The second technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a safe and environment-friendly buried oil storage tank, which is a double-wall tank structure, and can effectively overcome the leakage of oil and gas, and avoid the serious damage to the soil around the gas station and the damage to underground water resources; an oil leakage detection device is arranged in the double-wall tank cavity, so that the volatilization of oil and gas can be detected, and the oil-carrying repair welding on the tank wall can be found and repaired in time; meanwhile, the oil overflow pool is arranged at the manhole of the tank body, so that oil overflow, roof fall and other phenomena can be prevented during oil injection, and once the phenomena are found, precautionary measures are taken in time.
The above problems solved by the present invention are realized by the following technical solutions:

Fig. 7 is a schematic view of a partial structure of the oil overflow tank according to the present invention. As can be seen from fig. 7, an oil leak hole 41 is opened in the bottom of the oil spill pool 4, and the oil spill pool 4 and the intermediate layer 13 of the tank 1 communicate with each other by the arrangement of the oil leak hole 41. In order to improve the safety performance of the oil storage tank and achieve the purpose of taking precautionary measures in time once oil spilling, roof collapse and the like occur when the oil storage tank is filled with oil, an oil spill detection device 2 is also arranged in the oil spilling pool 4, and comprises a probe 23, a signal conversion or power amplification controller 21 and an alarm 22. Fig. 7 and 8 are respectively a partial structural schematic view of a double-layer tank wall of the oil storage tank of the invention and a structural schematic view of a connecting rib on the inner wall of the oil storage tank of the invention. Referring to fig. 8, the inner wall 11 and the outer wall 12 of the tank body 1 are made of carbon steel Q235, and the thicknesses of the inner wall and the outer wall are different from each other.
