Description

Package with movable suspension element
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a package for objects.
Background
The packaging of products offered and sold is of great interest today. On the one hand, the packaging may protect sensitive products, and on the other hand, the consumer may be concerned about the products being offered. The known package consists, for example, of a plastic shell, into which the product is inserted, and the back arc, which latches with the plastic shell, consists of paper. Such packages may be adjusted, for example, during display of the sales situation, or they may be hung from a rod in a store by a suitable suspension device. In the latter case, the paper back arc must have at least one suitable hole or the like through which the rod can be inserted. For such suspended packages, the shape of the paper backing arc must be designed slightly larger to give a sufficient surface for the suspension means in addition to the information of the product already present.
By way of example, fig. 1 and 2 show a back arc for a package from the prior art, wherein the package is composed of the back arc and a plastic shell. Fig. 1 shows a back arc 1, which can be adjusted in a sales status display. The back arc 1 comprises an upper section 2, on which the product information can be shown, and a lower section 3, on which a plastic housing (not shown) containing the product can be attached.
Fig. 2 shows a corresponding back arc 1 ', which likewise has an upper section 2 ' and a lower section 3 '. The back arc 1 ' is intended to be hung on a sales pole and therefore has in its upper section 2 ' a hole 4 ', preferably a standard hole, through which the sales pole can be inserted. Due to the provision of the holes 4 ', the area of the upper section 2 ' of the back arc 1 ' has to be made slightly larger than the upper section 2 of the back arc 1, so that on the one hand official product information can be taken into account in the upper section 2 ' and on the other hand a sufficiently large surface for the provision of the holes 4 ' can be given.
Thus, in the prior art different shapes and sizes are required depending on the desired placement of the package, although the same product is contained in the package. It was soon realized that when a series of products is packaged in such a package, two different package shapes have to be prepared separately for each of the series arrangements, which results in a very large number of packages being required.
Disclosure of Invention
The object of the present invention is therefore to provide a package which overcomes the disadvantages of the prior art, in particular a package which is universal and can be used both for displaying the state of sale and for hanging on a rod.
This object is achieved according to the invention in that the packaging has a substantially vertical suspension element which can be moved by means of at least one guide element, with which suspension means formed on the suspension element can be pushed out above the periphery of the packaging or pushed in below the periphery of the packaging.
It is advantageous if the packaging has at least one guide pin which can extend in the packaging as a pulling element, the conductor pin engaging in a substantially vertical and elongated hole of the suspension element, through which the suspension element can be moved relative to the guide pin.
It is also advantageous if the guide pin has a head, the diameter of which is greater than the width of the vertical elongated hole.
In one embodiment, the arrangement is such that the end regions of the vertical and elongated apertures are wider than the central region thereof. Since the end regions of the vertical and elongated hole are wider than the middle region thereof, the guide pin is practically fixed in the pertaining positioning position when the suspension element is pushed completely out over or under the periphery of the package. Therefore, a certain amount of force must be expended in order to push the suspension element out of the end position.
It is also proposed that the guide pins should extend rearwardly from the back of the package.
It is particularly advantageous to arrange the back arc on the back of the package.
The arrangement can be such that the back arc has at least one fastening element.
It is also preferred that the fixing element is a round hole, through which the at least one guide pin can be engaged.
It is particularly advantageous to arrange the suspension elements between the back surface and the back arc.
According to the invention, it is provided that the suspension element is made of plastic, preferably transparent plastic.
The suspension element may have a thickness of 0.1 to 0.5mm, preferably about 0.3 mm.
There are also advantages when the back arc is made of paper.
It is also proposed that the suspension means is a suspension hole.
Finally, it is preferred that the receiving openings are standard receiving openings.
The invention is particularly advantageous in that the packaging according to the invention can be universally and flexibly used for displaying the state of sale and for hanging such packaging on a rod. The suspension element provided therein can be pushed out over the periphery of the package and then slipped onto the sales pole, as required, or the suspension element can be pushed in under the periphery of the package, so that the packaging according to the invention can show the sales situation without problems. The necessity of providing different packages according to the placement position is avoided by the package according to the invention. Product information provided on the package (for example on the back arc) can be shown without problems, and the suspension element does not block or restrict the display of such information and fundamentally does not have to enlarge the area of the back arc.
It is particularly advantageous if such a displaceable suspension element is arranged on the package such that it can be pushed out above the periphery of the package or pushed in below the periphery of the package.
Of course, many types of guide elements for propelling the suspension element have been disclosed to those skilled in the art. Instead of using guide pins, it is also possible to provide, for example, rails on the sides of the back arc, in which the suspension elements can move in a limited manner. This is particularly advantageous when the suspension element is arranged between the back arc and the back of the package. It is likewise conceivable to arrange the suspension element behind the back arc and to allow the suspension element to be pushed out of it or pushed in again. This arrangement of the suspension elements between the back face and the back arc has overall advantages for the stability of the package. In such an arrangement, the suspension elements are preferably transparent so as not to obscure the information shown on the back arc.
In the case of a guide pin, the guide pin preferably has a mushroom-shaped guide element, i.e. the head of the guide pin has a larger diameter than its body. This arrangement enables a relatively safe fixation of the suspension element (and thus the back arc) on the package.
Drawings
Further features and advantages of the present invention emerge from the preferred embodiments described in detail with the aid of schematic views.
FIGS. 1 and 2 illustrate a prior art back arc for a package;
fig. 3 shows a suspension element for use in a package according to the invention;
fig. 4 shows, in part, a package with a suspension element according to the invention in a pushed-in state; and
fig. 5 shows, in part, a package according to the invention with a suspension element in the pushed-out state.
Detailed Description
Fig. 3 shows a suspension element 10, which is preferably made of a transparent plastic, for example polymethyl methacrylate or polycarbonate. The receiving element 10 has a suspension opening 11 in its upper region, through which a suspension rod can be inserted. In the lower region of the suspension element 10 two substantially vertical and elongated holes 12 are provided. The porthole 12 has end regions 13, the end regions 13 having a larger width than the middle region 14 of the porthole 12. The effect of this design is that both end positions of the suspension element 10 can be fixed, i.e. one end position when the suspension element 10 is pushed out and the other end position when the suspension element 10 is pushed in.
Fig. 4 shows a plan view of the packaging according to the invention, wherein the suspension element 10 is shown in fig. 3 in the pushed-in position. Wherein the suspension element 10 is arranged in an upper region of the package 15 and covers at least a partial region of a back arc 16 (dashed line) of the package 15. A guide pin 17 extends movably from the pack 15, preferably from the back side of the pack, and the guide pin 17 can be guided through the vertical and elongated hole 12 of the suspension element 10 and through a circular hole (not shown) of the back arc 16 in order to position the suspension element 10 between the back arc 16 and the back side of the pack 15. Since the suspension elements 10 are transparent, the information shown on the back arc 16 is not obscured by such suspension elements 10. Such a package 15 according to the invention can be adjusted without problems in the display of the state of sale.
When it is desired to hang such a package 15 on a rod, it is necessary to simply push the suspension element 10 out through the guide pin 17 along its vertical elongated hole 12 as shown in fig. 5, so that the suspension hole 11 is exposed above the upper periphery of the package 15 or the back arc.
The packaging according to the invention can thus be modified in a simple manner in order to achieve adjustment in the display of the state of sale or suspension on a rod without the need for significant changes to the packaging according to the invention. The packaging according to the invention furthermore achieves that only one packaging is required for both display shapes, which can be turned in a simple manner. This results in a significant reduction in the manufacturing costs of such a package, since it is no longer necessary to prepare different packages for the same product.
The features disclosed in the foregoing description, in the claims and in the drawings may, both separately and in any combination thereof, be material for realizing fundamentally different embodiments of the invention.
