Detailed Description
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the slide fastener of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 6. As shown in fig. 1, the slide fastener 10 is composed of elements 30 and a slider 40 arranged along opposite opening/closing end edges of a horizontal fastener stringer 33. The slider has a horizontal functional part 31 for opening and closing an opening and closing part in the horizontal direction in one operation by sliding one slider 40 along a pair of right and left fastener elements 30, and a vertical functional part 35 for opening and closing an opening and closing part in the vertical direction.
As shown in FIG. 2, when the slider 40 is slid in the arrow x direction along the element 30 at the horizontal functional portion 31, the head 32 of the element is separated at the D-D line position (FIG. 6), but gradually approaches as the C-C line position (FIG. 5) and the B-B line position (FIG. 4) and finally engages as the A-A line position (FIG. 3), closing the horizontal fastener stringer 33 in the horizontal direction
In the vertical functional portion 35, the element leg portion 36 extending in the vertical direction with respect to the horizontal direction of the element 30 is bent in a hook shape, and the leading end 36a of the leg portion 36 bent in the hook shape is separated at the position of the line D-D (fig. 6), but in coordination with the movement of the element head portion 32, the leading end 36a of the element leg portion 36 gradually approaches as the position of the line C-C (fig. 5) and the position of the line B-B (fig. 4), and finally approaches as the position of the line a-a (fig. 3), thereby forming the holding portion 37, and the vertical fastener tape fixing portion 39 of the vertical fastener tape 38 is engaged at the holding portion 37, thereby being closed in the vertical direction.
Next, details of the element 30 and the slider 40 constituting the slide fastener will be described with reference to fig. 7 to 15.
As shown in fig. 7, the element 30 has a unique shape including an element head 32 which is engaged and disengaged by sliding the slider, a horizontal fastener tape fixing portion 34 which fixes a horizontal fastener tape 33 which is opened and closed in the horizontal direction in accordance with the engagement and disengagement of the element head 32, an element leg portion 36 which is provided to extend in the vertical direction with respect to the horizontal direction of the element and in which an extending portion is bent in a hook shape, and a holding portion 37 which is formed so that the distal ends 36a of the element leg portions 36 are brought close to or separated from each other in accordance with the engagement and disengagement of the element head 32. The vertical fastener tape securing portions 39 of the vertical fastener tapes 38 are joined at the holding portion 37.
As shown in fig. 8, the slider 40 is composed of a slider body 50 through which the elements 30 are engaged/disengaged and a handle 60 for moving the slider body 50. As shown in the sectional views (fig. 9 to 14) cut by the straight lines E-J shown in fig. 8, the head body 50 is composed of a horizontal functional portion side housing 51 and a vertical functional portion side housing 52 (fig. 9) and connected by a connecting portion 53 (fig. 13) connecting both housings. A horizontal slit 54 through which the horizontal fastener tape 33 passes is provided between the horizontal function portion side case 51 and the vertical function portion side case 52, and a vertical slit 55 through which the vertical fastener tape 38 passes is provided in the middle of the horizontal function portion side case 51 and the vertical function portion side case 52.
In the slider body 50, element passages 56 are formed through which a plurality of elements 30 arranged in line along the opposite opening/closing end edges of the fastener stringer 20 pass, the elements 30 to be engaged can pass through the element passages 56 on the side of the straight line E (fig. 9), and the elements 30 separated by the connecting portion 53 can pass through the element passages 56 on the side of the straight line I (fig. 13) so as to be separated left and right. A handle attachment portion 57 is provided upright at the center of the horizontal functional portion side housing 51 (fig. 10, 11, and 15). Handle attachment portions 58 and 59 (fig. 8, 10, and 11) are provided upright on both sides of the vertical slit 55 in the vertical function portion side case 52.
As shown in fig. 8 and 12 to 14, the handle 60 is composed of attachment portions 61, 62, 63 attached to the head body 50 and a grip portion 64, the attachment portion 61 is attached to the handle attachment portion 57 of the horizontal function portion side housing 51 of the head body 50, and the attachment portions 62, 63 are attached to the handle attachment portions 58, 59 of the vertical function portion side housing 52 of the head body 50 so as to be sandwiched from both sides of the head body 50. In this case, the pull 60 is pulled to slide the slider 40 in the arrow x (fig. 2), and the pull 60 is pushed to slide the slider 40 in the direction opposite to the arrow x (fig. 2).
Although the slider 40 described above is a manner of holding the pull 60 from both sides of the slider body 50, a structure like the second embodiment using the conventional sheet-like pull 70 is also possible as shown in fig. 15. At this time, the tab 70 is pulled to slide the slider 40 in the direction of arrow x (fig. 2), and the tab 70 is rotated by 180 degrees and pulled to slide the slider 40 in the direction opposite to arrow x (fig. 2).
The operation of the slide fastener 10 constituted by the element 30 and the slider 40 having such a unique shape will be described. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, when the slider 40 is slid along the plurality of elements 30 arranged at the end edge portion of the horizontal fastener stringer 33, as shown in fig. 3 to 6 and 16, the head portions 32 of the elements are engaged or disengaged, and the horizontal fastener stringer 33 fixed to the horizontal fastener stringer fixing portion 34 is continuously closed (fig. 16).
When the head portions 32 of the elements 30 are engaged with each other, as shown in fig. 3 to 6, 16 and 17, the distal ends 36a of the element leg portions 36 extending in the vertical direction with respect to the horizontal direction of the elements come close to each other in cooperation with the engagement of the element head portions 32 (fig. 16). Since the element leg portion 36 is bent in a hook shape, the holding portion 37 is formed by the mutual approach of the leading ends 36a of the element leg portion 36. A vertical fastener tape securing part 39 securing the vertical fastener tape 38 is joined to the holding part 37 (fig. 17).
Although fig. 17 shows a basic form in which the vertical fastener tape 38 engaged with the holding portion 37 is a continuous one, the vertical fastener tape 38 may be divided into a plurality of pieces as shown in fig. 18. By dividing into a plurality of pieces, it is possible to obtain arrangements of various materials such as a metallic material and a resin material by rearrangement at a proper timing.
In the above embodiment, the leading ends 36a of the element leg portions 36 are formed by the flat surfaces, so that a linear gap can occur when they approach each other. Thus, when the vertical fastener stringers 38 are moved in parallel in the clamped state, the vertical fastener stringers 38 can be slidingly inserted from the ends after the element heads 32 are engaged.
On the other hand, since the tip 36a of the element leg portion 36 is formed to be non-planar, the vertical fastener stringer 38 does not deviate with respect to the slider traveling direction even if the slide fastener is used for a long time. Fig. 19 shows a second embodiment of the fastener element 30, in which a protrusion 36b is protruded at a tip 36a of a leg portion 36 bent in a hook shape so that a linear gap does not occur.
In addition, fig. 20 shows a third embodiment of the element 30, in which a triangular bulging portion 36c is provided to protrude from the tip 36a of the element leg portion 36 curved in a hook shape, and a linear gap cannot be generated as in the second embodiment. In this way, since the tip 36a of the element leg portion 36 is configured by the non-flat surface such as the convex portion 36b and the triangular bulging portion 36c, the vertical fastener stringer 38 does not shift with respect to the slider running direction even if the slide fastener is used for a long time at the time of slider sliding and after the leg portions approach each other due to slider sliding.
As described above, according to the slide fastener of the present invention, the horizontal functional portion having the element head portion which is engaged and separated by sliding the slider along the element and the horizontal fastener stringer which is opened and closed in the horizontal direction corresponding to the engagement and separation of the element head portion, and the vertical functional portion having the element leg portion which is extended and bent in the vertical direction with respect to the horizontal direction of the element and the extended portion which is bent in the hook shape, the holding portion which is formed in such a manner that the element leg portion is brought close to or separated from each other in coordination with the engagement and separation of the element head portion, and the vertical fastener stringer which is engaged and separated in the vertical direction to the holding portion are provided, so that the vertical fastener stringer can be not only a continuous piece but also a plurality of pieces and thus recombined into various different materials such as a metallic material and a resin material in due to the arrangement, a new zipper function that can realize a three-dimensional use method can be provided.
Further, if the horizontal functional portion and the vertical functional portion are applied to the partition of the temporary tent in the vertical direction, one living space formed in the temporary tent can be partitioned into three independent spaces by one slider in one operation.
