Description

Eyelash curler and eyelash curler attachment
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an eyelash curler, and more particularly, to an attachment to an eyelash curler for curling eyelashes.
Background
Heretofore, various eyelash clips for curling eyelash have been known. However, when eyelash curls using the conventional eyelash curler, eyelash may be curled while being connected to each other or eyelash may be in an upright state. In order to solve such a problem, an eyelash curler is disclosed which includes an eyelash aligning means for combing eyelash dispersedly while inserting eyelash (for example, see patent document 1). However, the eyelash clip is not aligned from the root of the eyelashes, and thus there is a problem in that the effect of preventing the eyelashes from being connected to each other is insufficient.

Disclosure of Invention
(problems to be solved by the invention)
The present invention has been made in view of the problems of the prior art, and it is therefore an object of the present invention to provide an eyelash clip and an attachment for the same, which can separate eyelash from root and curl eyelash perfectly.
(means for solving the problems)
The 1 st embodiment of the present invention provides an attachment for eyelash curler which can separate eyelash from root and curl eyelash perfectly. The attachment for eyelash curler is mounted on an eyelash curler having a movable member which can move up and down. The eyelash curler comprises: the movable component comprises a mounting part which can be mounted on the movable component, a bridge part extending from the mounting part, and a plurality of dentate parts which extend upwards from the bridge part and are arranged at certain intervals in the horizontal direction.
The 2 nd embodiment of the present invention provides an eyelash clip which can separate eyelash from root and curl eyelash perfectly. The eyelash clip is provided with: the movable member is fixed to an upper side of the movable member, and the elastic member is placed on the movable member. The movable member is connected between the pair of frame portions, and the fixed member is connected between the pair of frame portions. The elastic member has a contact area that can contact the fixing member. Further, the eyelash clip comprises: an operating portion for moving the movable member upward and bringing the contact area of the elastic member into contact with the fixed member, and a comb-like member attached to the movable member. The comb member has: the movable member includes a mounting portion mounted on the movable member, a bridge portion extending from the mounting portion to a vicinity of the contact region of the elastic member, and a plurality of tooth portions extending upward from the bridge portion in the vicinity of the contact region of the elastic member and provided at a predetermined interval in a horizontal direction.
Thus, since the plurality of teeth extend upward from the bridge, the teeth are forced into between the roots of eyelashes in use, so that the eyelashes can be perfectly separated from the roots. Therefore, the eyelashes are not connected to each other, and the eyelashes can be perfectly curled from the root. Further, since the tooth-like portions are arranged at a constant interval in the horizontal direction, the eyelashes can be curled into a perfect fan shape with a constant interval.
Here, the tooth portions of the comb-like members preferably have contact surfaces that substantially contact the front surface of the fixing member when the contact region of the elastic member is brought into contact with the fixing member, respectively. In this case, since the tooth-like portion of the comb-like member is disposed in the vicinity of the fixed member to such an extent that the contact surface substantially contacts the fixed member, the position of the tooth-like portion is extremely close to the root of the eyelashes when the eyelashes are sandwiched between the fixed member and the elastic member. Therefore, the above-described effect of separating eyelashes from the root is exerted more remarkably.
Preferably, the tooth-like portions of the comb-like member each have an upper end portion curved forward. By adopting such a shape that the upper end portion of the tooth portion is curved forward, the risk of the tip portion of the tooth portion entering the eyes of the user when the eyelash curler is used can be eliminated. Further, when the movable member is moved upward, the fixed member is guided by the curved surface of the upper end portion of the tooth portion, so that the fixed member does not get caught on the tip portion of the tooth portion.
Further, the comb member may be mounted outside the movable member. In this case, since the comb-like member can be seen from the outside, the user can be visually exhibited with the effect of perfectly separating the eyelashes.
The tooth extension portion continuing from the tooth portion to the lower side may be formed by cutting a part of the bridge portion of the comb member along the adjacent tooth portion so that the slit formed by the adjacent tooth portion extends downward. In addition, a groove may be formed in the attachment portion of the comb member so that an extension line of the slit extends downward. Since the height of the root portion of the tooth portion or the thinness of the comb-like member can be partially adjusted by forming the tooth extension portion or the groove only in a part of the comb-like member in this manner, the strength and rigidity of the comb-like member can be maintained, and the space between the elastic member and the fixed member (root portion of eyelash) can be easily seen in use.
A through hole penetrating from the front to the back of the assembly part is formed on the assembly part of the comb-shaped component, and the movable component can be provided with a claw part which can be inserted in the through hole and can be locked on the assembly part of the comb-shaped component. In this way, the claw portion of the movable member is inserted into the through hole of the attachment portion of the comb member and locked to the attachment portion, whereby the comb member can be firmly and stably fixed to the movable member. Therefore, when the eyelash curler is used, for example, the comb-shaped member is not shaken to cause the danger that the tooth-shaped part enters the eyes of the user.
(Effect of the invention)
According to the present invention, since the plurality of teeth extend upward from the bridge portion, the teeth are forced into between the root portions of the eyelashes when in use, thereby perfectly separating the eyelashes from the root portions. Therefore, the eyelashes are not connected to each other, and the eyelashes can be perfectly curled from the root. Further, since the tooth-like portions are arranged at a constant interval in the horizontal direction, the eyelashes can be curled into a perfect fan shape with a constant interval.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the eyelash curler according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 9. In fig. 1 to 9, the same or corresponding components are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant description thereof is omitted.
Fig. 1 is a front view of an eyelash clip 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 2 is a perspective view of the eyelash clip 1 shown in fig. 1 from the rear. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an eyelash curler 1 of the present embodiment includes: a 1 st arm member 10 having a grip portion 11 for inserting, for example, a thumb, a 2 nd arm member 20 having a grip portion 21 for inserting, for example, an index finger, and a curl portion 30 for curling eyelashes. The 1 st arm member 10 and the 2 nd arm member 20 are supported by the rotation shaft 40 to be freely rotatable. The 1 st arm member 10 includes a pair of frame portions 12,12 branched at a rotation axis 40 and extending upward.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the nip 30 includes: a fixed member 50 attached to the upper end portions of the frame portions 12, a movable member 60 provided below the fixed member 50, an elastic member 70 made of rubber or the like and placed on the movable member 60, and a comb-like member 80 (eyelash curler attachment) attached to the front outer portion of the movable member 60. The fixing member 50 connects the 2 frame portions 12,12 to each other, and its lower end 50A has a function of pressing eyelash to curl it with the elastic member 70.
The movable member 60 connects the 2 frame portions 12,12 to each other similarly to the fixed member 50, but the movable member 60 is configured to be slidable up and down along the frame portions 12, 12. That is, insertion holes 61,61 are formed at both ends of the movable member 60, and the frame portions 12,12 are inserted through the insertion holes 61,61, respectively. Thereby, the movable member 60 can slide up and down along the frame portions 12, 12.
Here, as shown in fig. 2, a V-shaped coupling member 41 is attached to the lower surface of the movable member 60, and the coupling member 41 is inserted into a through hole 22A formed in the upper end portion 22 of the 2 nd arm member 20. Therefore, when the 2 nd arm member 20 is moved about the rotation shaft 40, the upper end portion 22 of the 2 nd arm member 20 moves up and down, and the movable member 60 is pushed up or retracted down. Fig. 1 and 2 show a state (open state) in which the movable member 60 is moved downward. Fig. 3 and 4 show a state in which the movable member 60 is moved upward (closed state).
Fig. 5 is a V-V line sectional view of the curling portion 30 of the eyelash clip 1 of fig. 3. As shown in fig. 5, in the state (closed state) in which the movable member 60 is moved upward, the upper end portion 70A of the elastic member 70 placed on the movable member 60 comes into contact with the lower end 50A of the fixed member 50. That is, the elastic member 70 has a contact area 70A that can contact the lower end 50A of the fixed member 50 by operating the 2 nd arm member 20 to move the movable member 60 upward. In this manner, in the present embodiment, the 2 nd arm member 20, the rotating shaft 40, and the linking member 41 constitute an operating portion for moving the movable member 60 upward and bringing the contact region 70A of the elastic member 70 into contact with the fixed member 50. When the eyelash clip 1 is used, eyelash is curled by being sandwiched between the contact area 70A of the elastic member 70 and the fixing member 50.
Fig. 6 is a front view of the comb member 80, and fig. 7 is a plan view. The comb member 80 is molded of, for example, resin, and has a substantially circular arc shape in the plan view of fig. 7. The comb member 80 covers a part of the front and bottom surfaces of the movable member 60. As shown in fig. 5 to 7, the comb member 80 includes: a mounting portion 81 extending in a substantially vertical direction, a bridge portion 82 extending obliquely upward from an upper end of the mounting portion 81, and a plurality of tooth portions 83(83-1,83-2) extending upward from an upper end of the bridge portion 82. The fitting portion 81 is fitted to the front of the movable member 60. The plurality of teeth 83 are arranged at a predetermined interval (e.g., about 0.5mm to about 1.0mm) in the horizontal direction. As shown in fig. 5, the bridge 82 extends to the vicinity of the contact area 70A of the elastic member 70, and the upper end of the bridge 82 is located in the vicinity of the contact area 70A of the elastic member 70. Such teeth 83 are provided, for example, in about 15 to about 35.
As described above, in the present embodiment, since the plurality of teeth 83 extend upward from the bridge 82 near the contact area 70A of the elastic member 70, the teeth 83 are forced into the space between the root portions of the eyelashes sandwiched between the contact area 70A of the elastic member 70 and the fixed member 50, and the eyelashes can be perfectly separated from the root portions. Therefore, the eyelashes are not connected to each other and can be perfectly curled from the root. Further, since the plurality of teeth 83 extending in parallel with each other are arranged at a predetermined interval in the horizontal direction, the teeth 83 can easily enter between the eyelashes and curl the eyelashes into a perfect fan shape. Further, the comb-like member 80 having such the tooth-like portion 83 is fitted to the outside of the movable member 60, so that the comb-like member 80 can be seen from the outside, and the effect of making eyelash separate perfectly can be visually exhibited to the user.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, a plurality of recesses 84 (3 recesses 84 in the illustrated example) are formed at intervals in the horizontal direction on the front surface 81A of the mounting portion 81 of the comb member 80. In addition, a through hole 85 penetrating the comb member 80 to the rear surface 81B of the mounting portion 81 is formed in an upper region of each recess 84. On the other hand, as shown in fig. 5, the movable member 60 is provided with claw portions 62 corresponding to the recesses 84 and the through-holes 85 of the comb member 80. The claw portion 62 can be bent by using a tool, and fig. 5 shows a state in which the claw portion 62 is bent downward.
When the comb member 80 is attached to the movable member 60, the claw portion 62 is first inserted into the through hole 85 of the comb member 80 (in a state shown by a broken line 62A in fig. 5), and then bent downward so that the claw portion 62 is received in the recess 84. Thereby, the claw portion 62 of the movable member 60 is locked to the wall surface of the recess 84, and the comb member 80 is fixed to the movable member 60.
In this way, the claw portion 62 of the movable member 60 is inserted into the through hole 85 of the attachment portion 81 of the comb member 80 and locked to the attachment portion 81, so that the comb member 80 can be firmly and stably fixed to the movable member 60. Therefore, the eyelash clip 1 is used without the danger that the comb-like member 80 swings and the tooth-like portion 83 enters the eyes of the user. The number and positions of the recesses 84, the through-holes 85, and the claws 62 are not limited to those shown in the drawings. Further, if the comb member 80 can be attached to the movable member 60 without using the claw portions 62 and the through holes 85, it is preferable that the comb member 80 be attached to the movable member 60 by such a method. Further, the comb member 80 may be detachably attached to the movable member 60.
As shown in fig. 5, each of the serrations 83 has a contact surface 83A that substantially contacts the front surface 50B of the fixing member 50 when the contact area 70A of the elastic member 70 is brought into contact with the fixing member 50 (for example, no gap or a gap of 0.3mm or less, if any, between the contact surface 83A and the front surface 50B of the fixing member 50). Since the tooth-like portion 83 of the comb-like member 80 is disposed near the fixed member 50 to such an extent that the contact surface 83A substantially contacts the fixed member 50, the tooth-like portion 83 is positioned extremely close to the root of the eyelashes when the eyelashes are sandwiched between the fixed member 50 and the elastic member 70. Therefore, the above-described effect of separating eyelashes from the root is exerted more remarkably.
As shown in fig. 5, the upper end portion 83B of each tooth portion 83 is formed by bending forward from the front surface 50B of the fixing member 50. By having the upper end portion 83B of the tooth portion 83 curved forward, the risk of the tip portion of the tooth portion 83 entering the eyes of the user can be eliminated when using the eyelash clip 1. When the movable member 60 is moved upward, the fixed member 50 is guided by the curved surface of the upper end portion 83B of the serration 83, and therefore the fixed member 50 is not caught by the tip end portion of the serration 83. For example, the upper end portion 83B of the tooth portion 83 may be bent forward at an angle of about 15 degrees to about 20 degrees with respect to the contact surface 83A. The length of the upper end 83B may be, for example, about 0.5mm to about 1.5 mm.
Fig. 8 is a sectional view of the comb member 80 of fig. 6 taken along line VIII-VIII, showing the vicinity of the tooth 83-1 (1 st tooth) formed in a portion closer to the recess 84 among the teeth 83. Fig. 9 is a cross-sectional view taken along line IX-IX of the comb member 80 of fig. 6, showing the vicinity of the tooth 83-2 (2 nd tooth) formed at a position farther from the recess 84 among the teeth 83. As shown in fig. 6 and 8, in the portion closer to the recess 84, the entire bridge 82 extends from the upper end of the fitting portion 81 to the root portion of the 1 st tooth 83-1 in order to ensure the strength and rigidity of the fitting portion 81.
On the other hand, as shown in fig. 6 and 9, in the root portion of the 2 nd tooth 83-2 formed at a position farther from the recess 84, a part of the bridge 82 is cut along the 2 nd tooth 83-2 so that the slit S (see fig. 6) formed by the adjacent tooth 83 extends downward. Thereby, the tooth extension 86 extending from the 2 nd tooth 83-2 to the lower side is formed, and the 2 nd tooth 83-2 and the tooth extension 86 form a tooth longer than the 1 st tooth 83-1 as a whole. In this manner, the bridge 82 is cut away on both sides of the tooth extension 86, so that the portion where the 2 nd tooth 83-2 is formed can be viewed from the opposite side of the comb member 80 (the reverse side of the paper surface in fig. 6, the left side in fig. 9) at a lower position than the portion where the 1 st tooth 83-1 is formed. For example, the 2 nd tooth 83-2 may have a length of about 3mm to 5 mm.
Further, a groove 87 extending downward from the extension line of the slit S is formed in the front surface 81A of the fitting portion 81, and the thickness of the comb-like member 80 is partially reduced in the portion where the 2 nd tooth 83-2 is formed, as compared with the portion where the 1 st tooth 83-1 is formed (see FIG. 7).
Here, when the eyelash clip 1 is used, it is preferable that the user can see between the elastic member 70 and the fixed member 50 to confirm that the eyelash is correctly sandwiched between the elastic member 70 and the fixed member 50, but it is also considered that the comb-like member 80 blocks the visual field if the comb-like member 80 is thick or the height of the root portion of the tooth-like portion 83 of the comb-like member 80 is high. Therefore, it is preferable that the thickness of the comb member 80 is as thin as possible and the height of the root portion of the tooth 83 is as low as possible (that is, the length of the tooth 83 is made long), but on the other hand, if the thickness of the comb member 80 is too thin and the height of the root portion of the tooth 83 is too low, the strength and rigidity of the comb member 80 are insufficient, and there is a problem that the attachment and fixation of the comb member 80 to the movable member 60 become difficult or the comb member is broken immediately.
From such a viewpoint, in the present embodiment, the bridge 82 is not cut off from the portion where the 1 st tooth 83-1 is formed, and the groove such as the groove 87 is not formed in the fitting portion 81, so that the strength and rigidity of the comb member 80 are improved, and the bridge 82 is cut off from the portion where the 2 nd tooth 83-2 is formed, so that the tooth extension 86 is formed, and the groove 87 is formed in the fitting portion 81, so that the space between the elastic member 70 and the fixed member 50 (root of eyelash) becomes easily visible when used. That is, since the height or the thinness of the comb member 80 can be partially adjusted by forming the tooth extension 86 and the groove 87 only in a part of the comb member 80, the strength and the rigidity of the comb member 80 can be maintained and the easy-to-see property in use can be improved. Further, as described above, if the comb member 80 can be attached to the movable member 60 without using the claw portions 62 and the through holes 85, the through holes 85 do not need to be formed in the attachment portions 81, and all the tooth portions 83 can be formed to be as long as the 2 nd tooth portion 83-2. In this case, it is easier to observe the eyelashes when using the eyelash clip 1.
In the above embodiment, the example in which the comb member 80 is attached to the front surface of the movable member 60 has been described, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the comb member 80 may be attached to the rear surface or the inside of the movable member 60.
While the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and it goes without saying that the present invention can be implemented in various different forms within the scope of the technical idea thereof.
(availability in industry)
The present invention is suitable for eyelash clips for curling eyelash.
