devices by the port numbers of the control device transmission/reception units 410 to which the plurality of target floor registration devices are connected, respectively.
In the target reservation guidance system 100 of the present invention, the target floor registration device 200 and the target floor guidance device 300 may be controlled to display on various display units. For example, the display of the arrow or numbered elevator identification information received from the group management control device 400 may be controlled.
In the destination reservation guidance system 100 according to the present invention, when identification information has already been assigned to the numbered elevator, the destination floor guidance device 300 may display the identification information of the numbered elevator as a fixed display. That is, when the information for identifying each elevator number is determined by letters and the information is not changed, the destination floor guidance device 300 may fixedly display the letters of each determined elevator number. At this time, the display data determination unit 430 does not generate numbered elevator identification information to be displayed on the destination floor guide device 300 based on the numbered elevator information transmitted from the operation control unit 420.
Thus, in an office building or the like, when a large number of people can be identified by the numbered elevator identification information displayed on the destination floor registration device 200, the user can smoothly ride the elevator as compared with the case where the number elevator displayed by the numbered elevator identification information changes.
Claims (5)
1. A destination reservation guidance system for guiding a user to an entrance of a numbered elevator allocated to the user in an elevator based on registering a destination floor inputted by the user at a prescribed floor,
comprising:
a destination floor registration device installed in or near an elevator hall of the predetermined floor where a plurality of elevators are installed,
a destination floor guide device provided near an entrance of each numbered elevator corresponding to each numbered elevator of the plurality of elevators on the predetermined floor on which the destination floor registration device is provided, and
a group management control device connected to the target floor registration device and the target floor guidance device;
the target floor registration device includes:
an input unit for inputting the target stratum desired by the user;
the group management control device includes:
an operation control unit that registers the destination floor input by the user, and assigns the user to a numbered elevator having the destination floor as a target floor among elevators,
a display data determination unit that updates allocation target floor information regarding the numbered elevator allocated to the user with the destination floor input by the user as additional allocation target information, and
a guidance device display control signal transmission unit that transmits a signal for controlling display of the allocation target floor information to the target floor guidance device corresponding to the numbered elevator allocated to the user;
the target layer guiding device has:
an allocation target floor display unit that displays, as a target floor, a target floor of the user to which the corresponding number elevator is allocated, based on a signal from the guidance device display control signal transmission unit;
in the destination floor guidance device for an elevator hall located in an intermediate floor, the destination floor display unit displays the destination floor of each user located on the predetermined floor to which the corresponding number elevator is assigned, in a manner such that the user moves from the predetermined floor upward to the destination floor and moves from the predetermined floor downward.
2. The target reservation guidance system of claim 1,
the display data determination unit further refers to the number of target layers included in the distribution target layer information of the target layer guide device, and generates scroll instruction information for scroll-displaying the distribution target layer information of the target layer guide device when the number of target layers included in the updated distribution target layer information exceeds a certain number, and adds the generated scroll instruction information, thereby further updating the distribution target layer information;
the allocation target layer display unit scroll-displays the target layer included in the allocation target layer information.
3. The target reservation guidance system of claim 1,
the operation control unit further transmits, to the display data determination unit, numbered elevator identification information for identifying the numbered elevator assigned to the user and arrival information indicating that the elevator has arrived at the installation floor, when the numbered elevator assigned to the user arrives at the installation floor on which the target floor registration device is installed;
the display data determination unit further generates arrival report information for notifying the user of the arrival of the assigned elevator number;
the guidance-device display control signal transmission unit also transmits a specific signal for controlling display of arrival report information on the distribution-destination-layer display unit in order to display the arrival report information.
4. The target reservation guidance system of claim 2,
the operation control unit further transmits, to the display data determination unit, numbered elevator identification information for identifying the numbered elevator assigned to the user and arrival information indicating that the elevator has arrived at the installation floor, when the numbered elevator assigned to the user arrives at the installation floor on which the target floor registration device is installed;
the display data determination unit further generates arrival report information for notifying the user of the arrival of the assigned elevator number;
the guidance-device display control signal transmission unit also transmits a specific signal for controlling display of arrival report information on the distribution-destination-layer display unit in order to display the arrival report information.
5. A target layer guiding device is characterized in that,
which is provided separately from a target floor registration device corresponding to each numbered elevator of a plurality of elevators in an elevator hall of a prescribed floor of an intermediate floor, and displays a user's target floor assigned according to a target floor input to the target floor registration device as a target floor, wherein the target floor registration device is provided at or near the elevator hall of the prescribed floor in which the plurality of elevators are provided,
the target layer guiding device further includes:
a guide device numbering elevator identification information display part for displaying the numbering elevator of the elevator,
an allocation target floor display unit that allocates the elevator number of the corresponding elevator to the user and displays the target floor of the user as a target floor;
the allocation destination floor display unit displays the destination floors of the users located on the predetermined floor to which the corresponding numbered elevators are allocated, in a manner such that the users go upstairs from the predetermined floor and downstairs from the predetermined floor.
