Description

Method for ensuring safety of buyer and seller in network transaction
Technical Field
The invention relates to a network transaction method, in particular to a network transaction method which can ensure that 'virtual commodities are not maliciously used, or software registration codes or point card verification passwords are not sold by more than one object, or a seller preempts the buyer before registering before the buyer is sold to the buyer', and both the buyer and the seller can respectively and really obtain the virtual commodities and money.
Background
With the advancement of network communication technology and the vigorous development of electronic commerce, more and more enterprises and individuals can choose to trade commodities through a network platform, and particularly for individual consumers, the consumers can buy commodities around the world without being limited by regions and time only by pressing keys of a computer or a mobile phone, so that the system has extremely high convenience and can greatly expand the field of selling and increase the trade opportunities of global market marketing.
According to taiwan electronic commerce method of 96 years and the innovative electronic commerce model research report of the basic environment construction plan, the current forms of network transactions can be largely divided into:
(1) Business-to-Business transactions (Business to Business, abbreviated as B2B): the system refers to the cooperative operation among enterprises, and transactors such as electronic order purchase, bid placing, customer service, technical support and the like are performed among the enterprises in an electronic mode through the Internet, an Intranet or an Extranet;
(2) business-to-individual transactions (Businessto Customer, short B2C): the system provides goods, services or information for the consumers through the Internet for enterprises, and is also network consumption realized by individuals through a network shopping platform, and comprises applications of online shopping, securities ordering, online databases and the like;
(3) person-to-person transaction (Customer to Customer, C2C for short): the network service provider provides an electronic commerce platform and a transaction program, allows two parties (mainly individual users) engaged in trade and sale transaction to independently bid or negotiate price on the platform in a network transaction mode, and spontaneous commodity transaction behaviors among consumers include a manufacturer network direct marketing pipeline, a network auction platform, a general personal auction website or a second-hand flea market and the like;
(4) person-to-Business transactions (Customer to Business, C2B for short): the buyer group shopping power is integrated to negotiate with the seller to achieve the group price killing purpose, and the information provided by the consumer is shared with other consumers, such as: product price comparison mechanisms such as a co-purchase platform and a group purchase website.
As mentioned above, for general consumers, the most commonly used network transactions are two types, i.e., B2C and C2C, but as more and more consumers are willing to go online for shopping, consumption disputes of network transactions are caused and frequently occur. Because the average consumption amount of the network transaction is not high, the time and money consumed for litigation obviously greatly exceed the consumption amount after a consumption dispute event occurs, and the network transaction is not beneficial to consumers. Therefore, to avoid the foregoing situation, most of the existing network transaction platforms tend to maintain the rights of the consumers (i.e. buyers), such as: and paying the money to the merchant (namely, the seller) by the third party transaction platform after the seven-day appreciation period or after the consumer confirms that the goods are received. Also, with the prevalence of online games, many game commodities (e.g. virtual game, point cards) will be sold in online transaction manner, for example, after the introduction of the prior online transaction system and transaction method for providing game commodities, please refer to fig. 1, the online transaction system 1 includes a first terminal device 11, a second terminal device 12 and a third-party server 13, wherein the third-party server 13 is provided with a transaction platform (e.g. treasure transaction 8591 website) for a user to view commodity contents on the transaction platform through the displays of the first terminal device 11 and the second terminal device 12, and the third-party server 13 is provided with an account data 131 and a money data 132, the account data 131 includes a plurality of accounts, the money data 132 includes a plurality of money items, and each account corresponds to one money item, in particular, each account is an account number that the user registers in advance on the third-party server 13, and the user can perform a value storing procedure in the third-party server 13, so that the registered account number can correspond to the amount of money to be recharged, so as to smoothly perform subsequent transactions.
Referring to fig. 1, when a seller wants to sell a credit card, the seller can transmit a commodity sale information to the third-party server 13 through the first terminal device 11, wherein the commodity sale information includes account information (such as an account name or an identification code representing the account), a name of the credit card and a sale amount of the credit card of the seller, and after the third-party server 13 receives the commodity sale information, the sale information of the credit card is displayed on the transaction platform for others to search for a virtual commodity desired to purchase through the transaction platform, and when a buyer views the contents of the transaction platform through the second terminal device 12 and wants to purchase the credit card, the seller can enable the second terminal device 12 to transmit a commodity purchase information to the third-party server 13 through the transaction platform, wherein the commodity purchase information includes the account of the buyer, The name of the point card and a purchase amount, when the third party server 13 receives the commodity purchase information, it will first determine whether the corresponding money in the buyer's account is enough to pay the purchase amount, if it is enough, the third party server 13 will first deduct the money from the buyer's account to deduct the purchase amount, but will not pay the purchase amount to the seller, but will first freeze the purchase amount, and send a notice to the first terminal device 11, so that the seller knows that the point card is sold, then the seller can mail the point card to the buyer, or directly provide the serial number on the point card to the buyer, when the buyer gets the point card, the seller will transmit a transaction completion information to the third party server 13 through the second terminal device 12, after the third party server 13 receives the transaction completion information, the frozen purchase amount will be added to the money corresponding to the account, thus, the buyer can obtain the commodity of the seller smoothly.
However, referring to fig. 1, the foregoing network transaction method still has some problems, first, for the credit card, once the buyer receives the physical card or the serial number of the credit card, the buyer will usually transmit the transaction completion information directly through the second terminal device 12, so if the seller sells and receives the money, the seller will use the serial number of the credit card on the network immediately, which will make the buyer unable to use the serial number of the credit card. In addition, if the buyer receives the serial number of the physical card or the credit card and is late to transmit the transaction completion information, the seller cannot obtain the money, and further a lot of transaction disputes are derived.
In summary, the conventional third party payment and network transaction method is fundamentally very defective for the buyer or seller and still requires to rely on interpersonal trust for success, so how to design a better network transaction method for the above defects becomes an important issue for the related network business.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 2, in a first embodiment of the present invention, the method is applied to a network transaction system 2, the network transaction system 2 includes a first terminal device 21, a second terminal device 22, a third-party server 23 and a verification unit 24, in this embodiment, the verification unit 24 is located in the third-party server 23, however, in other embodiments of the present invention, the verification unit 24 can be located in a game manufacturer server according to business model requirements of the dealer, and it is shown in advance.
As shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, the third-party server 23 can be connected to the terminal devices 21 and 22 through the Internet (Internet), and has an account data 24 and a money data 25 therein, where the account data 25 includes a plurality of accounts 251, such as: a 1-a 4, the payment data 26 includes a plurality of payments 261, such as: 1000. 1000, 2000, 5000, and each account 251 corresponds to an amount 261, such as: the account 251 corresponds to a1 with a sum of 1000 yuan 261, the account 251 corresponds to a2 with a sum of 1000 yuan, and so on, when a seller wants to sell the network game credit card, the seller can transmit a merchandise transaction message through the first terminal device 21, the merchandise transaction message includes a first account information, a first merchandise code (e.g., serial number 123456 of the network game credit card) and a sale amount (e.g., 500 yuan), wherein the first account information can represent the account 251 (a 1 in the embodiment) registered by the seller or an identification code representing the account 251 registered by the seller, and then the third party server 23 transmits the first merchandise code to the verification unit 24 after receiving the merchandise transaction message transmitted from the first terminal device 21.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the verification unit 24 can verify whether the product (i.e., the network game point card) corresponding to the first product code is not used, if so, the first product code is locked into a locked state, i.e., when the first product code is not unlocked, anyone cannot use the product corresponding to the first product code to ensure that the seller cannot use the product maliciously during the selling process, and after the first product code is locked, the verification unit 24 transmits a locking completion message to the third-party server 23, and after receiving the locking completion message, the third-party server 23 displays the product transaction message on a transaction platform (e.g., YAHOO auction website, treasure transaction 8591 website, eBay website, etc.), which is a website provided by the third-party server 23, for the terminal devices 21, 22 to view the goods thereon via the trading platform. In addition, in other embodiments of the present invention, after receiving the locking completion information, the third-party server 23 can further replace the first commodity code in the commodity transaction information with a first commodity name (e.g. a point card), and then display the commodity transaction information on the transaction platform, so as to prevent others from obtaining the first commodity code in advance when the transaction is not completed, or after removing the first account information in the commodity transaction information, the third-party server 23 can display the commodity transaction information on the transaction platform.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, when a buyer browses the merchandise transaction information on the transaction platform through the second terminal device 22 and wants to purchase the online game point card, he or she can transmit merchandise purchase information to the third party server 23 through the second terminal device 22 and the transaction platform, the merchandise purchase information includes a second account information (i.e. the account 251 registered by the buyer, in this embodiment, a2, or an id code representing the account 251 registered by the buyer) and the first merchandise code, and then, after receiving the merchandise purchase information, the third party server 23 determines whether the money 261 corresponding to the second account information (the account 251 registered by the buyer, in this embodiment, because the second account information (i.e., a2) the corresponding money 261 is 1000 yuan, so the third-party server 23 deducts the sale amount from the money 261 corresponding to the second account information, that is, the money 261 corresponding to the second account information (i.e., a 2) is changed to 500 yuan, and transmits a commodity transaction completion message to the verification unit 241. However, it is specifically mentioned that, in other embodiments, the merchandise purchase information includes the second account information and the first merchandise name, and is first revealed, if the first merchandise code has been replaced with the first merchandise name.
Further, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the verification unit 24 generates a second merchandise code (e.g. serial number 654321 of the network game point card) for the merchandise according to the information of completing the merchandise transaction, instead of the first merchandise code, and transmits the second merchandise code to the third party server 23, and then the third party server 23 transmits the second merchandise code to the second terminal device 22, and adds the sale amount paid out from the money corresponding to the second account information to the money 261 corresponding to the first account information, that is, the money 261 corresponding to the first account information (account 251 registered by the seller, i.e. a 1) is changed to 1500 yuan, so as to complete the entire network transaction safely. Thus, although the seller can know the first commodity code, after the seller puts the commodity on the shelf, the first commodity code is in a locked state and then replaced by the second commodity code, so that the seller can not use the first commodity code maliciously, so as to ensure that the buyer can use the commodity (network game point card) corresponding to the second commodity code normally.
To clearly disclose the method for network transaction in the first embodiment, the following description is made only for the processing flow of the network transaction system 2 of the present invention, please refer to fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4A and fig. 4B:
step 301, the third party server 23 receives a commodity transaction message from the first terminal device 21, and step 302 is entered;
step 302, the third party server 23 transmits the first commodity code to the verification unit 24, and step 303 is entered;
step 303, the verification unit 24 verifies whether the product corresponding to the first product code is in an unused state, if so, go to step 304, otherwise, go to step 313;
step 304, the verification unit 24 locks the first commodity code into a locked state, and proceeds to step 305;
step 305, the verification unit 24 sends a lock completion message to the third party server 23, go to step 306;
step 306, the third-party server 23 displays the commodity transaction information on a transaction platform, and then step 307 is performed;
307, the third party server 23 receives a commodity purchasing information transmitted from the second terminal device 22 through the transaction platform, and then step 308 is performed;
step 308, the third party server 23 determines whether the money 261 corresponding to the second account information is enough to pay the sale amount, if so, step 309 is executed, otherwise, step 313 is executed;
step 309, the third party server 23 deducts the sale amount from the money 261 corresponding to the second account information, and then step 310 is entered;
step 310, the third party server 23 transmits a commodity transaction completion message to the verification unit 24, and then step 311 is performed;
311, the verification unit 24 generates a second product code for the product to replace the first product code, and transmits the second product code to the third-party server 23, and then step 312 is performed;
step 312, the third party server 23 transmits the second merchandise code to the second terminal device 22, and adds the sale amount paid by the payment corresponding to the second account information to the payment 261 corresponding to the first account information;
step 313, the transaction flow is ended.
For goods like credit cards, for example: if the method of the present invention is used for goods such as the delivery volume and the software serial number, the second goods code obtained by the buyer is different from the first goods code, but the second goods code still corresponds to the goods of the first goods code, so that the buyer does not need to worry about that the seller maliciously uses the goods after the transaction is completed, the normal use right of the goods cannot be obtained, and the seller can also smoothly obtain the sale amount of the goods. In addition, in other embodiments of the present invention, the verification unit 24 can also generate a second product code after locking the first product code, and store the second product code in the third-party server 23, so that the third-party server 23 can immediately provide the second product code to the buyer after obtaining the money of the buyer without waiting for the conversion step of the subsequent verification unit 24, so as to shorten the transaction waiting time of both the buyer and the seller, wherein the third-party server 23 does not display the second product code after obtaining the second product code, but can display the first product code (or the first product name) in the product purchase information, which will be described in advance.
In addition to the merchandise of the first embodiment, the seller may also sell merchandise without merchandise codes, such as: in a second embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 5, the network transaction system 4 includes a first terminal device 41, a second terminal device 42, a third party server 43 and a game vendor server 44A, the game vendor server 44A is provided with a verification unit 44, the third party server 43 can be connected to the terminal devices 41, 42 and the game vendor server 44A via the Internet (Internet), and is provided with an account data 24 and a money data 25, the account data 25 includes a plurality of accounts 251 (as shown in fig. 3), when the seller wants to sell the game character, the seller transmits a commodity transaction message through the first terminal device 41, the commodity transaction message includes a first account information (i.e. the account 251 registered by the seller, in the embodiment, is a3, or an id code representing an account 251 registered by the seller), a commodity information (e.g.: the name, level, equipment, etc. of the game character) and an amount of sale (e.g.: 2000 yuan), then, after receiving the merchandise transaction information transmitted from the first terminal device 41, the third-party server 43 transmits the merchandise information to the game manufacturer server 44A, so that the verification unit 44 in the game manufacturer server 44A can verify whether the merchandise corresponding to the merchandise information is correct, i.e. the merchandise information inputted by the seller (for example: name, grade, equipment of the game role) is in accordance with the data of the game role to be sold, if so, a commodity code is generated according to the commodity information, and the commodity corresponding to the commodity information is locked into a locked state.
Also, as shown in fig. 5, after the merchandise information is locked, the verification unit 44 transmits the merchandise code to the third party server 43, the third party server 43 displays the merchandise transaction information on a transaction platform, and then, when the buyer browses the merchandise transaction information on the transaction platform through the second terminal device 42 and wants to purchase the game character, it can transmit merchandise purchase information to the third party server 43 through the transaction platform and the merchandise purchase information includes a second account information (i.e. the account 251 registered by the buyer, which is a4 in the second embodiment, or an id code representing the account 251 registered by the buyer) and the merchandise information, and then, after the third party server 43 receives the merchandise purchase information, according to the merchandise account data 25 and the money data 26, in the second embodiment, since the money 261 corresponding to the second account information (i.e., a 4) is 5000 yuan, the third party server 43 deducts the sale amount from the money 261 corresponding to the second account information, adds the sale amount to the money 261 corresponding to the first account information, and transmits the merchandise code to the game vendor server 44A, and the game vendor server 44A performs a shipment procedure according to the merchandise code, for example: the game manufacturer server 44A unlocks the merchandise (e.g., game character) corresponding to the merchandise information and converts the merchandise into the game account of the buyer.
To clearly disclose the method for network transaction in the second embodiment, only the processing flow of the network transaction system 4 of the present invention is described below, please refer to fig. 3, fig. 5, fig. 6A and fig. 6B:

step 503, the verification unit 44 verifies whether the product corresponding to the product information is correct, if yes, step 504 is entered, otherwise step 512 is entered;
step 504, the verification unit 44 generates a product code according to the product information, locks the product corresponding to the product information into a locked state, and then proceeds to step 505;
step 505, the verification unit 44 transmits the merchandise code to the third party server 43, and proceeds to step 506;
step 506, the third-party server 43 displays the commodity transaction information on a transaction platform, and then step 507 is performed;
step 507, the third party server 43 receives a commodity purchasing information transmitted from the second terminal device 42 through the transaction platform, and step 508 is entered;
step 508, the third party server 43 determines whether the money 261 corresponding to the second account information is enough to pay the sale amount, if yes, step 509 is entered, otherwise, step 512 is entered;
step 509, the third party server 43 deducts the amount of money to be sold from the money 461 corresponding to the second account information, and then step 510 is entered;
step 510, the third party server 43 transmits the merchandise code to the game manufacturer server 44A, and adds the sale amount paid by the payment corresponding to the second account information to the payment 261 corresponding to the first account information, and then proceeds to step 511;
step 511, the game manufacturer server 44A executes a shipment procedure;
step 512, the transaction flow is ended.
Thus, by the method of the second embodiment, it can be ensured that the virtual goods purchased by the buyer can be normally used, for example: the equipment of the game role can not be removed, and the required money can be obtained after the seller provides the virtual commodity, so that the network transaction right of the buyer and the seller can be effectively guaranteed. Especially, before the game manufacturer server 44A executes a shipping program, the verification unit 44 can still verify the merchandise code to ensure the correctness of the merchandise code and prevent the merchandise code from being tampered during transmission, and then the third party server 43 can remove the first account information in the merchandise transaction information and then display the merchandise transaction information on the transaction platform.
Although the invention has been described with reference to specific embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
