Description

Food mixer
Technical Field
The invention relates to a cooking electric appliance for kitchen, in particular to a food mixer with a mixing knife group.
Background
The existing food mixer generally has a mixing function, which mainly includes: a body with a rotation driving function; a pan body arranged on the machine body; a stirring knife group which is arranged in the pot body and is driven by the machine body to rotate. The food blender may also have a heater disposed in the bottom region of the pan body to heat food within the pan body. The stirring blade set is usually fixedly installed in the pot body, and the stirring blade set cannot be detached by a user.
In the prior art, food mixers have been designed to allow a user to disassemble the blending blade assembly by himself, so as to facilitate cleaning or replacement of the disassembled blending blade assembly.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a part of a food mixer with a detachable mixing blade set in the prior art, which is disclosed in chinese patent No. 95193892.4. The food blender mainly comprises a blending knife group 6 with a cutting knife 110 and a cutting knife bearing 112, a mixing container with a mixing container bottom 67, a sealing ring 129 and a base 119. The cutter bearing 112 has an outwardly projecting lug 116 at its lower end. When the cutter bearing 112 is inserted in sequence into the sealing ring 129, the positioning hole 113 of the mixing container bottom 67 and the through hole 120 of the base 119, the projection 116 can pass through the channel 118 of the mixing container bottom 67 and the channel 121 of the base 119 and be located at the lower part of the annular boss 131. The base 119 is then rotated through about 180 degrees so that the projections 116 engage the lower surface of the annular boss 131 to lock the blending knife assembly 6 to the food blender. When the stirring blade set 6 needs to be disassembled, the base 119 needs to be rotated reversely by about 180 degrees. In the food mixer shown in fig. 1, the base 119 has a multi-piece structure in which a wave spring and a retaining ring are provided, and the annular protrusion 131 is formed by the retaining ring (see fig. 45 of the chinese patent 95193892.4).
The above-mentioned base 119 is complicated in structure, and since it needs to be rotated by about 180 degrees to lock or unlock the stirring blade unit 6, the food mixer is expensive to manufacture and inconvenient for a user to operate.
Accordingly, there is a need for a food blender that overcomes the above-mentioned disadvantages.

In addition, spatially relative terms, such as "lower," "upper," and the like, may be used herein for ease of describing one component or its relationship to another component or components illustrated in the figures. It will be understood that the spatially relative terms are intended to encompass different orientations of the device in use or operation in addition to the orientation depicted in the figures. For example, if the device in the figures is turned over, elements described as "lower" relative to other elements or elements could then be oriented "upper" relative to the other elements or elements.
Referring to fig. 2, an exploded perspective view of a food blender according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown. The food blender 300 mainly comprises a pan body 31, a base 32, a blending knife set 33, a wave-shaped spring 34, a locking fastener 35 and a sealing gasket 36.
Referring to fig. 3 to 4, the pot 31 has a bottom 311, and an opening 312 is formed on the bottom 311. The base 32 has a recess 321, and the recess 321 has a through hole 322 corresponding to the opening 312. The stirring blade set 33 includes a stirring blade 331, a shaft 332, and a bearing 333, the bearing 333 is mounted on the shaft 332, the bearing 333 includes a flange 3331 and a joining section 3332, the stirring blade 331 is mounted on the upper end of the shaft 332, and the joining section 3332 has a protrusion 3333 on the lower end. A gear 3321 is mounted at the lower end of the shaft 332. The locking member 35 has a cylinder 351 and a lever 352, the cylinder 351 is disposed in the recess 321 of the base 32, the lever 352 extends outward (e.g., along a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the cylinder 351) from the outside of the cylinder 351, the cylinder 351 has an axial groove 3511 and a circumferential groove 3512 on the inside thereof, and the axial groove 3511 and the circumferential groove 3512 are communicated.

At this time, the food mixer 300 may further include a sealing seat 313, and the sealing seat 313 may be fixed to the bottom 311 of the pot 31 by welding so as to waterproof-seal the temperature control system and the like. The base 32 can be fixed to the sealing seat 313 by screws.
The base 32 is further provided with a receiving portion 323 and two stoppers 324, the receiving portion 323 receives the shift lever 352, and the two stoppers 324 are respectively located at two sides of the receiving portion 323 so as to limit the rotation range of the shift lever 352 within 90 degrees. A stopper 325 is further provided at the recess 321 of the base 32 to prevent the cylinder 351 from being detached from the recess 321, for example, by being engaged with a stopper 3515 provided at the cylinder 351.
Referring again to fig. 4, the circumferential groove 3512 can be defined by a horizontal surface 3513. Of course, the horizontal surface 3513 can also be designed as a gradually decreasing surface to gradually compress the wave spring 34 as the tab 3333 rotates along the surface.
The food mixer 300 further includes a housing (not shown) on which the base 32 is mounted and which can drive the gear 3321 to rotate the mixing blade assembly 33. The body may also comprise other necessary components to perform its function, which are well known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
Compared with the prior art, the food stirrer has the following beneficial effects. The food mixer of the invention locks and releases the mixing cutter set by rotating the locking piece, and the base does not need to be integrally rotated, thereby being convenient to operate and clean; the rotating range of the rotating lock catch piece can be set in a smaller angle range; and the flexibility of the wave-shaped reed can also provide a damping effect for the stirring knife group when the stirring knife group rotates.
The foregoing is illustrative of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting thereof. It should be noted that several improvements, modifications and variations of the present invention may be made by those skilled in the art, but these improvements, modifications and variations do not depart from the spirit of the present invention and are deemed to fall within the scope of the present invention.
