Technical Field

The present invention relates to a method of processing membership in response to a customer's affiliate store registration request, and an apparatus and system for the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method of processing membership in response to a client's affiliate store registration request, and an apparatus and system therefor, in which a predetermined affiliate store information processing apparatus interconnects a customer who has requested affiliate store registration with a store that has become an affiliate store, classifies and registers the corresponding store as the affiliate store of the corresponding customer in a database, and batch-transmits (or pushes) a notification message including customer benefit information (e.g., coupon information, product discount information) received from a predetermined affiliate store terminal to a client terminal connected with the corresponding affiliate store.

Background

Typically, the main store invites the affiliate stores, and each affiliate store provides information such as product discount benefits to customers.

Related art will be described hereinafter.

That is, the related art (korean patent application No. 10-2004-0062955 entitled "System and Method for Providing Information of customer's Purchase Pattern to influenced store") relates to a customer Information Providing System and Method for analyzing a Purchase Pattern of a customer based on affiliate store usage Information, generating customer management Information, and Providing the customer management Information to an affiliate store.

The customer information providing system according to the related art includes: a customer identification means for verifying a membership of a customer when visiting a member shop; a member store terminal for transmitting a customer information request, receiving customer management information generated by analyzing a purchase pattern of a customer, and transmitting member store use information for the customer of the member store, after receiving a customer identification device of the customer; and a customer information providing server for transmitting and receiving data to and from the member store terminal via a network, analyzing a purchasing preference style of a customer based on member store usage information thus received from the member store terminal, generating customer management information and transmitting the customer management information to the member store terminal.

According to the related art, the customer information providing system has a market effect in that it provides customer management information generated by analyzing a purchase pattern of a customer using affiliate store usage information of the customer to an affiliate store terminal so that the affiliate store can provide a customized service to the customer based on the purchase pattern of the customer.

In addition to this related art, the main store generally invites the affiliate stores directly, and each affiliate store provides information on the discount benefits of the product and the like to the customer. For this reason, there arises a problem in that the selection of member stores by customers is made passively without considering the intentions of customers, and it is not easy for member stores to promote products and collect customer information.

Technical problem

Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the foregoing problems occurring in the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a method of processing membership in response to a member store registration request of a customer, and an apparatus and system therefor, in which a predetermined member store information processing apparatus interconnects the customer who has requested member store registration with a store that has become a member store, classifies and registers the corresponding store as a member store of the corresponding customer in a database, and batch-transmits (or pushes) a notification message including customer benefit information (e.g., coupon information, product discount information) received from a predetermined member store terminal to a client terminal connected with the corresponding member store, so that products can be efficiently promoted and sold and customers can be managed, and the customer can voluntarily designate a desired store as a member store, thereby providing improved convenience and better service to customers.

Technical scheme

To achieve the above object, in one aspect, the present invention provides a method for processing membership in response to a member store registration request of a customer, the method comprising the steps of: allowing the affiliate store information processing apparatus to receive, from the client terminal, affiliate store registration request information of a customer required to register a specific store as an affiliate store, and transmit the received affiliate store registration request information to the corresponding store terminal; allowing the affiliate store information processing apparatus to map information about the corresponding store with information about a customer who has requested the affiliate store registration, and to classify and register the corresponding store as an affiliate store of the corresponding customer in the database, in response to a signal indicating whether the affiliate store registration has been approved received from the store terminal; allowing the affiliated store information processing apparatus to receive a notification message including customer interest information from a predetermined store terminal; and if the store to which the notification message has been transmitted is a registered member store, allowing the member store information processing apparatus to transmit the notification message including the customer interest information to the client terminal of the corresponding customer who has requested the registration of the store as the member store by referring to the customer information mapped to the corresponding member store.

Preferably, the allowing the affiliated store information processing apparatus to transmit the received affiliated store registration request information to the corresponding store terminal may include: the member store information processing apparatus is allowed to compare the number of member store registration requests for the corresponding store with a preset number, and as a result of the comparison, if the number of member store registration requests for the corresponding store exceeds the preset number, the member store information processing apparatus is allowed to transmit the member store registration request information of the customer to the corresponding store terminal, and if the number of member store registration requests for the corresponding store is less than the preset number, the member store information processing apparatus is allowed to suppress transmission of the member store registration request information of the customer to the corresponding store terminal.

In addition, the step of classifying and registering the corresponding store as the affiliate store of the corresponding customer may include the steps of: the member store information processing apparatus is allowed to map information on the corresponding store with information on a customer who has requested member store registration and to classify and register the corresponding store as a member store of the corresponding customer in the database if the member store information processing apparatus receives a signal indicating that member store registration has been approved from the store terminal, and to map information on the corresponding store with information on a customer who has requested member store registration and to classify and register the corresponding store as a non-approved member store of the corresponding customer in the database if the member store information processing apparatus does not receive the signal indicating that member store registration has been approved from the store terminal.

Preferably, the step of classifying and registering the corresponding store as the affiliate store of the corresponding customer may further include the steps of: if the corresponding store is classified and registered as a member store of the corresponding customer or a member store that is not approved, the member store information processing apparatus is allowed to push the member store information of the customer to a specified website so that the corresponding customer can get feedback in real time through the website whether information requested by himself or herself has been normally processed.

In addition, the affiliate store registration request information may include: the ID, comment, e-mail information, terminal number, message reception protocol data, and e-mail reception protocol data of the corresponding customer required for requesting registration of the affiliated shop, and the name, phone number, address, and service type information of the shop, and the customer interest information may include any one of coupon information and product discount information.

To achieve the above object, in another aspect, the present invention provides an apparatus for processing membership in response to a member store registration request of a customer, the apparatus comprising: an information processing unit for receiving member store registration request information of a customer required to register a specific store as a member store from a client terminal and transmitting the received member store registration request information to a corresponding store terminal; a member store registration unit for mapping information on the corresponding store with information on a customer who has requested member store registration, and classifying and registering the corresponding store in a database as a member store of the corresponding customer, in response to a signal indicating whether member store registration has been approved received from the store terminal; a message collection unit for receiving a notification message including customer interest information from a predetermined store terminal; and a membership processing unit for transmitting a notification message including customer interest information to a client terminal of a corresponding customer who has requested registration of the store as a member store by referring to the customer information mapped to the corresponding member store if the store to which the notification message has been transmitted is a registered member store.

Preferably, the information processing unit may compare the number of the member store registration requests for the corresponding store with a preset number, and as a result of the comparison, if the number of the member store registration requests for the corresponding store exceeds the preset number, the information processing unit may transmit the member store registration request information of the customer to the corresponding store terminal, and if the number of the member store registration requests for the corresponding store is less than the preset number, the information processing unit may suppress transmission of the member store registration request information of the customer to the corresponding store terminal.

Further, if the member store registering unit receives a signal indicating that member store registration has been approved from the store terminal, the member store registering unit may map information on the corresponding store with information on a customer who has requested member store registration and classify and register the corresponding store as a member store of the corresponding customer in the database, and if the member store registering unit does not receive the signal indicating that member store registration has been approved from the store terminal, the member store registering unit may map information on the corresponding store with information on a customer who has requested member store registration and classify and register the corresponding store as an unapproved member store of the corresponding customer in the database.

Preferably, the membership processing device may further include: a feedback module for pushing the affiliate store information of the customer to a designated website if the corresponding store is classified and registered as an affiliate store of the corresponding customer or an unapproved affiliate store, so that the corresponding customer can get feedback whether information requested by himself or herself has been normally processed through the website in real time.

Further, the affiliate store registration request information may include: ID, comment, e-mail information, terminal number, message reception protocol data, and e-mail reception protocol data of a corresponding customer required for requesting registration of an affiliate store, and store name, phone number, address, and service type information, and customer interest information may include at least one of coupon information and product discount information.

To achieve the above object, in yet another aspect, the present invention provides a system for processing membership in response to a member store registration request of a customer, the system comprising: a client terminal for inputting member store registration request information of a customer required for registering a specific store as a member store; and an affiliate store information processing apparatus for transmitting the affiliate store registration request information received from the client terminal to the corresponding store terminal, mapping information on the corresponding store with information on a customer who has requested the affiliate store registration in response to a signal indicating whether the affiliate store registration has been approved received from the store terminal, and classifying the corresponding store as an affiliate store of the corresponding customer and registering in the database, receiving a notification message including customer benefit information from a predetermined store terminal, and transmitting the notification message including the benefit customer information to the client terminal of the corresponding customer who has requested the store to register as an affiliate store by referring to the customer information mapped to the corresponding affiliate store if the store to which the notification message is transmitted is a registered affiliate store.

Preferably, the member store information processing apparatus may compare the number of member store registration requests for the corresponding store with a preset number, and as a result of the comparison, if the number of member store registration requests for the corresponding store exceeds the preset number, the member store information processing apparatus may transmit the member store registration request information of the customer to the corresponding store terminal, and if the number of member store registration requests for the corresponding store is less than the preset number, the member store information processing apparatus may suppress transmission of the member store registration request information of the customer to the corresponding store terminal.

Further, if the member store information processing apparatus receives a signal indicating that member store registration has been approved from the store terminal, the member store information processing apparatus may map information on the corresponding store with information on a customer who has requested member store registration and classify and register the corresponding store as a member store of the corresponding customer in the database, and if the member store information processing apparatus does not receive the signal indicating that member store registration has been approved from the store terminal, the member store information processing apparatus may map information on the corresponding store with information on a customer who has requested member store registration and classify and register the corresponding store as an unapproved member store of the corresponding customer in the database.

Preferably, if the corresponding store is classified and registered as a member store or a non-approved member store of the corresponding customer, the member store information processing apparatus may push the member store information of the customer to a designated website so that the corresponding customer can get feedback in real time through the website whether information requested by himself or herself has been normally processed.

Advantageous effects

The present invention has the following advantageous effects.

First, the present invention enables a predetermined member store information processing apparatus to interconnect a customer who has requested member store registration with a store which becomes a member store, classify the corresponding store as a member store of the corresponding customer and register the member store in a database, and batch-transmit (or push) a notification message including customer benefit information (e.g., coupon information, product discount information) received from a predetermined member store terminal to a client terminal connected with the corresponding member store, so that the store can effectively promote and sell products and manage the customer, and the customer can actively designate a desired store as a member store, thereby providing improved convenience and better service to the customer.

Second, the present invention enables a predetermined member store information processing apparatus to compare the number of member store registration requests for a corresponding store with a preset number, and as a result of the comparison, if the number of member store registration requests for the corresponding store exceeds the preset number, the member store information processing apparatus can transmit member store registration request information of a customer to the corresponding store terminal, and if the number of member store registration requests for the corresponding store is less than the preset number, the member store information processing apparatus can suppress transmission of member store registration request information of the customer to the corresponding store terminal, thereby realizing effective data management and network operation.

Third, the present invention enables a predetermined member store information processing apparatus to push member store information of a customer to a designated website if a corresponding store is classified as a member store of a corresponding customer or a non-approved member store and registered, so that the corresponding customer can have feedback in real time as whether information requested by the customer itself is normally processed through the website.

Detailed Description

Now, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. The matters defined in the description such as a detailed construction and elements are nothing but specific details provided to assist those of ordinary skill in the art in a comprehensive understanding of the invention and the invention is not limited to the embodiments disclosed below.

In order to clearly describe the present invention, portions not related to the description will be omitted, and in the present specification, like elements are designated by like reference numerals.

In the specification and claims, when an element is included in a portion, it is meant to include the other element, but not to exclude the other element unless specifically stated otherwise herein.

As shown in fig. 1, the membership processing system of the present invention includes a plurality of client terminals 100-1, …, 100-N that request registration of member stores; a member store information processing apparatus 200 configured to interconnect a customer who has requested member store registration with a store that has become a member store, and classify and register the corresponding store as a member store of the customer; and at least one store terminal 300.

Herein, the client terminals 100-1, …, 100-N are client terminals (e.g., PCs, cellular phones, smart phones, tablet computers, etc.) connected with the affiliate store information processing apparatus 200 via a wired network or a wireless network. The client terminals 100-1, …, and 100-N access the member store information processing apparatus 200 via a wired network or a wireless network connected thereto by key manipulation of the user, and transmit member store registration request information of the customer input or selected by the customer to the member store information processing apparatus 200. In other words, a corresponding one of the client terminals 100-1, …, 100-N transmits to the member store information processing apparatus 200 member store registration request information (e.g., ID, comment, e-mail information, terminal number, message reception protocol data, and e-mail reception protocol data of a corresponding user required to request member store registration, and store name, telephone number, address, and service type information, etc.) of a customer required to register a specific store as a member store.

The affiliate store information processing apparatus 200 receives affiliate store registration request information of a customer from a corresponding client terminal 100-1, …, or 100-N, and transmits the received affiliate store registration request information to a corresponding store terminal 300. Then, if the affiliate store information processing apparatus 200 receives a signal indicating that affiliate store registration has been approved from the store terminal 300, the affiliate store information processing apparatus 200 maps information about the corresponding store with information about a customer who has requested affiliate store registration, classifies the corresponding store in the database, and registers as an affiliate store of the corresponding customer. In contrast, if the affiliate store information processing apparatus 200 does not receive a signal indicating that affiliate store registration has been approved from the store terminal 300, the affiliate store information processing apparatus 200 maps information about the corresponding store with information about a customer who has requested affiliate store registration, and classifies and registers the corresponding store in the database as an unapproved affiliate store of the corresponding customer. Thereafter, the affiliated store information processing apparatus 200 receives a notification message including the customer interest information from the predetermined store terminal 300. Then, if the store to which the notification message has been transmitted is a registered member store, the member store information processing apparatus 200 transmits or pushes the notification message including the customer benefit information (e.g., coupon information, product discount information, etc.) to the client terminal of the corresponding customer who has requested the store to be registered as a member store by referring to the customer information mapped to the corresponding member store.

Meanwhile, the affiliate store information processing apparatus 200 compares the number of affiliate store registration requests for the corresponding stores with a preset number for the purpose of efficiently managing data. As a result of the comparison, if the number of the affiliate store registration requests for the corresponding store exceeds the preset number, the affiliate store information processing apparatus 200 transmits the affiliate store registration request information of the customer to the corresponding store terminal 300. In contrast, if the number of the affiliate store registration requests for the corresponding store is less than the preset number, the affiliate store information processing apparatus 200 can suppress the transmission of the affiliate store registration request information of the customer to the corresponding store terminal 300. In addition, when the classification and registration of a predetermined store as a member store of a specific customer or a non-approved member store is completed, the member store information processing apparatus 200 pushes member store information of the customer to a designated website so that the corresponding customer can get feedback in real time whether or not information requested by himself or herself has been normally processed through the website.

Hereinafter, a device for processing membership in response to a member store registration request of a customer, which is built in a member store information processing apparatus constituting the system of fig. 1, will be described with reference to fig. 2.

As shown in fig. 2, the membership processing device of the present invention roughly comprises: an information processing unit 201, an affiliate store registration unit 202, a message collection unit 203, and a membership processing unit 204, and further includes a feedback module 205.

Herein, the information processing unit 201 includes a communication interface module built therein. The information processing unit 201 receives, from the client terminal, affiliate store registration request information of customers required to register a specific store as an affiliate store (for example, ID, comment, e-mail information, terminal number, message reception protocol data, and e-mail reception protocol data of the corresponding customer required to request registration of the affiliate store, and name, telephone number, address, and business type information of the store, etc.) using the communication interface module, and transmits the received affiliate store registration request information to the corresponding store terminal 300. In particular, the information processing unit 201 compares the number of member store registration requests for the corresponding store with a preset number for the purpose of efficiently managing data. As a result of the comparison, if the number of the affiliate store registration requests for the corresponding stores exceeds a preset number, the information processing unit 201 transmits the affiliate store registration request information of the customer to the corresponding store terminal 300. In contrast, if the number of the member store registration requests for the corresponding store is less than the preset number, the information processing unit 201 can suppress the transmission of the member store registration request information of the customer to the corresponding store terminal 300.

The member store registration unit 202 maps information on the corresponding store with information on a customer who has requested member store registration, and classifies and registers the corresponding store in the database as a member store of the corresponding customer, in response to a signal indicating whether member store registration has been approved, received from the store terminal. In other words, if the member store registration unit 202 receives a signal indicating that member store registration has been approved from the store terminal 300, the member store registration unit 202 maps information on the corresponding store with information on a customer who has requested member store registration, and classifies and registers the corresponding store in the database as a member store of the corresponding customer. In contrast, if the member store registration unit 202 does not receive a signal indicating that member store registration has been approved from the store terminal 300, the member store registration unit 202 maps information on the corresponding store with information on a customer who has requested member store registration, and classifies and registers the corresponding store as an unapproved member store of the corresponding customer.

The message collection unit 203 receives a notification message including customer benefit information (e.g., coupon information, product discount information, etc.) according to each store from a predetermined store terminal.

If the store that has transmitted the notification message is a registered member store, the membership processing unit 204 transmits or pushes the notification message including the customer interest information to the client terminal of the corresponding customer that has requested the registration of the store as a member store by referring to the customer information mapped to the corresponding member store.

When the classification and registration of a predetermined store as a member store of a specific customer or an unauthorized member store is completed, the feedback module 205 pushes member store information of the customer to a designated website so that the corresponding customer can get feedback in real time through the website whether information requested by himself or herself has been normally processed.

Hereinafter, a device for processing membership in response to a member store registration request of a customer according to the present invention as shown in fig. 2 will be described with reference to fig. 3 and 4.

Fig. 3 is a flowchart sequentially illustrating the operation of the system for processing membership in response to a member store registration request of a customer according to the present invention, and fig. 4 is a flowchart sequentially illustrating the operation of the device for processing membership in response to a member store registration request of a customer according to the present invention.

As shown in fig. 3 and 4, first, the client terminal 100-1 transmits member store registration request information input or selected by a customer to the member store information processing apparatus 200.

In other words, the client terminal 100-1 transmits member store registration request information (for example, ID, comment, email information, terminal number, message reception protocol data, and email reception protocol data of a corresponding user required to request member store registration, and name, telephone number, address, and service type information of a store, etc.) of a customer required to register a specific store as a member store to the member store information processing apparatus 200.

The client terminal 100-1 is a client terminal (e.g., a PC, a cellular phone, a smart phone, a tablet PC, etc.) connected to the affiliate store information processing apparatus 200 via a wired network or a wireless network. The client terminal 100-1 accesses the member store information processing apparatus 200 via a wired network or a wireless network connected thereto by key manipulation of the user, and transmits member store registration request information of the customer input or selected by the customer to the member store information processing apparatus 200.

Subsequently, the affiliate store information processing apparatus 200 transmits the affiliate store registration request information thus received from the client terminal 100-1 to the corresponding store terminal 300(S401 and S402).

In this case, the affiliate store information processing apparatus 200 compares the number of affiliate store registration requests for the corresponding stores with a preset number for the purpose of efficiently managing data. As a result of the comparison, if the number of the affiliate store registration requests for the corresponding store exceeds the preset number, the affiliate store information processing apparatus 200 transmits the affiliate store registration request information of the customer to the corresponding store terminal 300. In contrast, if the number of the affiliate store registration requests for the corresponding stores is less than the preset number, the affiliate store information processing apparatus 200 can suppress the transmission of the affiliate store registration request information of the customer to the corresponding store terminal 300.

Thereafter, the affiliate store information processing apparatus 200 maps information on the corresponding store with information on the customer who has requested the affiliate store registration, and classifies and registers the corresponding store in the database as the affiliate store of the corresponding customer, in response to a signal indicating whether the affiliate store registration has been approved, received from the store terminal 300.

In other words, if the affiliate store information processing apparatus 200 receives a signal indicating that affiliate store registration has been approved from the store terminal 300, the affiliate store information processing apparatus 200 maps information about the corresponding store with information about a customer who has requested affiliate store registration, and classifies and registers the corresponding store in the database as an affiliate store of the corresponding customer.

In contrast, if the affiliate store information processing apparatus 200 does not receive a signal indicating that affiliate store registration has been approved from the store terminal 300, the affiliate store information processing apparatus 200 maps information about the corresponding store with information about a customer who has requested affiliate store registration, and classifies and registers the corresponding store in the database as an unapproved affiliate store of the corresponding customer (S403 to S405).

Next, the affiliated store information processing apparatus 200 receives a notification message including the customer interest information from the predetermined store terminal 300 (S406).

Then, if the store to which the notification message has been transmitted is a registered member store, the member store information processing apparatus 200 transmits or pushes the notification message including the customer benefit information (e.g., coupon information, product discount information, etc.) to the client terminal of the corresponding customer who has requested to register the store as a member store by referring to the customer information mapped to the corresponding member store.

Meanwhile, when the classification and registration of a predetermined shop as a member shop or an unauthorized member shop of a specific customer is completed, the member shop information processing apparatus 200 pushes member shop information of the customer to a specified website so that the corresponding customer can obtain feedback in real time through the website whether information requested by himself or herself has been normally processed (S409).

As such, the present invention enables a predetermined member store information processing apparatus to interconnect a customer who has requested member store registration with a store that has become a member store, classify and register the corresponding store as a member store of the corresponding customer in a database, and batch-transmit (or push) a notification message including customer benefit information (e.g., coupon information, product discount information) received from a predetermined member store terminal to a client terminal connected with the corresponding member store, so that the store can efficiently promote and sell products and manage the customer, and the customer can actively designate a desired store as a member store, thereby providing improved convenience and better service to the customer.

Fig. 5 is a view illustrating one example of affiliate store registration request information according to the present invention, fig. 6 is a view illustrating one example of affiliate store information displayed on a predetermined website (herein, "my page") according to the present invention, and fig. 7 is a view illustrating one example of a notification message including customer benefit information (e.g., coupon information) transmitted to a customer according to the present invention.

As shown in fig. 5, the client terminal accesses the affiliate store information processing apparatus connected thereto via a predetermined wired or wireless network, and transmits affiliate store registration request information of a customer input or selected by the customer to the affiliate store information processing apparatus 200. In this case, the member store registration request information of the customer required to register the specific store as a member store may include, for example: ID, comment, e-mail information, terminal number, message reception protocol data, and e-mail reception protocol data of the corresponding customer required for requesting registration of the affiliated shop, and name, telephone number, address, and service type information of the shop, etc.

Further, as shown in fig. 6, if the member store information processing apparatus receives a signal indicating that member store registration has been approved from the store terminal, the member store information processing apparatus maps information on the corresponding store with information on a customer who has requested member store registration, and classifies and registers the corresponding store in the database as a member store of the corresponding customer. In contrast, if the affiliate store information processing apparatus does not receive a signal indicating that affiliate store registration has been approved from the store terminal 300, the affiliate store information processing apparatus maps information about the corresponding store with information about a customer who has requested affiliate store registration, and classifies and registers the corresponding store in the database as an unapproved affiliate store of the corresponding customer. In addition, when the classification and registration of a predetermined store as a member store of a specific customer or a non-approved member store is completed, the member store information processing apparatus pushes member store information of the customer to a specified website (herein, "my page") so that the corresponding customer can obtain feedback in real time through the website whether information requested by himself or herself has been normally processed. The affiliate store information according to the present invention is largely divided into information on approved affiliate stores and information on unapproved affiliate stores, i.e., information on affiliate stores that are requesting registration. The categorized affiliate store information may include a name, contact phone, address, message, etc. of the corresponding store.

Meanwhile, as shown in fig. 7, the affiliated store information processing apparatus receives a notification message including customer interest information from a predetermined store terminal. Then, if the store to which the notification message has been transmitted is a registered member store, the member store information processing apparatus transmits or pushes the notification message including the customer benefit information (e.g., coupon information, product discount information, etc.) to the client terminal of the corresponding customer who has requested the registration of the store as a member store by referring to the customer information mapped to the corresponding member store.

In fig. 7, an example of the following notification message is shown: "one coupon is delivered from [200 Wulanbarton (BRAU HAUS) ]. If you come today with your lover you will be given ladel 1+1 ".

Industrial applicability

The present invention can be applied to all member store systems that provide customers with a wide variety of benefits based on membership.

Although the present invention has been described in connection with the specific embodiments illustrated in the accompanying drawings, they are merely illustrative, and the present invention is not limited to these embodiments. It is to be understood that various equivalent modifications and changes to these embodiments may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Therefore, the true technical scope of the present invention should not be defined by the above-mentioned embodiments, but should be defined by the appended claims and equivalents thereof.

Claims

1. A method of processing membership in response to a customer's affiliate store registration request, the method comprising the steps of:

allowing the affiliate store information processing apparatus to receive, from the client terminal, affiliate store registration request information of a customer required to register a specific store as an affiliate store, and transmit the received affiliate store registration request information to the corresponding store terminal;

allowing the affiliate store information processing apparatus to map information about a corresponding store with information about a customer who has requested registration of the affiliate store, and classify and register the corresponding store as an affiliate store of the corresponding customer in a database, in response to a signal indicating whether the affiliate store registration has been approved received from the store terminal;

allowing the affiliated store information processing apparatus to receive a notification message including customer interest information from a predetermined store terminal; and

allowing the affiliate store information processing apparatus to transmit the notification message including the customer interest information to a client terminal of a corresponding customer who has requested registration of a store as an affiliate store by referring to customer information mapped to the corresponding affiliate store if the store to which the notification message has been transmitted is a registered affiliate store,

wherein the step of classifying and registering the corresponding store as the affiliate store of the corresponding customer includes the steps of: allowing the member store information processing apparatus to map information about the corresponding store with information about a customer who has requested the member store registration and to classify and register the corresponding store as a member store of the corresponding customer in a database if the member store information processing apparatus receives a signal indicating that the member store registration has been approved from the store terminal, and allowing the member store information processing apparatus to map information about the corresponding store with information about a customer who has requested the member store registration and to classify and register the corresponding store as an unapproved member store of the corresponding customer in a database if the member store information processing apparatus does not receive the signal indicating that the member store registration has been approved from the store terminal,

wherein the step of classifying and registering the corresponding store as the affiliate store of the corresponding customer further comprises the steps of: if the corresponding store is classified and registered as a member store or a non-approved member store of the corresponding customer, the member store information processing apparatus is allowed to push the member store information of the customer to a specified website so that the corresponding customer can get feedback in real time through the website whether information requested by himself or herself has been normally processed.

2. The method as set forth in claim 1, wherein the step of allowing the affiliated store information processing apparatus to transmit the received affiliated store registration request information to the corresponding store terminal comprises the steps of: the member store information processing apparatus is allowed to compare the number of member store registration requests for the corresponding store with a preset number, and as a result of the comparison, if the number of member store registration requests for the corresponding store exceeds the preset number, the member store information processing apparatus is allowed to transmit member store registration request information of the customer to the corresponding store terminal, and if the number of member store registration requests for the corresponding store is less than the preset number, the member store information processing apparatus is allowed to suppress transmission of member store registration request information of the customer to the corresponding store terminal.

The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the affiliate store registration request information includes: ID, comment, e-mail information, terminal number, message reception protocol data and e-mail reception protocol data of the corresponding customer required for requesting registration of the affiliated shop, and name, telephone number, address and service type information of the shop, and

the customer interest information includes any one of coupon information and product discount information.

4. An apparatus for processing membership in response to a customer's affiliate store registration request, the apparatus comprising:

an information processing unit for receiving member store registration request information of a customer required to register a specific store as a member store from a client terminal and transmitting the received member store registration request information to a corresponding store terminal;

a member store registration unit for mapping information on a corresponding store with information on a customer who has requested the member store registration, and classifying and registering the corresponding store as a member store of the corresponding customer in a database, in response to a signal indicating whether the member store registration has been approved, received from the store terminal;

a message collection unit for receiving a notification message including customer interest information from a predetermined store terminal; and

a membership processing unit for transmitting the notification message including customer interest information to a client terminal of a corresponding customer who has requested registration of a store as a member store by referring to customer information mapped to the corresponding member store if the store having transmitted the notification message is a registered member store,

wherein if the member store registering unit receives a signal indicating that the member store registration has been approved from the store terminal, the member store registering unit maps information on a corresponding store with information on a customer who has requested the member store registration and classifies and registers the corresponding store in the database as a member store of a corresponding customer, and if the member store registering unit does not receive the signal indicating that the member store registration has been approved from the store terminal, the member store registering unit maps information on the corresponding store with information on a customer who has requested the member store registration and classifies and registers the corresponding store in the database as an unapproved member store of a corresponding customer,

wherein the apparatus further comprises a feedback module for pushing affiliate store information of a corresponding customer to a designated website if the corresponding store is classified and registered as an affiliate store of the customer or an unapproved affiliate store, so that the corresponding customer can get feedback whether information requested by himself or herself has been normally processed through the website in real time.

5. The apparatus of claim 4, wherein the information processing unit compares the number of the member store registration requests for the corresponding store with a preset number, and as a result of the comparison, if the number of the member store registration requests for the corresponding store exceeds the preset number, the information processing unit transmits the member store registration request information of the customer to the corresponding store terminal, and if the number of the member store registration requests for the corresponding store is less than the preset number, the information processing unit suppresses transmission of the member store registration request information of the customer to the corresponding store terminal.

The apparatus of claim 4, wherein the affiliate store registration request information comprises: ID, comment, e-mail information, terminal number, message reception protocol data and e-mail reception protocol data of a corresponding customer required for requesting registration of an affiliate store, and name, telephone number, address and service type information of the store, and

7. A system for handling membership in response to a customer's affiliate store registration request, the system comprising:

a client terminal for inputting member store registration request information of a customer required for registering a specific store as a member store; and

a member store information processing apparatus for transmitting member store registration request information thus received from the client terminal to a corresponding store terminal, mapping information on the corresponding store with information on a customer who has requested the member store registration in response to a signal indicating whether the member store registration has been approved received from the store terminal, and classifying and registering the corresponding store as a member store of the corresponding customer in a database, receiving a notification message including customer benefit information from a predetermined store terminal, and transmitting the notification message including the customer benefit information to the client terminal who has requested the corresponding customer who registered the store as a member store by referring to the customer information mapped to the corresponding member store if the notification message has been transmitted is a registered member store,

wherein if the member store information processing apparatus receives a signal indicating that the member store registration has been approved from the store terminal, the member store information processing apparatus maps information on a corresponding store with information on a customer who has requested the member store registration and classifies and registers the corresponding store in the database as a member store of the corresponding customer, and if the member store information processing apparatus does not receive the signal indicating that the member store registration has been approved from the store terminal, the member store information processing apparatus maps information on a corresponding store with information on a customer who has requested the member store registration and classifies and registers the corresponding member store in the database as an unapproved member store of the corresponding customer,

wherein, if the corresponding store is classified and registered as a member store of the corresponding customer or a non-approved member store, the member store information processing apparatus pushes member store information of the customer to a designated website so that the corresponding customer can get feedback whether information requested by himself or herself has been normally processed through the website in real time.

The system as claimed in claim 7, wherein the member store information processing apparatus compares the number of member store registration requests for the corresponding store with a preset number, and as a result of the comparison, if the number of member store registration requests for the corresponding store exceeds the preset number, the member store information processing apparatus transmits the member store registration request information of the customer to the corresponding store terminal, and if the number of member store registration requests for the corresponding store is less than the preset number, the member store information processing apparatus suppresses transmission of the member store registration request information of the customer to the corresponding store terminal.
