Housing device and electronic apparatus
This application claims priority from the prior japanese patent application JP 2006- > 151831, the disclosure of which is incorporated herein by reference.
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a case device for various apparatuses (including electronic apparatuses), and particularly to a case device including a case main body and a case cover detachably coupled to the case main body.
Background
Generally, such housing means are designed to: the case body is opened and closed by using the case cover so that various electronic parts and mechanisms are introduced in production for maintenance and service. With regard to the opening and closing structure of the case cover with respect to the case main body, it is desirable that the case cover is not easily loosened in three axial directions, and that the structure be low in production cost and excellent in handling property.
A first prior art housing arrangement will be described with reference to fig. 1. The case device includes a case main body 110 and a case cover 120 detachably coupled to the case main body 110. The case cover 120 is coupled to the case main body 110 by a hinge structure including a shaft pin 130 and a pin stopper 140 so that the case cover 120 can be rotated in a direction OP and a direction CL to be opened and closed. The case cover 120 is removed from the case main body 110 by detaching the pin stopper 140 and the shaft pin 130.
A second prior art housing arrangement will be described with reference to fig. 2A-2C. The case device includes a case main body 210 and a case cover 220 detachably coupled to the case main body 210. The case main body 210 has a first groove 211 and a first hooking jaw 212. The cover 220 has a second claw 221 for insertion into the first groove 211 and a second groove (hole) 222 for receiving the first claw 212. The case cover 220 is coupled to the case main body 210 so as to be capable of being opened and closed. The case cover 220 is coupled to the case main body 210 by the engagement between the first recess 211 and the second claw and the engagement between the second recess (hole) 222 and the first claw 212. In order to prevent the cover from being easily released in the direction Z, the cover 220 has ribs 230.
Another housing device is disclosed in japanese unexamined patent application publication (JP- cA) No. h 10-313181. The case device includes a case main body and a case cover detachably coupled to the case main body. The case main body has a hole. The case cover has hooks for inserting the holes. The case cover is coupled to the case main body such that the case cover can rotate about a pivot point to be opened and closed with respect to the case main body. The case cover is coupled to the case main body through engagement between the holes and the hooks. The housing cover is detached from the housing body by rotating the housing cover about the pivot point and opening the housing cover relative to the housing body.
Disclosure of Invention
In the first prior art case device, the hinge structure has a complicated shape and the number of parts is large. Therefore, the production cost is high, and the operability when the case cover is opened and closed is poor.
The second prior art housing means has ribs in order to prevent the housing from easily loosening in direction Z. Therefore, the shape is complicated and the production cost is high.
The housing device disclosed in japanese unexamined patent application publication (JP- cA) No. h10-313181 has cA hook. Therefore, the number of parts is large and the production cost is high.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a housing device which can prevent a housing cover from being easily loosened in three axial directions, and which is low in production cost and excellent in handling property.
The housing arrangement and the electronic device according to the invention are as follows:
(1) a case device includes a case main body including a first wall portion and a case cover including a second wall portion and adapted to be detachably coupled with the case main body, the first wall portion having a first groove and a first claw, the second wall portion having a second claw adapted to be inserted into the first groove and a second groove adapted to receive the first claw, wherein,
the first and second wall portions are adjacent to each other, and form a right angle therebetween when the case cover is coupled to the case main body;
a first groove and a first finger are formed integrally with the first wall portion at a portion where the first wall portion is joined to the second wall portion;
the second groove and the second finger are formed integrally with the second wall portion at a portion where the second wall portion is joined to the first wall portion.
(2) The case device according to the above (1), wherein the case cover is rotatably and detachably coupled to the case main body by means of a hinge mechanism including the first claw and the second groove.
(3) The housing device according to the above (1), wherein,
a first groove is formed at a position near an end of the first wall portion to be perpendicular to a first inner wall surface of the first wall portion;
a first finger extends from the end of the first wall portion parallel to the first inner wall surface;
the second finger extends from an end of the rib abutting against the second inner wall surface of the second wall portion to be parallel to the second inner wall surface;
the second groove is formed at a position near an end of the second wall portion so as to be perpendicular to the second inner wall surface.
(4) The case device according to the above (3), wherein the case cover is rotatably and detachably coupled to the case main body by means of a hinge mechanism including the first claw and the second groove.
(5) The case device according to the above (1), wherein the case cover is rotatably and detachably coupled to the case main body by means of a hinge mechanism including the first recess and the second claw.
(6) The housing device according to the above (1), wherein,
the first finger extends from an end of the rib abutting against the first inner wall surface of the first wall portion to be parallel to the first inner wall surface;
a first groove is formed at a position near an end of the first wall portion to be perpendicular to the first inner wall surface;
a second groove is formed at a position near an end of the second wall portion to be perpendicular to a second inner wall surface of the second wall portion;
a second finger extends from the end against the second wall portion parallel to the second inner wall surface.
(7) The case device according to the above (6), wherein the case cover is rotatably and detachably coupled to the case main body by means of a hinge mechanism including the first recess and the second claw.
(8) The housing device according to the above (1), further comprising a screw fastening structure for releasably fixing the case cover to the case main body.
(9) An electronic apparatus comprising the case device according to the above (1) and an electronic component mounted in the case device for performing an electric operation.

Detailed Description
Now, a housing arrangement according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 3A-3D, 4A-4C, 5A-5D, and 6A-6E, a housing device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a housing main body 10 including a first wall portion 10A; and a case cover 20 including a second wall portion 20A and adapted to be detachably coupled to the case main body 10. Each of the case main body 10 and the case cover 20 is made of a resin material and is formed by an injection molding process.
The first wall portion 10A has a plurality of first recesses (holes) 11 and a plurality of first hooks 12. The second wall portion 20A has a plurality of second claws 21 adapted to be inserted into the first grooves 11, respectively, and a plurality of second grooves (holes) 22 adapted to receive the first claws 12, respectively.
In the case device, the first and second wall portions 10A and 20A are adjacent to each other, and form a right angle therebetween when the case cover 20 is coupled to the case main body 10.
At a portion where the first wall portion 10A is joined to the second wall portion 20A, the first groove 11 and the first finger 12 are formed integrally with the first wall portion 10A. At a portion where the second wall portion 20A is joined to the first wall portion 10A, the second groove 21 and the second finger 22 are formed integrally with the second wall portion 20A.
More specifically, the first groove 11 is formed near the end of the first wall portion 10A, and is perpendicular to the first inner wall surface of the first wall portion 10A. The first finger 12 extends from the end of the first wall portion 10A parallel to the first inner wall surface. The second finger 22 extends from the end of the plurality of ribs on the second inner wall surface of the second wall portion 20A to be parallel to the second inner wall surface. A second groove 21 is formed near an end of the second wall portion 20A to be perpendicular to the second inner wall surface.
The case cover 20 is rotatably and detachably coupled to the case main body 10 by means of a hinge mechanism including the first hooking jaw 12 and the second groove 22. The hinge mechanism has a pivot point GC, which is shown in fig. 3C and 3D.
Referring to fig. 4B, the dimensional axes (three axes X, Y and Z) of the housing arrangement are defined as shown in the figure. The engagement between the first groove 11 and the second claw 21 restricts the movement of the case cover 20 relative to the case main body 10 in the directions X and Z. The engagement between the second groove 22 and the first claw 12 restricts the movement of the case cover 20 relative to the case main body 10 in the directions X and Y. As a result, the case cover 20 is not easily released from the case main body 10 in each of the three axial directions X, Y, and Z.
Also, the case cover 20 is firmly fixed to the case main body 10 by using the screws 30.
Next, the opening and closing of the housing device will be described.
The case main body 10 shown in fig. 5A to 5D and the case cover 20 shown in fig. 6A to 6E are prepared as shown in fig. 4A. Electronic components such as circuits are mounted in the case main body 10, but not shown in the drawing.
As shown in fig. 3D, the second finger 21 is inserted into the first groove 11. At the same time, the first finger 12 is inserted into the second groove 22. Also, the case cover 20 rotates about the pivot point GC in the direction CL, thereby being closed with respect to the case main body 10.
As shown in fig. 3C, the second finger 21 has been inserted into the first recess 11. In addition, the first finger 12 has been inserted into the second groove 22. Also, as shown in fig. 4B, the case cover 20 is fixed to the case main body 10 by using screws 30.
In the maintenance of the electronic components in the case main body 10 of the housing device shown in fig. 4B, the screws 30 are removed. Further, as shown in fig. 3D, the case cover 20 rotates about the pivot point GC in the direction OP to open with respect to the case main body 10. Also, as shown in fig. 4A, the case cover 20 is removed from the case main body 10.
Referring to fig. 7 in addition to fig. 3A and 3B, a housing device according to another embodiment of the present invention will be described.
In the manner shown in fig. 3A and 3B, the case device according to another embodiment of the present invention also includes a case main body 10 including a first wall portion 10A and a case cover 20, the case cover 20 including a second wall portion 20A and being adapted to be detachably coupled to the case main body 10. Each of the case main body 10 and the case cover 20 is made of resin by an injection molding process.
The first wall portion 10A has a plurality of first recesses (holes) 11 and a plurality of first hooks 12. The second wall portion 20A has a plurality of second claws 21 adapted to be inserted into the first grooves 11, respectively, and a plurality of second grooves (holes) 22 adapted to receive the first claws 12, respectively.
In this case device, the first and second wall portions 10A and 20A are adjacent to each other, and when the case cover 20 is coupled to the case main body 10, a right angle is formed between the two wall portions.
At a portion where the first wall portion 10A is joined to the second wall portion 20A, the first groove 11 and the first finger 12 are formed integrally with the first wall portion 10A. The second groove 22 and the second finger 21 are formed integrally with the second wall portion 20A at a portion where the second wall portion 20A is joined to the first wall portion 10A.
In fig. 7, the first finger 12 extends from an end of the rib on the first inner wall surface of the first wall portion 10A to be parallel to the first inner wall surface. A first groove 11 is formed near an end of the first wall portion 10A to be perpendicular to the first inner wall surface. The second groove 22 is formed at a position near the end of the second wall portion 20A to be perpendicular to the second inner wall surface of the second wall portion 20A. The second finger 21 extends from the end of the second wall portion 20A parallel to the second inner wall surface. In this case, the case cover 20 (fig. 3A) is rotatably and detachably coupled to the case main body 10 (fig. 3A) by means of a hinge mechanism including the first recess 11 and the second claw 21.
Although the present invention has been described in connection with the preferred embodiments thereof, the present invention is not limited to the foregoing embodiments, but may be modified in various forms within the scope of the appended claims.
For example, the housing device can be applied to various electronic apparatuses such as an information processing apparatus, a communication apparatus, and a home appliance. The electronic parts mounted in the case main body 10 are not only electronic parts requiring maintenance but also batteries requiring replacement.

Claims (8)

1. A case device including a case main body including a first wall portion and a case cover including a second wall portion and adapted to be detachably coupled with the case main body, the first wall portion having a first groove and a first claw, the second wall portion having a second claw adapted to be inserted into the first groove and a second groove adapted to receive the first claw, wherein,
the first and second wall portions are adjacent to each other, and a right angle is formed between the first and second wall portions when the case cover is coupled to the case main body;
a first groove and a first finger are formed integrally with the first wall portion at a portion where the first wall portion is joined to the second wall portion;
a second claw and a second groove are formed integrally with the second wall portion at a portion where the second wall portion is joined to the first wall portion, wherein,
a first groove is formed at a position near an end of the first wall portion to be perpendicular to a first inner wall surface of the first wall portion;
a first finger extends from the end of the first wall portion parallel to the first inner wall surface;
the second finger extends from an end of the rib on the second inner wall surface of the second wall portion to be parallel to the second inner wall surface;
the second groove is formed at a position near an end of the second wall portion so as to be perpendicular to the second inner wall surface.
2. The housing arrangement of claim 1, wherein the housing cover is rotatably and removably coupled to the housing body by a hinge mechanism, the hinge mechanism including a first finger and a second groove.
3. The housing arrangement of claim 1 further comprising a screw fastening arrangement for releasably securing the cover to the housing body.
4. A case device including a case main body including a first wall portion and a case cover including a second wall portion and adapted to be detachably coupled with the case main body, the first wall portion having a first groove and a first claw, the second wall portion having a second claw adapted to be inserted into the first groove and a second groove adapted to receive the first claw, wherein,
the first and second wall portions are adjacent to each other, and a right angle is formed between the first and second wall portions when the case cover is coupled to the case main body;
a first groove and a first finger are formed integrally with the first wall portion at a portion where the first wall portion is joined to the second wall portion;
a second claw and a second groove are formed integrally with the second wall portion at a portion where the second wall portion is joined to the first wall portion, wherein,
the first finger extends from an end of the rib on the first inner wall surface of the first wall portion to be parallel to the first inner wall surface;
a first groove is formed at a position near an end of the first wall portion to be perpendicular to the first inner wall surface;
a second groove is formed at a position near an end of the second wall portion to be perpendicular to a second inner wall surface of the second wall portion;
the second finger extends from the end of the second wall portion parallel to the second inner wall surface.
5. The housing arrangement of claim 4 wherein the housing cover is rotatably and removably coupled to the housing body by a hinge mechanism, the hinge mechanism including a first recess and a second finger.
6. The housing arrangement of claim 4 further comprising a screw fastening arrangement for releasably securing the cover to the housing body.
7. An electronic device comprising the housing arrangement according to claim 1 and electronic components mounted within the housing arrangement for performing an electrical operation.
8. An electronic device comprising a housing arrangement according to claim 4 and electronic components mounted in the housing arrangement for performing an electrical operation.
