Description

Maintenance vehicle
Technical Field
The invention relates to a service vehicle, in particular a service vehicle having two vehicle boundaries.
Background
A service vehicle is already known from EP 1369330 a 1. However, such vehicles are not suitable for incorporation into a train.
Disclosure of Invention
The inventive service vehicle has two vehicle boundaries which enclose a working space and extend in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, which boundaries are opposite one another and are designed to be spaced apart from one another in the axial direction of the rail running gear by means of a drive, which vehicle boundaries are formed by a vehicle side wall and a roof plane, respectively, which roof plane is connected to the side wall and encloses an angle α therewith.
The object of the invention is to provide a vehicle of the type mentioned above which can be incorporated into a train without problems.
This object is achieved according to the invention by a service vehicle of the type mentioned in the introduction and by means of the technical features, namely a service vehicle with two vehicle boundaries which enclose a working space and extend in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, which boundaries are situated opposite one another and are designed to be mutually separable by means of a drive in the direction of the axis of the track gears of the vehicle, which vehicle boundaries are each formed by a vehicle side wall and a top plane which is connected to the side wall and which encloses an angle α with one another, characterized in that two track gears which are mutually spaced apart in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle are connected to one another by means of a vehicle frame which is arranged centrally in the direction of the axis relative to the track gears and which comprises an upwardly curved frame part between the two track gears, the two vehicle boundaries are supported on the frame portion.
Since the vehicle frame is located in the middle and is bent upwards, it is provided with the rigidity in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle required for incorporation into a train, while the working space is not limited in any way and the two vehicle halves can be adjusted laterally without hindrance.
Other advantages and designs of the invention will appear from the other claims and the accompanying drawings.
Drawings
The invention will be described in detail below with reference to embodiments with reference to the attached drawings, in which:
FIGS. 1 and 3 show a simplified side view of a service vehicle, respectively, an
Fig. 2 shows an enlarged cross-sectional view of the vehicle taken according to a section line II in fig. 1.
Detailed Description
As can be seen from fig. 1 and 3, the service vehicle 1 comprises a vehicle frame 3 which extends in the longitudinal direction 2 of the vehicle, which vehicle frame 3 is supported at each of its ends 4 on a rail running gear 5 having an axis 7. The vehicle frame 3 has an upwardly curved frame part 6 between the two track gears 5 and is arranged centrally in the direction of the axis 7 relative to the track gears 5. The curvature of the frame part 6 is suitably dimensioned so that the staff can keep standing on a rail 20 without hindrance.
As can be seen in particular from fig. 2, the frame part 6 is reduced in cross section to a longitudinal beam and is connected in its upper region to two vehicle boundaries 8 which are separate from one another and lie opposite one another in the transverse direction of the vehicle. The two vehicle boundaries 8 each consist of a vehicle side wall 10 extending in the longitudinal direction 2 and in the vertical direction of the vehicle and a roof plane 11 adjoining the side wall, which side wall and roof plane enclose an angle α of approximately 90 ° to approximately 150 ° between them.
Each vehicle boundary 8 is connected to the frame part 6 only by its top wall plane 11 and is laterally movable in the direction of the axis 7 by means of a drive 12. Therefore, in a construction site area, by activating the driving device 12, the working space 13 defined by the two vehicle side walls 10 can be widened (see the chain line in fig. 2). On the underside of the frame part 6, a rail 22 is fastened, which extends in the longitudinal direction 2 of the vehicle and on which a heavy lifting and working device 23 is movably supported. These lifting and working devices 23, like the drive device 12, can be supplied with energy via hydraulic lines and supply lines 14, which hydraulic lines and supply lines 14 can be connected to a tractor, not shown in the drawing, which can be connected to the vehicle 1.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3, a self-propelled travel drive 15 and a cab 16 may be provided. A connecting channel 18, which is kept safe by rails 17, is arranged between the cab 16 and a working space 13 formed by two vehicle boundaries 8. In this way, the operator can safely enter the cab 16 or the workspace 13. For incorporation into a train, a buffer and traction device 19 and a braking device 21 are also provided.
