Claims (14)

  1. Kernumprogrammierungsfaktor für eine somatische Zelle, welcher umfasst:
    a) ein Gen oder Genprodukt der Oct-Familie;
    b) ein Gen oder Genprodukt der Klf-Familie; und
    c) ein Gen oder Genprodukt der Myc-Familie und/oder ein Cytokin.
  2. Faktor gemäß Anspruch 1, welcher jede der folgenden drei Arten von Genen oder Genprodukten umfasst: Oct3/4, Klf4 und c-Myc.
  3. Faktor gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, welcher weiterhin ein Gen oder Genprodukt der Sox-Familie umfasst.
  4. Faktor gemäß Anspruch 3, welcher das folgende Gen oder Genprodukt umfasst: Sox2.
  5. Faktor gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei das Cytokin bFGF und/oder SCF ist.
  6. Faktor gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, welcher jede der folgenden drei Arten von Genen oder Genprodukten umfasst: Oct3/4, Klf4 und Sox, sowie bFGF.
  7. Faktor gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, welcher weiterhin das folgende Gen oder Genprodukt umfasst: TERT.
  8. Faktor gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, welcher weiterhin eine oder mehr Arten von Genen oder Genprodukten ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus SV40 Large T-Antigen, HPV16 E6, HPV16 E7 und Bmi1 umfasst.
  9. Faktor gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, welcher weiterhin eine oder mehr Arten von Genen oder Genprodukten ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Fbx15, Nanog, ERas, ECAT15-2, Tc11 und β-Catenin umfasst.
  10. Faktor gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, welcher weiterhin eine oder mehr Arten von Genen oder Genprodukten ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus ECAT1, Esg1, Dnmt3L, ECAT8, Gdf3, Sox15, ECAT15-1, Fthl17, Sal14, Rex1, UTF1, Stella, Stat3 und Grb2 umfasst.
  11. Faktor gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, wobei Klf4 durch Klf2 ersetzt wird.
  12. Faktor gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, wobei Sox2 durch ein beliebiges ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Sox1, Sox3, Sox15 und Sox17 ersetzt wird.
  13. Faktor gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, wobei c-Myc durch L-Myc oder N-Myc ersetzt wird.
  14. Verwendung eines Umprogrammierungsfaktors gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13 zum Umprogrammieren einer somatischen Zelle.
