Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a balancing operation according to the first embodiment of the present invention, as shown in the drawing, it can be seen that the magnetic component 3 can drive the balancing component 1 to continuously maintain a certain orientation by using the interaction force between its own magnetism and the earth magnetism, that is, the marking portion 11 can be automatically turned to return to the fixed direction of the balance between the magnetic component 3 and the earth magnetism from the non-set orientation position in the natural balance state (or the marking portion 11 can be directed to different north or south or east or south east or north east or south or west or north or west or other preset directions along with the different directions in which the magnetic component 3 is installed on the balancing component 1) to achieve the preset direction setting indication function.
In practical applications, the configuration of the first embodiment of the present invention may also make the weight body 14 have suitable magnetism, or even directly form the weight body 14 as a magnetic body with the same magnetic direction (as shown in fig. 2A and 9), so that the magnetic weight body 14 can directly act to achieve the setting direction indication function similar to the above.
Furthermore, the user can also approach the balance assembly 1 and the magnetic assembly 3 with an external magnetic body, and the magnetic force of the external magnetic body is adopted to interact with the magnetic assembly 3 to influence the balance state of the balance assembly 1, so as to drive the marking part 11 to generate the change of the indication direction, even rotate or slide along the preset path, and the change of the action is utilized to ensure that the balance assembly has the functions of playing and entertainment.
Fig. 5 is a perspective assembly view of a second embodiment of the present invention, which is shown in the drawing, wherein a seat 202 is disposed on the bottom side of the supporting component 20 (which is set to be cylindrical), a contact of a fulcrum with a very small area (shown as a contact between the surface of the ball 104 and the top end surface 201 of the supporting component 20) is formed between the top end of the supporting component 20 and the bottom end of the balancing component 1, and the balancing component 10 can be basically shaped like a doll or other possible decorative objects, and a plurality of outwardly extending blade-shaped weights 103 and direction-indicating indicators 101 can be disposed on the periphery thereof, and a magnetic component 30 in the form of a sheet is combined on the bottom side of the balancing component 10, and the magnetic component 30 can be disposed above the fulcrum to form a very low friction contact state; similarly, the balance assembly 10 can be driven to be in a natural balance state by using the interaction force between the magnetism of the magnetic assembly 30 and the earth magnetism, and the indication portion 101 of the balance assembly is self-maintained to point to the direction of the operator, the setting or the original setting of the object.
Fig. 6 is a perspective combined external view of a third embodiment of the present invention, which shows the structure of the third embodiment of the present invention, wherein the balancing member 4 is a molded body as shown in the foregoing, a plurality of outward extending sheet-shaped balance weights 43 and at least one direction indication part 41 can be arranged on the outer part of the outer sleeve, and a hanging type supporting component 23 (which can be a thin chain or a rope) is combined on the top of the balancing component 4, so that the balancing component 4 is in a suspended balanced state, the balancing component 4 is provided with a hole or a receiving space 42 for inserting the magnetic component 300, since the balance member 4 is suspended and suspended by the suspension type support member 23 and is in a support state with extremely low steering energy loss, therefore, by using the interaction force between the magnetism of the magnetic assembly 300 itself and the earth magnetism, the balance assembly 4 can be driven to point to the set direction with the indicating portion 41 in the natural balance state.
Fig. 7 and 8 are schematic views of various applications of the fourth embodiment of the present invention, and from these two views, the structure of the fourth embodiment of the present invention is that the balancing assembly 6 is a body capable of mounting the magnetic assembly 300, and the bottom thereof can be provided with the above-mentioned various types of fulcrums (not shown) with minimal energy loss, and the balancing assembly 6 can further be provided with a plurality of weight bodies 63 extending outward and at least one direction indication portion 61, and the surface of the balancing assembly 6 is mainly provided with a plurality of different directional receiving portions 62, 621, so that the magnetic assembly 300 can be adjustably received in one of the receiving portions 62, 621; thus, the indication part 61 of the balance assembly 6 can be adjusted to generate indications in different directions, so as to improve the variability and interest in application and playing.
Referring to fig. 10 to 12, the bottom of the balance assembly 10 of the present invention may also be a heavy-weight base 105 with a large arc surface, and the magnetic assembly 300 is disposed therein, and the bottom of the base 105 may be supported on the supporting point 201 of the smooth concave-type (fig. 10) or planar-type (fig. 11) supporting assembly 200 with low friction; the balance assembly 10 and the counterweight type base 105 can be designed to be mutually separated or integrally formed in different forms according to requirements, so that a user can suitably replace the balance assembly 10 with different shapes according to the preference of the user, and the application is more interesting; furthermore, an orientation indicator 106 can be further provided on the counterweight-type base 105, so that when the balance assembly 10 is relatively moved on the base 105, different orientation indication operations (as shown by the phantom lines in fig. 11) can be performed.
In addition, referring to fig. 13 to 13A, in the structural configuration, the combination of the supporting component 2 and the balancing component 1 of the present invention further provides a cover skirt 15 at the bottom of the balancing component 1, and a corresponding contact portion 12 at the inner top of the cover skirt 15, so that the contact point between the contact portion 21 of the supporting component 2 and the corresponding contact portion 12 is covered and hidden in the cover skirt 15, and the whole outer cover of the cover skirt 15 further forms a stable weight lower than the contact point, thereby obtaining an excellent stable balancing effect.
The foregoing description is intended to be illustrative rather than limiting, and it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that many modifications, variations or equivalents may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
