  1.   2. Polymorph, Kristall C, gemäß Anspruch 1, von 2-(3-Cyano-4-i-sobutyloxyphenyl)-4-methyl-5-thiazolcarbonsäure mit charakteristischen Absorptionen, welche von denen von anderem Polymorph unterschieden werden können, bei 1703 und 1219 cm-1 bei spektroskopischer Infrarotanalyse.
  3. Verfahren zum Herstellen von Kristall C gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2 von 2-(3-Cyano-4-isobutyloxyphenyl)-4-methyl-5-thiazolcarbonsäure, welches Erhitzen von 2-(3-Cyano-4-isobutyloxyphenyl)-4-methyl-5-thiazolcarbonsäure, suspendiert in einem gemischten Lösungsmittel aus Methanol und Wasser, in Anwesenheit einer kleinen Menge an Kristall C von 2-(3-Cyano-4-isobutyloxyphenyl)-4-methyl-5-thiazolcarbonsäure umfasst.
