Claims (18)

  1. Pharmazeutische Kombination, enthaltend (E)-7-[4-(4-Fluorphenyl)-6-isopropyl-2-[methyl(methylsulfonyl)amino]pyrimidin-5-yl](3R,5S)-3,5-dihydroxyhept-6-ensäure oder ein pharmazeutisch annehmbares Salz davon und einen ACE-Inhibitor oder einen Aldose-Reduktase-Inhibitor oder einen AII-Antagonisten.
  2. Pharmazeutische Kombination nach Anspruch 1, enthaltend (E)-7-[4-(4-Fluorphenyl)-6-isopropyl-2-[methyl(methylsulfonyl)amino]pyrimidin-5-yl]-(3R,5S)-3,5-dihydroxyhept-6-ensäure oder ein pharmazeutisch annehmbares Salz davon und einen AII-Antagonisten.
  3. Pharmazeutische Kombination nach Anspruch 2, wobei es sich bei dem AII-Antagonisten um Candesartan handelt.
  4. Pharmazeutische Kombination nach Anspruch 1, enthaltend (E)-7-[4-(4-Fluorphenyl)-6-isopropyl-2-[methyl(methylsulfonyl)amino]pyrimidin-5-yl]-(3R,5S)-3,5-dihydroxyhept-6-ensäure oder ein pharmazeutisch annehmbares Salz davon und einen ACE-Inhibitor.
  5. Pharmazeutische Kombination nach Anspruch 4, wobei es sich bei dem ACE-Inhibitor um Lisinopril handelt.
  6. Pharmazeutische Kombination nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei jede Arzneistoffkomponente in zusammen verabreichten individuellen Dosierungsformen separat dosiert ist.
  7. Pharmazeutische Kombination nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, die zur oralen Verabreichung geeignet ist.
  8. Pharmazeutische Kombination nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, die zur parenteralen Verabreichung geeignet ist.
  9. Pharmazeutische Kombination nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, enthaltend das Calciumsalz von (E)-7-[4-(4-Fluorphenyl)-6-isopropyl-2-[methyl(methylsulfonyl)amino]-pyrimidin-5-yl](3R,5S)-3,5-dihydroxyhept-6-ensäure.
  10. Pharmazeutische Zusammensetzung, enthaltend (E)-7-[4-(4-Fluorphenyl)-6-isopropyl-2-[methyl(methylsulfonyl)amino]pyrimidin-5-yl](3R,5S)-3,5-dihydroxyhept-6-ensäure oder ein pharmazeutisch annehmbares Salz davon und einen ACE-Inhibitor oder einen Aldose-Reduktase-Inhibitor oder einen AII-Antagonisten zusammen mit einem pharmazeutisch annehmbaren Verdünnungsmittel oder Träger.
  11. Pharmazeutische Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 10, enthaltend (E)-7-[4-(4-Fluorphenyl)-6-isopropyl-2-[methyl(methylsulfonyl)amino]pyrimidin-5-yl]-(3R,5S)-3,5-dihydroxyhept-6-ensäure oder ein pharmazeutisch annehmbares Salz davon und einen AII-Antagonisten und ein pharmazeutisch annehmbares Verdünnungsmittel oder einen pharmazeutisch annehmbaren Träger.
  12. Pharmazeutische Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 11, wobei es sich bei dem AII-Antagonisten um Candesartan handelt.
  13. Pharmazeutische Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 10, enthaltend (E)-7-[4-(4-Fluorphenyl)-6-isopropyl-2-[methyl(methylsulfonyl)amino]pyrimidin-5-yl]-(3R,5S)-3,5-dihydroxyhept-6-ensäure oder ein pharmazeutisch annehmbares Salz davon, einen ACE-Inhibitor und ein pharmazeutisch annehmbares Verdünnungsmittel oder einen pharmazeutisch annehmbaren Träger.
  14. Pharmazeutische Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 13, wobei es sich bei dem ACE-Inhibitor um Lisinopril handelt.
  15. Pharmazeutische Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 14, enthaltend das Calciumsalz von (E)-7-[4-(4-Fluorphenyl)-6-isopropyl-2-[methyl(methylsulfonyl)amino]pyrimidin-5-yl]-(3R,5S)-3,5-dihydroxyhept-6-ensäure.
  16. Einzeldosisformulierung, enthaltend eine pharmazeutische Kombination nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5.
  17. Einzeldosisformulierung nach Anspruch 16, wobei die Formulierung 5 bis 80 mg (E)-7-[4-(4-Fluorphenyl)-6-isopropyl-2-[methyl(methylsulfonyl)-amino]pyrimidin-5-yl](3R,5S)-3,5-dihydroxyhept-6-ensäure oder eines pharmazeutisch annehmbaren Salzes davon und 0,1 bis 100 mg eines Aldose-Reduktase-Inhibitors oder 0,1 bis 100 mg eines AII-Antagonisten oder 0,1 bis 100 mg eines ACE-Inhibitors enthält.
  18. Einzeldosisformulierung nach Anspruch 17 in Form einer Tablette oder Kapsel.
