Claims (4)
- Polymorphe, de cristal C, de l'acide 2-(3-cyano-4-isobutyloxyphényl)-4-méthyl-5-thiazolecarboxylique, présentant un diagramme de diffraction de rayons X sur poudre avec des pics caractéristiques à un angle de réflexion 2θ aux valeurs 6,62, 10,82, 13,36, 15,52, 16,74, 17,40, 18,00, 18,70, 20, 16, 20,62, 21,90, 23,50, 24, 78, 25,18, 34,08, 36,72 et 38,04°.
- Polymorphe de cristal C selon la revendication 1 de l'acide 2-(3-cyano-4-isobutyloxyphényl)-4-méthyl-5-thiazolecarboxylique, ayant des absorptions caractéristiques, qui peut être distingué d'un autre polymorphe, à 1703 et à 1219 cm-1 dans le cadre d'une analyse par spectroscopie à infrarouge.
- Procédé de production de cristal C selon la revendication 1 ou 2 de l'acide 2-(3-cyano-4-isobutyloxyphényl)-4-méthyl-5-thiazolecarboxylique, qui comprend le chauffage de l'acide 2-(3-cyano-4-isobutyloxyphényl)-4-méthyl-5-thiazolecarboxylique en suspension dans un solvant mixte de méthanol et d'eau, en présence d'une petite quantité de cristal C d'acide 2-(3-cyano-4-isobutyloxyphényl)-4-méthyl-5-thiazolecarboxylique.
