Claims (3)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von 13-(N-Boc-β-isobutylserinyl)-14-β-hydroxybaccatin III-1,14-carbonat (I) das die nachstehenden Schritte umfasst:a) Acetylierung von der 10-Hydroxy-Gruppe von 14β-Hydroxy-10-desacetylbaccatin III (IV)b) Reaktion von (V) mit Bis(trichlormethyl)-carbonat unter Bereitstellung von dem 1,14-Carbonat-Derivat (VI)c) Reaktion von (VI) mit Trichloracetylchlorid unter Bereitstellung von (VII) Reaktion von (VII) mit (4S,5R)-N-Boc-2-(2,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-4-isobutyl-1-oxazolidin-5-carbonsäure, unter Bereitstellung von (VIII)d) Entfernung von der schützenden Trichloracetyl-Gruppe mit Alkali von Verbindung (VIII)e) Entfernung von der Dimethoxybenzyliden-Schutzgruppe aus der Verbindung (IX)
