Claims (5)

  1. Mifepriston und Octreotid zur Verwendung bei der Behandlung des Cushing-Syndroms bei einem Patienten mit einem ein adrenocorticotropes Hormon (ACTH) sezernierenden neuroendokrinen Tumor der Bauchspeicheldrüse, wobei zunächst das Octreotid verabreicht wird, gefolgt von einer zweiten Verabreichung von Mifepriston.
  2. Mifepriston und Octreotid zur Verwendung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Subjekt an der Cushing-Krankheit oder einem ektopischen ACTH-Syndrom leidet.
  3. Mifepriston und Octreotid zur Verwendung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Octreotid in einer Formulierung mit verzögerter Freisetzung zu verabreichen ist.
  4. Mifepriston und Octreotid zur Verwendung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Octreotid ein therapeutisches Radionuklid umfasst.
  5. Mifepriston und Octreotid zur Verwendung nach Anspruch 4, wobei das therapeutische Radionuklid aus der Gruppe bestehend aus 111In, 90Y, 177Lu und 213Bi ausgewählt ist.
