Claims (4)
- Procédé pour la synthèse du sel de sodium d'un composé choisi parmi les composés (I - VI) suivants : comprenant les étapes consécutives suivantes :- l'acylation directe des groupes aminés d'acide L-cystéique, d'acide L-homocystéique et d'acide L-cystéinesulfinique, est réalisée en utilisant un anhydride mixte d'acide carboxylique-carbonique dans un milieu aqueux organique en présence de Na2CO3- la séparation de contaminants insolubles- la séparation des sels de sodium.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le milieu aqueux organique est un mélange de tétrahydrofuranne-acétonitrile-eau.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la séparation est réalisée par l'addition d'un mélange 2-propanol-eau au milieu aqueux organique.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la précipitation est réalisée par l'addition d'un mélange de 2-propanol-méthanol à une solution concentrée du sel de sodium du composé dans du 2-propanol-eau.
