Description
The present invention relates to a shoe with an information or object storage device and a method of manufacturing such a shoe.
According to the first aspect, the present invention relates to a shoe which includes a device for storing information or an object; according to the second aspect, the invention proposes a shoe which is capable of holding a storage device; according to the third aspect, the invention proposes a case which includes a device for storing information or an object which can be inserted into a shoe; according to the fourth aspect, the invention proposes a method of manufacturing a shoe.
By shoe we mean any style of shoe (child, woman, man), spade, sandal, barefoot, boot.
In the case of the previous technology, there are shoes with housing for a storage module accessible from the outside.
WO-A1-9311681 reveals a sports shoe that includes a sole and a receiver built into the sole intended to receive and hold a plug-in module in a slide removably, the plug-in module containing a battery and electrical circuit elements.
Publication US-A1-2007260421 reveals another example of a shoe in which a housing element for an electronic module is provided and is accessible from outside the shoe structure, and comprising a case with a removable cover element.
Publication US 1 751 069 A shows a shoe with an information or object storage device as described in the preamble to claim 1.
US 6 050 007 A describes a shoe and a process for illuminating a sports shoe with a storage device containing an activated chemically luminescent light source which is removable and fixed in the sole of the shoe.
These structures are usually made up of various devices that can be fitted into the shoe and simply fixed to the sole.
However, there are some drawbacks to these shoes with known storage devices, such as not being designed to prevent dirt or water from damaging the case, being heavy, bulky and unreliable. For storage structures, assembly and disassembly of such systems take a long time. In addition, problems also result in their implementation as these object storage devices are unreliable and do not withstand weather, frost, or high temperatures.
Implementation difficulties arise in particular for certain storage devices which are not firmly attached to the shoe or which are not completely watertight, which poses certain problems.
Furthermore, these information or object storage devices known to be in shoes are relatively easy to open even for a child.
It is therefore clear that a system is needed which to a large extent makes it possible to remedy the shortcomings encountered in the earlier technique.
The invention has several objectives:
Helping people who are in danger or unable to communicate crucial information at a specific time (young children, disabled people, people with memory loss, people to be identified...) Allow two adults to communicate information when the shoe-wearing person is unable to help them in this process (young children, disabled people, .....) Protect against potential assault (dissuasive)
The presence of the information or object storage device helps to enhance the wearer's sense of security.
In this device it is possible to deposit/store an important object or paper document containing information (essential survival list, identification information) such as:
Person's nameDate of birthPersonal addressBlood type Allergy to medicines and food Other medical informationName and contact person (family)Name and doctorHospital information, ........Other information: tattoo, glasses, special signs
In this device it is also possible to deposit/store an important object such as, for example, medicines, a chip -chip, a GPS tracker, money, a USB key, etc.
The problem to be solved is to overcome the above mentioned disadvantages of the previous art and to find a shoe that includes a storage device for information or an object securely attached to the shoe and completely waterproof.
Therefore, a purpose of the present invention is to provide a shoe with a discrete information or object storage device that is very easy to implement and very reliable and robust.

The present invention is described with particular embodiments and references to figures but the invention is not limited by these. The drawings or figures described are only schematic and are not limiting. Figure 1 illustrates a shoe (0) in an embodiment of the invention.
The shoe (0) comprises a sole (1), of which a back part (101) is visible in Figure 1. The back part (101) of the sole is intended to support a shoe user's heel. The back part (101) of the sole preferably comprises a heel. The sole (1) also comprises a front part (201) which is intended to support a user's toes. The back part (101) of the sole (1) is preferably thicker than the front part (201) of the sole.
The back (101) of the sole (1) has a hole (2) with an opening leading to the back of the shoe (0). The hole (2) is preferably located in the heel of the shoe (0).
As can be seen in Figure 7, the shoe (0) has a duct (3) which can be manually inserted into the hole (2). The duct (3) also includes a lid (4) closing the mouthpiece (153) of the duct (3). The duct(3) and the lid (4) together form a watertight case (3,4).
The box (3 and 4) has a first face, facing the opening (153) when the box is in place in the hole (2), and a second face, opposite the first face, to close the box.
The box (3 and 4) is preferably cylindrical, in which case the box preferably has a diameter of between 0.5 and 2.0 cm, more preferably between 1.0 and 1.5 cm.
The box (3 and 4) is preferably between 1.0 and 10.0 cm long, preferably between 3.0 and 7.0 cm long, and even more preferably between 4.0 and 6.0 cm long.
The hole (2) is preferably essentially parallel to the bottom of the sole and the groove (3) is also preferably installed essentially parallel to the bottom of the sole, so that the box (3 and 4) points backwards in a essentially horizontal direction when the shoe is flat.
The shoe (0) can be a flat-heeled, high-heeled, or with compensated soles.
Figures 7 to 11 show a lid (4) designed to close the opening (153) completely to prevent water or dirt from entering the pipe (3).
The lid (4) has a first face, facing backwards when the lid (4) is in place on the opening (153) and a second face, opposite the first face and thus facing the first face of the case when the lid (4) closes the hole into which the case is inserted.
Technical description of the duct and its attachment:
- What?
As shown in Figure 7, the pipe (3) also has a lid (4) to close the opening of the pipe (153) to form a watertight case.
The pipe (3) may have different shapes (123), ovals (223), rectangles (323), octagons (423), and sizes.
As shown in Figure 8, if the pipe (3) is elongated and cylindrical (123), the hole (2) in the sole (1) will also be of corresponding cylindrical shape (122), and the cover (124) According to an embodiment of the invention not shown, the pipe (3) is conical, and the hole (2) in the sole (1) will also be of corresponding conical cylindrical shape (122),
As shown in Figure 9, if the pipe (3) is elongated and oval in cross-section (223), the hole (2) in the sole (1) will also be of corresponding oval section (222), as will the lid (224).
As shown in Figure 10, if the pipe (3) is elongated and rectangular in cross-section (323), the hole (2) in the sole (1) will also be of corresponding rectangular section (322), as will the lid (324).
As shown in Figure 11, if the pipe (3) is elongated and of octagonal cross-section (423), the hole (2) in the sole (1) will also be of corresponding octagonal cross-section (422), as will the lid (424).
The pipe (3) and the lid (4) can be made of any waterproof material (metal, aluminium, stainless steel, any kind of plastic, carbon, rubber, .....)
The duct (3) is preferably smooth on the inside (143) to allow objects to be inserted and removed easily.
The hose (3) is permanently fixed to the sole (1) of the shoe by means of anchorages.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention illustrated in Figure 12, the outer face of the pipe has asperities (233) to form a means of anchoring the pipe (3) in the hole (112,212) of the sole (1) and to enable the pipe (3) to be fixed to the sole (1) to bind them permanently. These crescent shaped asperities (233) are open towards the mouth of the pipe (153) and full towards the closed part of the pipe (353). When the pipe (3) is introduced into the hole (2), it slides easily to its bottom.
The roughnesses (233) then block the pipe (3) in the hole (2) and prevent its removal so that the pipe (3) is permanently joined to the sole (2).
In the manner shown in Figure 12, the holding of the pipe (3) in the hole (2) of the sole (1) can be further strengthened by glue, for example by another means of adhesive fixation, cement, welding or other melting techniques.
According to another preferred embodiment of the invention illustrated in Figures 13 to 15, the outer face of the pipe has slits (wings) (333) to form a means of anchoring the pipe (3) in the hole (112,212) of the sole (1) and to enable the pipe (3) to be fixed to the sole (1) to solidify them permanently.
As can be seen in Figure 14 , the inner wall (102) of the hole (2) in the sole may be smooth and only the outer part of the duct 3 contains squirrels (333).
As can be seen in Figure 15 , according to another method of construction the inner wall (202) of the hole (2) contains the same squirrels (202) which cooperate with squirrels (333) on the outer part of the pipe (3) to anchor and fix the pipe (3) to the sole (1) and to bind them together permanently.
According to the methods illustrated in Figures 14-16, the holding in the hole (2) of the sole (1) can be further strengthened by glue.
According to another preferred embodiment of the invention illustrated in Figure 16, the duct (3) has at the end near the bottom of the hole (232), a flexible system of several pointed elements (433), preferably four elements (433). During the introduction of the duct into the hole (2), the pointed elements (433) which are flexible can fold into the duct (3) to facilitate its insertion into the hole (2). Then, by inserting a cylinder (not shown) into the duct (3), when the shoe is made, the various pointed elements (433) come outwards and become fixed in the sole (1) to remain stuck in it and thus fix the duct (3) to the sole (1) and fix them permanently.
In the manner shown in Figure 16, the holding of the sole (1) in the hole (2) can be further strengthened by glue.
The means of anchoring the conduit (3) of the illustrated embodiments may be combined.
The grip in the hole of the sole (1) is further strengthened by glue.
In another preferred embodiment of the invention, shown in Figure 17, the conduit is smooth (133) and is fixed in the hole (2) of the sole (1) by means of glue.
Figures 18 to 27 show the lid (4) hermetically closing the opening of the duct (3) to allow a robust attachment between the lid (4) and the duct (3) and to make the housing watertight.
Preferably, the lid (4) comprises a first fixing part and the duct (3) comprises a second fixing part, the first and second fixing parts being arranged to cooperate together, thus providing a strong and watertight fixing between the lid (4) and the duct (3).
In a preferred embodiment of the invention illustrated in Figure 18, the lid (4) includes flexible tori lamellae (114) on the outer face adapted to cooperate with a pipe (3) whose inner face of pipe (3) is smooth (143). The lid (4) includes flexible tori lamellae (114) on the outer face. By inserting the lid (4) into the pipe (3) up to the contact of the pipe mouthpiece (153) and the base of the lid (104), the lamellae (114) can bend slightly, thus creating a resistance that makes removal of the lid (4) difficult for a child while ensuring the tightness of the case.
To remove the lid (4), the person simply pulls the lid with a strong grip (414) at the base of the lid (104).
In a preferred embodiment of the invention illustrated in Figure 21, the cover (4) is made from a lever closure system (134) adapted to cooperate with a pipe (3) with a smooth inner face (143).
This system (134) consists of a pin (1134) connected between a pad (2134) at the bottom base (3134) and a lever (4134) at the top of the bar (5134). Between these two parts there is a rubber toric seal (6134) and a locking piece (7134) in contact with the tube mouth (153). When the closing system (134) is in contact with the tube mouth (153) and therefore the body of the piece (8134) is introduced into the tube (3), by rotating the lever (4134) 90 degrees relative to the tube (3), the pad (2134) approaches the locking piece (7134) and compresses the rubber toric seal (6134).
In a preferred embodiment of the invention shown in Figures 19, 20, 22, the cover (4) includes a first screw step facing the outside (214) and the duct (3) includes a second screw step facing the inside around the opening (243), so as to match the first screw step when the cover (4) closes the duct mouth (153).
The first screw step (214) is screwed into the second screw step (243) when the cover (4) is screwed into the opening (243) and this screwing provides a tight fastening, easy to open for an adult but relatively difficult for a child. Preferably, the cover (4) includes a means (164) to turn the cover (4) relative to the sole (1). This makes screwing and unscrewing easier. The means (164) to turn the cover relative to the sole includes a slot (164) for inserting a coin or a screwdriver.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention illustrated in Figure 23, the fastener includes a bayonet closure system (144). The end of the pipe (3) contains grooves (443). The lid includes two tabs (1144). By coupling the pipe (3) and the lid (4) with the bayonet closure system (144), the two tabs (1144) are in contact with the grooves (443). By rotating the lid, the two tabs (1144) become locked in the grooves (443) to allow a robust fastening between the lid (4) and the pipe (3) and to make the case watertight.
Preferably, the cover (4) following the design shown in Figure 23 includes a means of rotating the cover (4) in relation to the sole (1). This makes screwing and unscrewing easier.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention illustrated in Figures 24 and 25, the cover (4) comprises a ledge (204) with a first screw step facing inward (314) and the duct (213) comprises a second screw step arranged around the opening facing outward (343), so as to match the first screw step when the cover (4) closes the duct mouthpiece (153), with the duct slightly longer than the socket hole and slightly protruding outward from the socket (213).
This screw provides a strong, watertight fastener that is easy for an adult to open but relatively difficult for a child.
Preferably, the cover (4) following the design shown in Figure 25 includes a means of rotating the cover (4) in relation to the sole (1). This makes screwing and unscrewing easier.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention illustrated in Figures 26-28, the duct (3) is inserted entirely into the socket (113). At the mouth of the duct (153) the diameter of the socket hole (132) is slightly larger than the outer diameter (253) of the duct hole to allow the lid (4) to pass through when screwing.
The lid (4) comprises a rim (204) with a first screw step on the inside of the lid (314) and the duct (113) comprises a second screw step arranged around the opening on the outside (343), so as to match the first screw step when the lid closes the duct mouth (153).
This screw provides a strong, watertight fastener that is easy for an adult to open but relatively difficult for a child.
Preferably, the lid (4) following the design shown in Figure 27 includes a means (164) to rotate the lid (4) in relation to the sole (1) This makes screwing and unscrewing easier.
The base of the lid (104) containing the slot has an advantageous diameter of 3 mm greater than that of the lid body.
When the lid (4) is screwed on the pipe (3), the base of the lid (104) is in contact with the sole (1) and thus prevents any dirt or liquid from getting between the sole (1) and the pipe (3). Récapitulatif
