Abstract
The English abstract will be submitted.
Description
The invention relates to an electronic procedure for the clearance of a transaction, a corresponding transaction system, a transaction application for the execution of the procedure, a mobile terminal with such a transaction application, and a payment system comprising the transaction system.
Electronic methods to support business transactions, in particular the payment of goods, are already used worldwide. For example, such electronic methods allow cashless payment in a store using a payment card such as an EC card or a credit card. To enable such payment by EC card or credit card, the store must have an electronic card reader into which the corresponding payment card is inserted and which is connected via a data line to a payment system, such as the card company, so that the transaction can be processed by the card company. To enable such cashless payment, the stores concerned must provide the necessary technical infrastructure, i.e. a data link to the card company or at least one corresponding card reader and several cards.
WO 2012/001423 A1 discloses a financial transaction management process and system for authorising a payment for the purchase of goods or services. The process or system comprises a first electronic device for the user connected to a processing device, a second electronic device connected to a second processing device, a main processing device separate from the first and second processing devices, whereby the second electronic device sends a transaction start signal to the second processing device, which sends an activation message to the main processing device, which generates a payment transaction code for that transaction, which is configured to associate the first and second electronic devices, whereby the payment code is provided to the first user. The payment transaction is sent by the first electronic device, which is involved in the first electronic payment transaction, to the second processing device.
DE 100 39 569 C1 reveals a method for making a payment at any point of sale or service using a mobile phone using a transaction number (TAN) assigned to the customer. The method is characterised by the customer initiating a payment request at the point of sale (POS) or ATMs of the point of sale or service, the point of sale or service transmitting the payment data, such as the amount and merchant ID, to a central TAN payment point, the central TAN payment point generating a TAN and transmitting it to the point of sale or service, the TAN telephone having a payment function for a certain period of time, the TAN payment is valid at the point of sale or service, the customer confirming that the TAN payment is valid at the point of delivery, the TAN payment is valid at the point of delivery, the TAN payment is valid at the point of delivery, the TAN payment is valid at the point of delivery, the TAN payment is valid at the point of delivery, the TAN payment is valid at the point of delivery, the TAN payment is valid at the point of delivery, the TAN payment is valid at the point of delivery, and the TAN payment is transmitted to the customer via the TAN mobile identifier, the TAN payment point is valid at the point of delivery, the TAN payment is valid at the point of delivery, the TAN payment point of the customer confirms that the TAN payment is valid at the point of delivery, and the TAN payment is made to the customer.
In particular, small shops such as kiosks or remote or mobile shops are often unable to provide the necessary technical infrastructure for such an electronic procedure. But even if these shops do provide the technical infrastructure. But even if these shops do provide the technical infrastructure, the shops would have to bear the additional costs for this, which can be very difficult especially for small shops or small businesses with little turnover.
It would therefore be desirable to have a system or procedure that can support business transactions with minimal technical infrastructure, especially for small or mobile businesses, and it would continue to be desirable if this system or procedure could be operated at an additional cost.
The present invention is intended to provide an easy-to-use electronic procedure for clearing a transaction in a business-to-business transaction that can be used largely without local restrictions, requires a minimum of pre-existing technical infrastructure, and is still secure for all business partners involved.
This task shall be solved by an electronic procedure for clearing a transaction in a transaction at least between a first and a second person via a second person mobile terminal with a display element connected to a transaction server of a transaction system via a wireless data connection to a data exchange for clearing the transaction, including the steps
Install a transaction application on the mobile terminal, preferably the transaction application is transmitted by the transaction system to the mobile terminal,Provide at least first person user data and second person user data in the transaction system for access by the transaction server,Transmit a number of transaction encodings by the transaction system to the first person, where each transaction encoding comprises a first person personal identifier, a first transaction code, preferably a graphical first transaction code, and a second transaction code, preferably a graphical second transaction code, where each of the transmitted transaction encodings is clearly distinguishable from the other transaction encodings at least by different first and/or second transaction codes, storing and mapping the transmitted transaction encodings in the transaction system to the first person transaction data, running the transaction application on the mobile terminal of the second person to connect the terminal to the transaction server and at least to control the release of the transaction to the transaction process of the first person, including the following steps:
(a) the second person dials the first person through the mobile terminal;(b) transmit at least the first part of a first transaction encoding from the transaction server to the second person's mobile terminal, (c) supplement the transmitted first part of the first transaction encoding with the first person's complement, (d) transmit the complement to the transaction server,Link the transaction server transmitted from the first part of the first transaction encoding to the complement to a supplemented transaction encoding and compare the supplemented transaction encoding with the first transaction encoding stored in the first person's mobile terminal, and release the transaction by means of the transfer of the transaction equivalent to the transfer of the first transaction encoding stored in the mobile terminal and the transfer of the first transaction or the transfer of the first transaction to the mobile terminal and the transfer of the transfer of the transaction.

A transaction for the purposes of the present invention is, for example, the payment of a purchase price in a transaction between the first person and the second person. For example, the first person is the seller of a good and the second person is the buyer of that good. The buyer can use the above procedure, for example, to make the purchase price payable to the seller by releasing this transaction (here the payment). For this purpose, for example, the bank details of the first and second person are part of the first and second user data. However, the bank details of the second person would not be required if the second person can use a credit in another form in the transaction,For example, by pre-loading a balance account with a system involved in the transaction with a sufficient amount of money for the transaction. As a result of the release, the purchase price can be paid to the seller (first person). The transaction, here for example, the payment, is authorized by using unique and characteristic transaction encodings. Through the selection process of the seller (first person) followed by the transmission of a first part of the transaction encoding by the transaction system to the buyer (second person) on his mobile terminal and the addition of the valid for this transaction first transaction encoding, which is known only to the seller (first person) in general, is authorized by the seller via the mobile tracking system of the authorizing terminal for both transactions after verification.A comparison of the first transaction encoding stored in the transaction system with the completed transaction encoding (transmitted first part of the first transaction encoding + supplement to this transmitted first part) excludes an abuse of data exchange. For example, if a supplement is selected in the mobile terminal and linked to the transmitted first part of the transaction encoding, which results in a transaction encoding that does not correspond to the first transaction encoding that is in the seller's possession, a refusal to clear is sent to the mobile terminal instead of a confirmation of clearance, so that the seller can see that no clearance of the transaction has taken place and thus, for example, that transaction will not be processed as a payment instruction. For example, the seller may refuse to release the goods to the buyer until the buyer has made an effective payment. However, if the buyer (second person) shows the seller (first person) the confirmation of release on his mobile terminal, the goods can be handed over to the buyer. Thus, the transaction is carried out securely for both parties by using the electronic process of the invention. By using a single mobile terminal, which alone is sufficient for the secure execution of the procedure at the place of business, the application of the procedure is in principle locally unlimited, provided that a wireless connection exists between the mobile terminal and the transaction server. This wireless connection is widely available on land and, where appropriate, in areas at sea and in the air. To be able to share the transaction, the transaction system must store user data on all participating users, i.e. at least first and second user data on a first and second person. This data is used to transmit the transaction encodings to the first person, wireless data connections are established to transmit data such as person identification and first and second transaction codes and allow a selection of first persons via the mobile terminal.Err1:Expecting ',' delimiter: line 1 column 518 (char 517)
In a preferred embodiment, the registration of at least the first person via a transaction system web page is performed by at least the first person, providing data. For example, a first person activates an Internet-enabled terminal such as a laptop, PC, notebook or smartphone and opens the destination address of the transaction system web page in a browser, thereby starting the registration process for the transaction system by clicking on a corresponding field. The practitioner is able, under the present invention, to provide a suitable registration process for the transaction system on a web page. The transaction system may include, for example, a network with one or more transactions with an Internet connection or an additional computer or web portal (for example, a web server) to provide theErr1:Expecting ',' delimiter: line 1 column 440 (char 439)The first person's industry (e.g. flower shop, bakery, newsstand, etc.) is a marking of the first person's/company's location on a virtual map (e.g. via a Google Maps application integrated into the website) and is entered and confirmed to complete the input. When entering the industry, the first person is offered graphic symbols in an executable form by the website that the first person can select to identify their industry. The selected symbol can be used in this executable form to generate a personal identification or as the personal identification for the first person for the transaction encodings to be created later, for example in a generation medium to generate transaction encodings or in a storage device,In this embodiment, the personal identifier for the first person is a graphic personal identifier. Alternatively, the personal identifiers of the first persons may also be stored in the first user data in a user database, which the means of production uses to generate the transaction encodings. In another embodiment, the first person may also upload a graphic symbol of their own (e.g. a company logo) to the transaction system via the website as desired personal identifiers. The storage and access to the personal identification may then be as described below. Each first person has a unique personal identification that distinguishes each person from other personal identification.
The second step of registration is to enter transaction-relevant data into the transaction system by the first person through the website. For example, for a payment of a purchase price as the transaction, the account details such as the name of the account holder, name of the bank where the account is maintained, the account number and the bank code are entered. At the end of the second step, the data entered by the first person is confirmed by clicking on a corresponding field on the website and transmitted to the databases, storage facilities and/or the transaction server. For example, when entering the transaction-relevant data, a plausibility check is carried out to prevent the transaction being unable to be carried out later due to incorrect user data.
The third step is to assign a username with an account, which is stored in the user data and transmitted to the transaction server.
After the registration process (registration) has been completed, the first person can generate a number of transaction codes from his account activated by clicking on a corresponding field on the website. Alternatively, the transaction system automatically generates the number of transaction codes for the first person registered for transmission to the first person after the registration process has been completed. This number of transaction codes can be in the form of an electronic list, for example as an electronic list in pdf, Word or Excel format, where each transaction codes includes an identifier for the first person, a first transaction code and a second transaction code, where each of the transaction codes in the list generated by the first person/second person is different and at least unambiguously differs from the other transaction codes. The format of the first and second transaction codes can be chosen by the practitioner as appropriate for the present invention. In one embodiment, the first and second transaction codes are graphic codes such as graphic symbols. Such graphic codes (symbols) are easy to recognize and communicate, which allows a reduced error rate in transmitting the transaction codes and subsequently releasing (or denying) the transaction.Since the first person to perform the next steps is selected and the person is the one who determines the next steps, and several transactions could be carried out with that person, for example, consecutively, such a list of transaction codes requires only a single entry of the personal identifier in the top. The top can be divided into several areas with additional information such as personal data, etc. The list of transaction codes can also contain a numbering in a first column for the further combinations of first and second transaction codes in accordance with the first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, eighth, ninth, eighth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth, ninth... contain transaction codes, while the second and third columns contain the corresponding first and second transaction codes. Preferably, the first and second transaction codes are graphic symbols that allow the first person to use this list in a secure manner in printed form even from a certain distance. For example, the list of transaction codes is placed behind a counter and the graphic first and second transaction codes on the list are safely compared with those of the mobile terminal from a certain distance to perform the further steps of the procedure, which would lead to a high error rate in the data entry (completion) in the mobile terminal with a purely alphanumeric coding. The use of graphic symbols as the first and second transaction codes (graphic transaction codes) results in a reduced error rate in data entry in the inventive procedure and thus a faster clearance of the transaction by the transaction system. In one example, the list with the majority of transaction codes includes at least one additional column, for example, adapted to record amounts of money for payments as transactions. This list of transaction codes may include a different number of transaction codes, for example 20 or 100 different transaction codes. The first person's needs are chosen.
Alternatively, the majority of the transaction encodings of the first person can be provided as an expressible list. The printing can be done or initiated, for example, via the website by clicking on a corresponding print box. In one implementation, the majority of the transaction encodings are transmitted by the transaction system to the first person by printing the transaction encodings on a first person printer. In an alternative or complementary example, the transmission of the transaction encodings and, if necessary, further communications to be executed between the transaction system and the first person can be done via a first person smartphone.
The second person's one-time registration can also be performed via the transaction system's website, with data provided by the second person. For example, the second person activates an Internet-enabled terminal such as a laptop, PC, notebook or smartphone and opens the destination address of the transaction system's website in a browser, which, by clicking on a corresponding field, starts the registration process for the transaction system. The skilled person is able to provide an appropriate registration process for the transaction system under the present invention.
In an alternative embodiment, the transmission of the transaction application to the mobile terminal of the second person is done by downloading the transaction application, for example via a direct link from the mobile terminal to the browser of the transaction system's website or from a website offering applications for download (e.g. an app store). The second person installs, for example, after downloading, the transaction application on the mobile terminal. For example, after downloading the transaction application on the mobile terminal, the transaction application automatically installs itself. This automatic installation can also occur if the transaction application has been downloaded from, for example, a CD-chip or a CD-ROM.
In one embodiment, a first launch of the installed transaction application on the mobile terminal after establishing a wireless data connection to the transaction server automatically starts the registration step for the second person. In a preferred embodiment, contact data for establishing the wireless data connection is automatically transmitted by the transaction application to the transaction server. This registration of the second person may consist of a multi-stage registration process. The transaction application first downloads a registration format from the transaction server. The second person (e.g., the later buyer of a product in a store) enters his name, e-mail address, etc. into the electronic form. The second person must have a valid e-mail address to which further transmissions can be made later by the transaction server. This information is used to identify the second person in the transaction system. Furthermore, the second person can create an access authorization, such as a four-digit security PIN, only after correctly entering it can the transaction application be launched on the second person's mobile terminal to execute the inventive procedure. At the end of the first step, the data entered is then confirmed by the second person by clicking on a corresponding field on the electronic form. In the next step, the second person can enter their transaction details into the electronic form. For example, for a payment of a purchase price, the transaction released as the transaction, the account details such as name of the account holder, name of the bank where the account is maintained, the account number and the bank code are specified. The present invention can also be used for alternative payment systems. For example, Giropay can charge a balance for using the inventive method. To process the payment, the necessary data for a login on the mobile bank account of the first person with secret users and PIN would then have to be entered. The payment is made after each transaction has been approved by the transaction system. At the end of the second step, the data entered is confirmed by the second person by clicking on a corresponding field on the electronic form. If necessary, plausibility checks are performed when entering the transaction-relevant data to prevent the transaction that is released later from being carried out due to incorrect user data. The data entered is sent step by step or in its entirety to the transaction server.
The second person receives an email from the transaction server that contains a secure confirmation link, which the second person follows. The link takes the second person to a secure website created only for the individual second person (later other second people receive a corresponding link to another website). The transaction system identifies the second person and assigns the email address to the second user data. The transaction system now has complete second user data of the second person. The registration process ends here. From now on, the transaction application can be used to execute the inventive procedure.
In one embodiment, the first person is selected via the mobile terminal using data transmitted from the transaction server to the mobile terminal. The data on the first person is displayed in a suitable form in the display element of the mobile terminal. This suitable form preferably includes a symbol or logo, which identifies the business of the first person for the second person. In addition, depending on the information needs of the second person, additional data on the first person can be displayed directly or by clicking on the symbol or logo.
In one embodiment, the first person selection step includes the following steps: (i) automatic location of the mobile terminal by the transaction system; (ii) transmission of data of all first persons in an area around the mobile terminal; (iii) presentation of data in the display element of the mobile terminal in a form suitable for selecting the first person, preferably in graphical form; (iv) selection of the first person by operating one of the first associated display systems in the display element. To enable such location tracking, the second person confirms, during the registration process, in an additional registration element, their understanding of the position of the first person, which could subsequently be used to identify the second person, for example by means of GPS or a second person's location location, and the second person is automatically located in a location determined by the mobile terminal using a satellite or a digital location tracking system.
After the transaction application has been started for a second person already registered, the current position of the mobile terminal is determined (located) and the first persons in the vicinity are displayed according to the current position. The position of the first person (e.g. the place of business that the first person operates and for which the procedure of the invention is to be made available) is already specified by the first person to the transaction system as described above during the registration of the first person and is available through the first user data for the transaction system. The position of the second person is determined by means of a positioning and calculation tool (e.g. a processor with location and determination software installed on it),where first persons are within a predetermined distance from the second person, the data on the first persons at that distance shall be transmitted to the mobile terminal and displayed in an appropriate form in the display element of the mobile terminal. This appropriate form shall preferably include a symbol or logo identifying the business of the first person for the second person. In addition, additional data on the second person may be displayed directly to the first person or subsequently by clicking on the symbol or logo, depending on the information requirements.Err1:Expecting ',' delimiter: line 1 column 982 (char 981)The first person can be offered a distance within which data on the first person can be transmitted to the mobile terminal, for example, the value of the distance within which data on the first person can be transmitted can be predefined in the transaction system or selected by the second person using a corresponding selection field on the electronic form for the registration of the second person. This choice can be changed at any time by a new input to the second user data. The second person selects one of the first people based on the data displayed in the display element, for example by clicking on the symbol or logo of the first person with a finger on a touch-sensitive element or by using a cursor. The symbol or logo of the corresponding personal identification is an advantage.
After a desired first person has been selected, for example based on the data transmitted by the transaction server for eligible first persons, the procedure for releasing a transaction continues. For this purpose, the second person can enter, for example, the security PIN in an execution form to trigger the subsequent steps of the process. For this purpose, the second person (customer) selects an appropriate field from a menu of the transaction application, enters the security PIN and confirms the input. This input is then verified by the transaction server. In an execution form, the second person then enters further inputs to the transaction to be executed in the corresponding element of the field offered by the transaction application, such as the price for a product,Err1:Expecting ',' delimiter: line 1 column 723 (char 722)The first transaction encoding may, for example, be randomly selected by the transaction server from the majority of transaction encodings transmitted to the first selected person. This first part of the transaction encoding transmitted serves, on the one hand, to verify the first person. On the other hand, this transmitted part serves to verify the first transaction, provided that the transmitted first part is supplemented in such a way that the linkage from the first part and the supplement corresponds to the transaction transcoding selected by the transaction system (first action encoding).
Err1:Expecting ',' delimiter: line 1 column 251 (char 250)
Where the first part includes the personal identifier and the first transaction code, the step of the addition in an execution involves selecting a second transaction code from a number of different transaction codes by the first person using the second person's mobile terminal as the addition, with only one of the selectable transaction codes corresponding to the second transaction code of the first transaction encoding. This second transaction code can only be correctly selected by the first person, as only the first person knows the complete first transaction encoding. Thus, the only correct addition to the first part of the first transaction encoding is the verification for the transaction system, which can act as a release of the transaction. The fact that this single correct addition has to be selected from a number of different transaction codes significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized release of the transaction. In one embodiment, the number of different transaction codes, preferably graphical transaction codes, to select the second transaction code, preferably a graphical second transaction code, is represented in the display element of the mobile terminal as an arrangement of the different transaction codes. The display of the different transaction codes to select one of them can be generated, for example, by the transaction application on the mobile terminal itself. In one embodiment, the number of different transaction codes is transmitted from the transaction code to the mobile terminal as a response to the confirmation of the correctness of the first person's identification.Only a single second transaction code can complete the first part (person identification and first transaction code) of the selected first transaction encoding already transmitted in such a way that the first transaction encoding is reproduced by selecting the correct second transaction code. In a preferred embodiment, the transaction codes for selecting the second transaction code are displayed on the display element as an arrangement with random positioning and/or order of the transaction codes. Thus, the probability that the correct second transaction transcode can be selected only with the help of the first person is high, leading to a high degree of procedural certainty. The first one is to call the second set of the correct second transaction code, whereby the second person (or the second person) selects this transition code in the first person. In one embodiment, the second transaction code is selected by pressing one of the transaction codes, preferably by pressing one of the transaction codes on a display element that is executed as a touch screen or by clicking on one of the transaction codes using a cursor in the display element.
In one embodiment, selecting triggers an automatic transmission of the selected second transaction code from the mobile terminal to the transaction server. The first person can now delete the corresponding transaction encoding from their list of transaction encodings, since a transaction encoding can only be used once for security reasons in the transaction system. The transaction server must now verify that the transaction code transmitted in the last step from the mobile terminal is the correct transaction code, i.e. the transcoding code, the second transcoding operation corresponds to the first transaction encoding. The first person receives a virtual electronic receipt of the transaction. The second person shows the first person this clearance and then receives, for example, the clearance from the first person for the goods paid for by this method. Furthermore, the first person can determine by the clearance that the transaction involves a transaction that isFor example, the release acknowledgement contains the complete first transaction encryption transmitted during the data traffic between the mobile terminal and the transaction server and can verify the receipt again by comparing it with the first transaction encryption in the transaction encryption list. Furthermore, for example, at the end of each day, the transaction system sends an automatic email to the second person listing the transactions made by the second person on that day as proof with the first person and time. The automatic feedback to the second person keeps a documented overview of the transactions made. The transaction system stores the transaction encodings that have already been used for releases, thus preventing the re-transmission of a first part of a transaction encoding to a second person's mobile terminal that has already been transmitted to the same or another second person for the release of another transaction, thus each transaction encoding can only be used once for a release, further increasing the security of the releases.
The invention also concerns a transaction application stored on a storage medium suitable for performing the procedure of the invention in conjunction with a transaction system of the invention. The transaction application may be transmitted to the second person on external media such as SIM cards, chips, memory sticks, CD-ROMs, etc. for installation on the mobile terminal, or the second person may download the transaction application from the transaction system itself or from a website that distributes applications. Since the transaction application is an essential component of the transaction release, the transaction application has its own protection requirement.
Err1:Expecting ',' delimiter: line 1 column 458 (char 457)
The invention also relates to a transactional system for releasing a transaction in a transaction between at least one first and one second person, comprising an application memory for storing a transactional application according to the present invention, a user database for storing at least first-person user data and second-person user data, a means of generating transactional encodings, each containing a personal identifier for the first person, a first transactional code, preferably a graphical first transactional code, and a second transactional code, preferably a graphical second transactional code, and at least one transactional medium associated with the application memory, the user database and the data transmission generator, which is designed to transform the transaction into a single transactional code.
provide at least the first and second user data, transmit a number of generated transaction encodings to the first person by appropriate means of data transmission, each of the transaction encodings transmitted being clearly distinguishable from the other transaction encodings transmitted at least by a different first and/or second transaction code, establish a wireless data connection to the second person's mobile terminal, allow selection of the first person via the second person's mobile terminal and, upon selection, transmit a first part of a first transaction encoding to the second person's mobile terminal for completion, receive a supplement transmitted by the mobile terminal and compare the first part of the first transaction encodings transmitted by the transaction server with the first part of the transaction encodings transmitted via the second person's mobile terminal and allocate the first part of the transaction encodings to the first person's mobile terminal for use in the completion of the transaction, and, if the completed and stored first transaction encryption is found to be equal, to grant clearance for that transaction and to transmit a clearance confirmation to the mobile terminal or, if the unevenness is found to be equal, to refuse clearance and to transmit the refusal to the mobile terminal.
In one embodiment, the transaction server is designed to transmit the transaction application to a second-party mobile terminal by appropriate data transmission means. This direct transmission avoids additional user actions for the start-up of the transaction application and is therefore user-friendly. Preferably, after transmission, the transaction application installs itself directly on the mobile terminal. Preferably, the transaction application transmits the connection data to the mobile terminal to the transaction server. This can simultaneously verify the necessary wireless connection between the mobile terminal and the transaction server.
In one embodiment, the transaction system includes a web page for registering at least the first person in the transaction system and for entering data by at least the first person to create first user data.
An advantage of the transaction system of the invention is the minimum number of electronic devices required on the first and second person sides, as described above. The first person only needs a number of transaction encodings transmitted by the transaction system. The way and manner in which the first person receives or receives this list may vary. This transmission may be to a first person electronic device, such as an Internet-enabled laptop, computer, smartphone, etc. Alternatively, the transaction system may also send the majority of transaction encodings as a paper list to the first person through a postal service, so that no electronic list is required at all for the first person to receive the device. The method of the invention requires only a mobile device with a data connection to the transaction server of the second party to release a transaction with existing first and second user data. This allows the transaction system to be used by any first party regardless of their device-based equipment. This makes the method of the invention particularly advantageous for first parties who operate a small, possibly spatially confined business and yet want to provide customers (second parties) with an enhanced service by enabling electronic transaction releases, such as cashless payments. The second person can pay without cash, for example, where this was not possible previously due to the lack of equipment of the first person.
The invention also relates to a payment system with a transaction system according to the present invention, at least one mobile terminal according to the present invention, which is connected to the transaction system via a wireless data connection to perform a procedure according to the present invention, and at least one money management system connected to the transaction system to execute the transaction between the first and second person after approval by the transaction system. Money management systems within the meaning of the present invention are, for example, banks with which the first and second persons maintain accounts. In the transaction number system according to the invention, for example, the first person may also keep an electronic cash register. The first person can receive this list as an electronic list of target transactions (e.g. target payments) from the transaction system and enter the amounts actually received on the first person's account into this list in the corresponding fields. In this way, the first person can keep an electronic cash register. This electronic cash register is provided, for example, under the first person's account on the website of the transaction system. The first person only needs exactly the same technical equipment for keeping an electronic cash register that the first person needs to transmit the majority of transaction encoding. Alternatively, the electronic cash register can also be kept with the help of the first person's application on a smartphone of the first person.

The data connection between transaction system T and the mobile terminal 9 of the second person 2 is established via a wireless data connection 811 to the transaction server 6 with appropriate data transmission means 81. In order for transaction system T to perform the procedure of the invention and to initiate this transaction after the transaction is approved, the transaction system T requires user data N1, N2 for the first and second persons 1,In order to enable user data N1, N2 to be entered into the transaction system T, this embodiment includes a web page 12 for registering R at least as the first person 1 to the transaction system T and for entering data by at least the first person 1 to create first user data N1. This web page is provided, for example, by the transaction server 6 via the Internet or on client computers connected to the transaction server 6.Alternatively, the second user data N2 may also be transmitted from mobile terminal 9 to the transaction server 6 via a wireless data connection 811 via the transmission medium 81 to the transaction server 6 when the transaction application 4 is running, where applicable.
In this embodiment, the transaction server 6 is additionally connected via a data transmission medium 82 and via a data connection 821 to a first person 1 printer 13. Through this data connection 821 a plurality (7-1, 7-2, 7-3, ...) of transaction encodings 7 are transmitted in this embodiment from the transaction server 6 to the first person U2. Preferably, the transmission U2 of the majority of transaction encodings 7 to the first person 1 is made by printing AD of the transaction encodings 7 on the printer 13 of the first person 1. The transaction encodings 7 are generated by a generating medium 5 which is clearly linked to the transmission of the transaction encodings 7 to the transaction 6 via data transmission.
The application memory 31 is also intended to store the transaction application 4 so that it can be downloaded from the transaction system T via the transaction server 6 or otherwise transmitted to the mobile terminal 9 for installation on the latter in order to perform the procedure of the invention. To this end, the transaction server 6 is equipped with appropriate data transmission means 81 to transmit the transaction application 4 via the wireless data connection 811 to the mobile terminal 9 of the second person 2 U1.the first person 1 is displayed in a suitable format on display element 91 of mobile terminal 9. After dialing AW1 of the first person 1, the transaction server 6 transmits U4 to the mobile terminal 9 the (first) part 7-1a of a first transaction encoding 7-1 to the second person's mobile terminal 9 for the release of a transaction via the same data connection 811. Similarly, the first part 7-1a, Supplement E, selected for the release of the transaction, e.g. the second transaction code 72-1, is transmitted by mobile terminal 9 to the transaction server 6 via the mobile terminal 9 via the wireless data connection 811.this Supplement E is linked to a Comparison Means 10 with the first part 7-1a to a Comparison Means 7E V. The Comparison Means 7-1 is compared to Comparison Means 10 with the Comparison Means 7-1 of the first transaction encoding stored in the first person 1 user data N1. After identification of the first transaction encoding 7-E, 7-1 that is completed and stored, the clearance F for that transaction is transmitted to the mobile terminal 9 via the wireless data connection 811 as a clearance confirmation 11 U6. The application memory may also be used to store 31 and provide additional applications, such as the first person application.
For example, the transaction system is designed to allow the first person 1 to dial AW1 and locate the mobile terminal 9 position O with a module 14 to locate the mobile terminal 9 to transmit data from the first person 1 located in an area around the mobile terminal 9 to mobile terminal 9 U3 using the determined location of the mobile terminal 9.

Figure 2 shows an embodiment of the transaction encodings to be transmitted. The transaction encoding 7 comprises a person identifier 70 for the first person 1, a first transaction code 71 and a second transaction code 72. Here, the U2 transaction encodings 7 generated in the generation medium 5 and transmitted to the first person 1 by the transaction server 6 differ clearly from each other, for example at least by different first and/or second transaction codes 71, 72. The transaction codes and the person identification can be chosen by the expert, for example as alphanumeric codes. For better recognition of the transaction encodings 72, graphic codes or symbols are used for the first person identification code 71 and the second transaction code 72.The U2 majority of transaction encodings to be transmitted to the first person 1 may include a number of different transaction encodings 7-1, 7-2, 7-3, ... in different embodiments. The number of U2 transaction encodings 7 to be transmitted may be predetermined, for example, in transaction system T or selected by the first person 1 via web page 12. The U4 first part 7-1a of the first transaction encoding transmitted to the mobile terminal 9 in procedure step (b) includes the person identification 70 and the first transaction code 71 in the embodiment form shown in Figure 2. In other embodiments, the first part 7-1a may also be differently executed. The untransmitted part (second part) of the transaction encoding 7-1,Err1:Expecting ',' delimiter: line 1 column 360 (char 359)This transaction encoding can be the numerically following transaction encoding 7-2 in the list of transmitted transaction encodings. In this case, the transaction encoding 7-2 now represents the first transaction encoding for the execution of the procedure. In another embodiment, the transaction encoding to be used now represents the transaction encoding from the 6th, for example, the transaction encoding 7-3. In this case, the transaction encoding 7-3 now represents the transaction encoding for the first execution of the procedure. Here, the information selected from the transaction encodings for the subsequent release of the transaction is transmitted to the mobile terminal 9 together with the first part (here corresponding to 7-3a). To complete the corresponding part E, the majority of the transaction encodings transmitted include a corresponding numbering of the individual transaction encodings 7-1, 7-2, 7-3, ....
Figure 3 shows an embodiment of the data for dialing AW1 of a first person shown in display element 91 of mobile terminal 9. To this end, the transaction application 4 is started by the second person 2 A to receive the data for dialing AW1 of the first person 1 to be transmitted U3 as shown in the left half of Figure 3. The start of the transaction application may involve authorizing the second person 2 with the input of the corresponding identification information. These individual steps are not described in detail here and can be selected by the specialist. After a positioning O of the mobile terminal 9, the corresponding data of the first persons 1 with their own positions within a certain area are transmitted from the mobile terminal 9 to the mobile terminal 63.The first persons 1 are displayed for greater clarity in a scroll-down menu in the display element 91 by the transaction application 4 where the first persons are shown in a simplified selection using their graphic personal identification 70 for example a bracelet as personal identification 70 indicates a bakery of the first person 1 while a T-shirt as other personal identification 70 indicates the clothing store of another first person 1 the second person 2 selects one of the first persons 1 from AW1 as desired by pressing on the person 70 identification of the first 1 desired, for example on the symbol 70.for example, to allow the second person 2 to check whether the first person's selection was correct, using a displayed address of the first person's bakery; if necessary, the second person can return to the selection by clicking on a corresponding field in display element 91 in the transaction application 4 to make a different selection of the first person 1 in case of an error.
After selecting AW1 or confirming selection of AW1 by the first person 1, the transaction server 6 sends the first part 7-1a of the first transaction coding 7-1 to the mobile terminal 9 by U4. This transmission may, however, be preceded by the following data inputs (transaction data): after a transaction has been agreed between the first and second person 1, 2 in the bakery of the first person 1, the second person can enter information on the desired transaction via the display element 91 which is later transmitted to the transaction server, such as the price of a product to be purchased, the nature of the transaction itself (payments as a transaction) and, where appropriate, security information such as a security PIN.In one embodiment, the first transaction encoding 7-1a of the first part 7-1a is transmitted U4 in response to the transmission of this information to the transaction server 6. In another embodiment, the first person's AW1 selection is transmitted to the transaction server 6 in response to the transmission of this information by U4. Figure 4 shows an embodiment of the first part 7-1a of the first transaction encoding 7-1a, which is transmitted by the transaction server 6, as shown in the display element 91 of the mobile terminal 9.This is intended to represent the possible variety of symbols to be used. The person identification 70 transmitted in the first part 7-1a would be the selected Brezel 70 in the case of the bakery. Together with the person identification 70, the first part 7-1a of the first transaction encoding includes a cloud 71-1 as the first transaction code 71-1 of the first transaction encoding 7-1. This first part 7-1a uniquely identifies the first person 1 and the transaction released. The correct identification of the first person 1 by the personal identifier 70 and the identification of the first transaction coding 7-1 by the first transaction code 71-1 is confirmed by clicking on a confirmation field 92, whereupon the confirmation B-U4 is transmitted to the transaction server.
To clear the transaction, the first part 7-1a of the first transaction encoding 7-1 shown in display element 91 must be completed correctly by selecting the symbol corresponding to the second transaction code 72-1, E, so that a match to the first transaction encoding 7-1, which is fully known only to the first person 1 after transmission of U2 by the transaction server 6, can be determined by the transaction server 6. The supplement E can be supported and executed in different embodiments by the transaction application 4 in different ways. In one embodiment, the transaction application 4 according to the representation D of the first part 7-1a generates a plurality of the symbols 7A displayed on display element 91.The second person selects, with the help of the first person, who says, for example, the second person, the correct symbol corresponding to the second transaction code 72-1 of the first transaction coding 7-1, the symbol corresponding to the first transaction code 7-1a of the first transaction code 7-1 as the supplement E to the first part 7-1a from AW2, which is transmitted to the transaction server 6 as a result of dialing AW2.In another embodiment, the transaction application 4 generates the majority of selectable transaction codes 7A after confirming the first part 7-1a and represents them in display element 91. For example, the selectable transaction codes 7A, including the second transaction code 72-1, are represented in display element 91 as an array with random positioning and/or sequencing of transaction codes 7A. Figure 5 shows an embodiment of the transaction code 7A represented in the display element of the mobile terminal for selecting the second transaction code 72-1 The representation generated by the transfer U5 to the transaction window 6 contains graphical symbols (heart, S, A, B, C, L, L, L, L) to determine the transaction pattern.AW2 of the second transaction code 72-1 is selected as a supplement to the first part 7-1a, for example by pressing one of the transaction codes 7A, preferably by pressing one of the displayed transaction codes 7A on a display element 91 running as a touch screen, or by clicking on one of the transaction codes 7A with a cursor on the display element 91. As a result of this selection AW2 the selected transaction code 72-1 is transmitted as a supplement to the transaction server 6 U5. This selection may be automatic in response to the payment or verified by an additional selection step,Err1:Expecting ',' delimiter: line 1 column 851 (char 850)so that the first person 1 can also auditory verify the correct input of the second transaction code 72-1 as a supplement. Therefore, preferably only symbols that can be clearly assigned an acoustic signal are used. These assigned acoustic signals are stored in the transaction application and broadcast audibly via the mobile terminal according to the selection. If an acoustic signal is not correctly detected, the selection AW2 can continue to be visually executed and/or confirmed.
After the transaction system T has generated a completed transaction encoding 7-E from the transmitted selected supplement E by means of comparison tool 10 and the transmitted first part 7-1a by means of link V and has compared it with the first transaction encoding 7-1 VG, U6 of the transaction server 6 transmits a transaction release to the mobile terminal 9 as illustrated in Figure 6 provided that the completed transaction encoding 7-E corresponds to the first transaction encoding 7-1.This clearance acknowledgement 11 serves as a virtual receipt to the first person to confirm the transaction, such as a payment transaction. As a confirmation process of the transaction clearance (or transaction), the transaction system T can send a transaction acknowledgement to a secure email address of the second person 2 stored in the user data N2 of the second person 2. This gives the second person an overview of the transactions made with the associated data, such as the amounts paid. This transaction acknowledgement allows the second person to control the transaction clearances and therefore provides protection against misuse.
If the completed transaction encoding 7-E does not match the first transaction encoding 7-1, the transaction server 6 U7 transmits the refusal VER to clear the transaction to the mobile terminal 9, as illustrated in Figure 7. For example, the refusal to clear is represented by a representation of the first part 7-1a of the first transaction encoding 7-1 on display element 91 together with an information that the transaction has been denied. This refusal information may be represented, for example, as plain text or as an appropriate symbol, for example, as an odd symbol.
Fig. 8 shows an embodiment of the electronic procedure of the invention for releasing a transaction in a transaction at least between a first and a second person 1, 2 via a mobile terminal 9 of the second person, not explicitly shown here. The transaction application 4 is transmitted by the transaction system 6 to the mobile terminal 9 U1 and installed on the mobile terminal 9 (automatically or after additional steps). In addition, first person 1 user data N1 and second person 2 user data N2 are provided by the transaction system T for access by the transaction server 6.Furthermore, a plurality of transaction codes 7-1, 7-2, 7-3, ... are transmitted by the transaction server 6 to the first person 1 U2, whereby each transaction codes 7 comprises a person identifier 70 for the first person 1, a first transaction code 71 and a second transaction code 72, each of the transmitted transaction codes 7 being clearly distinguished from the other transmitted transaction codes 71, 72 by at least different first and/or second transaction codes 71. In the absence of a data connection between the transaction server and at least one printer of the first person, the majority of the transaction codes can also be transmitted by the transaction T to the first person 1 in another way (e.g. by means of a data carrier on a mail system). The transmitted transaction encodings 7 are stored in the transaction system S and are assigned to the first person 1 user data N1. Alternatively, the transmitted U2 transaction encodings 7 are also stored as part of the user data in the user data. To execute the invention, the transaction application 4 is run on the mobile terminal 9 of the second person 2 to connect the mobile terminal 9 to the transaction server 6 and at least to control the release of the transaction to the transaction with the first person 1 A. In a first step, the first person 1 is executed via the mobile terminal 9 by the second person 2 preferably using data from,The first transaction encoding 7-1 is completed with the help of the first person 1 and the first transaction encoding 7-1 is completed with the help of the first person 1 and the first transaction encoding 72-1 is completed with the help of the first person E and the first transaction encoding 7-1 is completed with the help of the first person 1 and the first transaction encoding 72-1 is completed with the help of the second person 7-1 and the first transaction encoding 7-1 is completed with the help of the first person 7-1 and the first transaction encoding 72-1 is completed with the help of the first person 7-1 and the first transaction encoding 7-1 is completed with the help of the first person 7-1 and the first transaction encoding 72-1 is completed with the help of the first person 7-1 and the first person 7-1 is completed with the help of the first person 7-1 and the first transaction encoding 7-1 is completed with the help of the first person 7-1 and the first person 7-1 is completed with the help of the first person 7-1 and the first transaction encoding 7 is completed with the help of the first person 7-1 and the first person 7-1 is completed with the help of the second person 7-1.The step of the Supplement E may involve selecting AW2 of a second transaction code 72 using the second person 2 from a number of different transaction codes 7A with the mobile terminal 9 of the second person 2 as the complement, whereby only one of the selectable transaction code 7A corresponds to the second transaction code 72-1 of the first transaction coding 7-1.Preferably, selecting AW2 triggers an automatic transmission U5 of the selected second transaction code 72-1 from the mobile terminal 9 to the transaction server 6.In the transaction system T, the part 7-1a of the first transaction coding 7-1 transmitted by the transaction server 6 is added to the first transaction code 7-1 by the supplement 72-1 of a transaction coding VE 7-E 7-E and the transaction coding VE 7-E 1-G is added to the first transaction coding VE 7-1 and the transaction data stored in the first transaction code 7-1 is added to the first transaction coding VE 7-G 1Err1:Expecting ',' delimiter: line 1 column 85 (char 84)
Figure 9 shows an embodiment of the step of registration R of the first and second person 1, 2 in the transaction system T of the invention for the creation of first and second user data N1, N2, whereby registration R of the first and second person 1, 2 can be performed via a web page 12 of the transaction system T, specifying data. These user data N1, N2 are stored in a user database 32 which can be accessed by the transaction server 6 via a data re-connection. The second person can alternatively register via the execution of the transaction application 4. First, the transaction application 4 pre-installed on the mobile terminal 9 is started by the user after setting up a wireless data connection 811 6Application 6Automated transaction data loading is automatically performed for the transaction database 32 for example, the transaction data are automatically transmitted to the user by a mobile application 6Application 811 6Application 6A for the pre-recording of transactions.
