Detailed Description
(embodiment 1)
Fig. 1 to 4 show a lower limb massage device 1 according to the present invention. The lower limb massage device 1 of embodiment 1 includes a leg rest 2 and a foot rest 3, the leg rest 2 includes insertion recesses 4 into which the right and left calves C are inserted, and the foot rest 3 is disposed on the front end side of the leg rest 2 and includes insertion recesses 4 into which the right and left feet F are inserted.
The leg rest 2 and the foot rest 3 are continuously connected to each other by the insertion recess 4, and the leg rest 2 and the foot rest 3 are integrally formed so that the lower limbs L can pass through the insertion recess 4, and the lower limb massage device 1 has a substantially く -shaped configuration when viewed from the side.
The leg rest 2 massages the calf C of the user, and is provided with a leg massage mechanism 5 (the 1 st massage mechanism) for massaging the calf C.
In front of the leg rest portion 2, insertion recesses 4, 4 into which the right and left calves C can be inserted are provided, and a calf massage member 6 is disposed on the inner surface of the insertion recess 4 and on the opposite side in the width direction so as to be capable of sandwiching the calves C.
The foot rest 3 massages the user's foot F, and is provided with foot massaging mechanisms 7 (2 nd massaging mechanism) for massaging both side portions of the foot F. An insertion recess 4 into which a foot F can be inserted is provided on the front surface (upper surface) of the foot rest 3, and a foot massage member 8 is disposed on the inner surface of the insertion recess 4 of the foot rest 3 and on the side opposite to the width direction.
In the present specification, the term "lower limb L" refers to a part below the knee in a leg of a human. The description will be continued on the premise that the lower limb L is divided into a "calf C" which is a part below the knee and above the ankle and a "foot F" which is a part below the ankle.
The left-right direction in fig. 2 is referred to as "left-right direction" or "width direction" in the description. The vertical direction in fig. 2 is referred to as the "vertical direction" in the description. The direction in which the paper surface in fig. 2 penetrates is referred to as the "front-rear direction" in the description. These directions coincide with the front-back, left-right, and up-down directions as viewed by a user who inserts the lower limbs L into the lower limb massage apparatus 1.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the lower limb massage device 1 includes a leg massage mechanism 5, a foot massage mechanism 7, and a drive mechanism 9 for driving the two massage mechanisms 5 and 7.
The drive mechanism 9 and the massage mechanisms 5 and 7 are housed in a single case 10. An opening along the longitudinal direction of the inserted lower limb is formed in the front surface of the housing 10, and the insertion recess 4 is configured by covering the opening with a cover 12.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the cover body 12 has a two-layer structure including an upper cloth 13 and a lower cloth 14 overlapping the upper cloth 13. The upper cloth body 13 and the lower cloth body 14 are made of flexible cloth, artificial leather, or the like. The temperature-adjusted air (warm-cold air) supplied from a warm-cold air supply unit 15 described later enters between the upper cloth 13 and the lower cloth 14.
The upper cloth 13 and the lower cloth 14 have substantially the same shape, and the peripheral edge of the lower cloth 14 is fixedly attached to the housing 10 along the edge of the insertion recess 4. The peripheral edge portion of the upper cloth 13 is detachably attached to the peripheral edge portion of the lower cloth 14 by a joining mechanism 16 such as a fastener.
The lower fabric member 14 may be made of a material through which the warm-cold air supplied from the warm-cold air supply unit 15 does not pass. By doing so, the introduced warm and cool air is prevented from escaping into the casing 10. That is, when the supplied air is warm air, the temperature inside the cover body 12 can be prevented from decreasing.
The upper fabric body 13 may be made of a material through which warm and cold air can pass or a material through which warm and cold air cannot pass. The heat of the warm cold air can be conducted to the leg F and the calf C inserted in the insertion recess 4.
When the upper cloth 13 is made of a material through which the warm-cold air does not pass, an opening 17 for discharging the air supplied from the warm-cold air supply unit 15 may be provided in any one of the cover bodies 12, that is, the upper cloth 13 and/or the lower cloth 14. The size of the opening 17 is preferably such that, when warm and cool air is supplied between the upper cloth 13 and the lower cloth 14, air (warm air) that is generated in the air supply portion and becomes high temperature via the heating portion, or air (cool air) that is generated in the air supply portion and maintains normal temperature via the non-operating heating portion, of "air" that the cover body 12 can expand in an air-like manner and that is expanded so that the upper cloth 13 wraps the lower limb of the user, is blown out from the air outlet 18 provided in the space between the upper cloth 13 and the lower cloth 14. The air outlet 18 is disposed in each of the pair of right and left insertion recesses 4, for example, between the insertion recesses 4, 4 and in a substantially central portion in the vertical direction of the casing 10.
A warm-cold air supply portion 15 that supplies warm air or cold air to between the two-layer structure of the cover body 12 is provided inside the housing 10, and is disposed between the insertion recesses 4 and on the substantially central portion and the back side in the vertical direction of the housing 10. Specifically, the warm-cold-air supply unit 15 includes a heating unit and an air supply unit that generates air so as to pass through the heating unit and supplies the air. The air supply portion is constituted by, for example, a fan and an electric motor that rotates the fan.
Air (warm air) that is generated in the air supply portion and becomes high in temperature via the heating portion, or air (cold air) that is generated in the air supply portion and maintains normal temperature via the non-operating heating portion is blown out from the air outlet 18 provided in the space between the upper cloth 13 and the lower cloth 14. The air outlet 18 is disposed in each of the pair of right and left insertion recesses 4, for example, between the insertion recesses 4, 4 and in a substantially central portion in the vertical direction of the casing 10.
However, the position of the air outlet 18 is not limited to this. For example, the insertion recess 4 may be provided at the distal end portion (i.e., a portion corresponding to the distal end of the foot F) of the insertion recess 4, or may be provided at the bottom portion (i.e., a portion corresponding to the sole of the foot F and a portion corresponding to the back side of the calf C) of the insertion recess 4. May be provided outside each insertion recess 4 in the width direction.
The leg massage mechanism 5 and the foot massage mechanism 7 can take various forms, for example, the following forms can be adopted.
The leg massage mechanism 5 includes a pair of right and left calf massage members 6, a rotary shaft 20 rotated by the drive mechanism 9, a rotary body 21 fixed to the rotary shaft 20 and fitted with the calf massage members 6 so as to be relatively rotatable, and an engagement pin 22 and a slide groove 23 for restricting the rotation of the calf massage members 6 in common with the rotary body 21.
The rotary shaft 20 is rotatably supported by support brackets 24 provided on both sides in the width direction. The rotating body 21 is fixed to a middle portion of the rotating shaft 20.
A substantially circular orbit having an axis inclined with respect to the rotation shaft 20 is formed on the peripheral surface of the rotating body 21, and the boss 25 of the calf massage member 6 is fitted to slide on the orbit. The rotating bodies 21 are fixed to the rotating shaft 20 so that the inclination directions of the orbits of the left and right rotating bodies 21 are opposite to each other.
The engaging pin 22 is provided in a downward projecting shape at the lower portion of the boss portion 25, and the engaging pin 22 is slidably fitted into the slide groove 23 provided in the support 28. The slide groove 23 extends in the left-right direction, guides the calf massage member 6 in the left-right direction, and is engaged with the engagement pin 22 to restrict the calf massage member 6 from rotating in conjunction with the rotating body 21.
The calf massage member 6 is formed of a long plate material extending along the calf C inserted in the insertion recess 4. The calf massage member 6 is composed of an elastic body formed of a plate spring or the like and made of plastic, and is elastically deformable in a plate thickness direction, i.e., a direction away from the calf C.
The foot massage mechanism 7 includes a foot massage member 8, a rotary shaft 20 rotated by the drive mechanism 9, a rotary body 21 fixed to the rotary shaft 20 and fitted to the foot massage member 8 so as to be relatively rotatable, and an engagement pin 22 and a slide groove 23 for restricting the rotation of the foot massage member 8 together with the rotary body 21. Since these parts have the same configuration as the leg massage mechanism 5 described above, the description thereof is omitted.
A drive mechanism 9 for driving the massage mechanisms 5 and 7 is disposed substantially in the middle between the front-back direction and the left-right direction of the massage mechanisms.
The drive mechanism 9 has an electric motor 11, and the rotation of the output shaft of the electric motor 11 is transmitted to the rotary shafts 20 of the leg massage mechanism 5 and the foot massage mechanism 7.
The above-described usage of the lower limb massage device 1 will be described.
As shown in fig. 2, first, the user inserts each lower limb L, L into the pair of right and left insertion recesses 4, 4. Then, the lower limb massage apparatus 1 is set to the operating state. Then, the calf massaging members 6 of the leg massaging mechanism 5 press the calves C while sandwiching the calves C therebetween, and knead the calves C. At the same time, the foot massage members 8 of the foot massage mechanism 7 press the feet F while sandwiching them therebetween, thereby rubbing the feet F.
At this time, as shown in fig. 4, warm air is supplied from the warm-cold air supply unit 15, and the warm air fills the inside of the cover body 12 (i.e., between the upper cloth 13 and the lower cloth 14) through the air outlet 18. As the warm air is supplied, the upper cloth 13 is separated from the lower cloth 14 and expanded into a balloon shape, and the lower limb L inserted into the insertion recess 4 is wrapped by the upper cloth 13. The warm wind passes through the upper fabric body 13 and reaches the lower limbs L, thereby warming the lower limbs L. This action is substantially the same even if the upper cloth 13 is made of a material through which warm air does not pass, and the heat of the warm air in the cover body 12 reaches the lower limbs L along the upper cloth 13.
With the above-described operation, the user can receive a very effective massage by kneading the lower limbs L while warming them.
The warm air supplied to the inside of the cover 12 is discharged into the casing 10 through the opening 17 provided in the lower cloth 14. Therefore, the cover body 12 can be prevented from being broken, and the inside of the cover body 12 is always filled with the hot air having a high temperature supplied from the hot and cold air supply unit 15. Even when the opening 17 is not provided, for example, warm air leaks from the joining mechanism 16 of the upper cloth 13 and the lower cloth 14, and thus, the cover body 12 can be prevented from being broken.
In summer, when the lower limb massage device 1 of embodiment 1 is used, the heating portion of the warm-cold air supply unit 15 may be closed, and unheated air may be supplied from the air outlet 18. Since the air acts as cold air, the user can massage the lower limbs in a comfortable state without feeling excessive temperature and stuffiness. Instead of the heating unit, an air cooling unit formed of a peltier element or the like may be provided so that air from the air supply unit passes through the air cooling unit to generate cold air.
Further, the leg massage mechanism 5, the foot massage mechanism 7, and the warm/cool air supply unit 15 do not need to operate simultaneously, and there is no problem even if they are configured to operate independently. If only the warm-cold-air supply unit 15 is operated, it functions as a lower limb warming device.
(embodiment 2)
Fig. 5 shows a lower limb massage device of embodiment 2 of the present invention.
In embodiment 2, the lower limb massage apparatus 1 according to the present invention is implemented as a leg rest of a chair-type massage apparatus 30.
The chair-type massage device 30 includes a seat 31 for supporting the buttocks of the human body from below, a leg 32 for supporting the seat 31, and a backrest 33 coupled to the rear end of the seat 31. A back massage mechanism capable of kneading or beating massage is vertically movably built in the backrest part 33, and a reclining mechanism (reclining mechanism) for switching the inclination angle of the backrest part 33 is provided in the seat part 31. The upper part of the leg massage device 1 and the front part of the seat 31 are rotatably coupled to the front of the seat 31 around the left and right axes.
While the user is seated on the seat 31, the lower limb massaging device 1 disposed at the front part of the seat 31 can massage the calves C and the feet F while massaging the back and the neck by the back massaging mechanism in the backrest 33.
The leg massage device 1 may be detachably coupled to the seat 31.
(embodiment 3)
Fig. 6 shows a lower limb massage device of embodiment 3 of the present invention.
In embodiment 3, the leg rest 2 and the foot rest 3 are formed separately. Further, the insertion recess 4 (the 1 st insertion recess 4U) provided in the leg rest 2 and the insertion recess 4 (the 2 nd insertion recess 4D) provided in the foot rest 3 may be covered with the two-layer cover body 12 according to the present invention. Then, the warm-cold air is supplied from the 1 or more warm-cold air supply portions 15 to the insides of the covers 12 covering the 1 st insertion recess 4U and the 2 nd insertion recess 4D, respectively. Further, the two insertion recesses 4U and 4D may be integrally covered by one cover body 12.
Further, although mechanical massage mechanisms are exemplified as the leg massage mechanism 5 and the foot massage mechanism 7 provided in the insertion recess 4, an air type massage mechanism that expands and contracts by air may be employed.
In addition, the insertion recess 4 does not need to include both the leg massage means 5 and the foot massage means 7, and may include only one massage means. That is, the following configuration is also possible: the massage apparatus is provided with a pair of right and left insertion recesses 4, 4 into which the lower limbs L of the user can be inserted, and a massage mechanism which is provided inside the insertion recess 4 and massages the inserted lower limbs L, and is provided with a two-layer cover 12 which is provided in the insertion recess 4 and covers the massage mechanism, and a warm/cold air supply unit 15 which supplies warm air or cold air between the two-layer structure of the cover 12.
(embodiment 4)
Fig. 7 to 10 show a lower limb massage device according to embodiment 4 of the present invention.
The basic configuration of the lower limb massage device 1 according to embodiment 4 is substantially the same as that of embodiment 1 (see fig. 1 to 4).
That is, the lower limb massage device 1 according to embodiment 4 also includes the leg rest 2 and the foot rest 3, the leg rest 2 includes the insertion recesses 4 into which the right and left calves C are inserted, and the foot rest 3 is disposed on the front end side of the leg rest 2 and includes the insertion recesses 4 into which the right and left feet F are inserted.
The leg rest 2 is provided with a leg massage mechanism 5 (the 1 st massage mechanism) for the calf C, and the foot rest 3 is provided with a foot massage mechanism 7 (the 2 nd massage mechanism) for the foot F.
The insertion recess 4 is formed by forming an opening in the front surface of the housing 10 along the longitudinal direction of the lower limb to be inserted, and covering the opening with the cover 12. The cover body 12 has a two-layer structure including an upper cloth 13 and a lower cloth 14 overlapping the upper cloth 13.
Then, air (warm-cold air) having an adjusted temperature supplied from the warm-cold air supply unit 15 enters between the upper cloth 13 and the lower cloth 14.
The lower limb massage device 1 according to embodiment 4 is different from embodiment 1 in that an auxiliary massage mechanism 40 is provided in the lower portion of the insertion recess 4, and a front cover 41 is provided to the insertion recess 4.
Applying micro-vibration to sole of foot to promote blood circulation and relieve muscular tension.
In the illustrated example, the vibrator 46 vibrates a vibration plate 45 having a front projection group 42 in contact with the sole of the toe, a boss 43 in contact with the arch, and a rear projection group 44 in contact with the sole of the heel.
Even when the foot F is placed on the upper cloth 13 of the cover body 12, the front projection group 42, the bosses 43, and the rear projection group 44 ensure a space in the height direction between the upper cloth 13 and the lower cloth 14. Therefore, the space in the height direction also has a function of securing both the flow of the warm air and the flow of the cool air supplied from the warm-cool air supply unit 15, which is advantageous.
The front cover 41 is provided so as to cover at least the leg F of the lower limb inserted into the insertion recess 4. The front cover 41 may be made of the same material as the upper cloth 13 and the lower cloth 14, or may be made of a different material. For example, the front cover 41 may be formed of flexible cloth, artificial leather, a foamed urethane texture, a fluffy texture, or the like.
As one condition for selecting the material of the front cover 41, a material having a high moisture absorption property (sweat absorption) and a material having an air permeability (prevention of stuffiness and prevention of excessive temperature rise) is recommended.
The front cover 41 is attached so as to cover the opening of the insertion recess 4 along the outer peripheral edge of the front cover 41 or the peripheral edge of the cover 12 (the upper cloth 13 and the lower cloth 14) in the housing 10. Thus, a bag-like space for accommodating the lower limbs is formed between the upper cloth 13 of the cover 12 and the front cover 41.
In embodiment 4, the front cover 41 is provided at the distal end of the replacement cover 47.
Specifically, the replacement cover 47 is provided in the insertion recess 4 so as to overlap the upper cloth 13 of the cover 12, and is a cloth of the 3 rd layer provided in the upper part of the two-layer structure. The replacement cover 47 is preferably made of a material that is highly hygroscopic and washable. The front cover 41 and the replacement cover 47 are integrally sewn together at their peripheral edges, so that a pocket for receiving the foot F is formed between the covers 41 and 47. By inserting the feet F between the front cover 41 and the upper cloth 13 by inserting the feet F into the insertion recesses 4, the feet F can be massaged while being very warm while the heat retention effect on the feet F is improved.
The front cover 41 is not limited to the type sewn to the replacement cover 47. Can be freely assembled and disassembled.
In the warm-cool-air supply unit 15, the blow-out port 18 for warm air is provided at a position slightly higher than the middle of the insertion recess 4 in the height direction. A flow straightening portion 50 (see fig. 10) that blows warm air in a direction from the opening edge portion side of the insertion recess 4 to the deep portion (inside) of the insertion recess 4 is provided in the blow-out port 18 so as to face the space between the upper cloth 13 and the lower cloth 14.
Specifically, a plurality of fins 51 inclined downward (toward the inside of the leg massage apparatus 1) are provided in the passage of the warm air blown out from the air outlet 18, and a gap through which the warm air passes is formed between the fins 51 and the fins 51.
By providing such a rectifying portion 50, it is possible to avoid that the warm air blown out from the air outlet 18 hits the lower limbs inserted in the insertion recess 4 directly and becomes a local high temperature state. Here, "direct impact" does not mean that warm wind directly contacts the lower limbs, but means that the blowing direction of the warm wind is directed toward the lower limbs.
In embodiment 4, since the front cover 41 is provided as described above, the upper cloth 13 has a portion through which warm air or cold air supplied from the warm-cold air supply unit 15 can pass and a portion through which warm air or cold air cannot pass.
That is, the upper fabric body 13 can pass warm air or cold air at a portion (a region shown in a porous state in fig. 8) corresponding to the foot F of the lower limb inserted into the insertion recess 4, and does not pass warm air or cold air at the other portion.
By doing so, warm and cold air directly reaches the feet F, and the toes can be effectively warmed or cooled.
As is clear from the detailed description above, in the lower limb massaging device 1 according to embodiment 4, the sole (bottom of the foot F) of the lower limb inserted into the insertion recess 4 can be massaged with the auxiliary massaging mechanism 40. Further, by providing the front cover 41, the heat retaining property in the insertion recess 4 can be improved.
Other usage conditions and operation and effects are substantially the same as those of embodiment 1 (see fig. 1 to 4), and therefore, detailed description thereof is omitted.
(embodiment 5)
Fig. 11 shows a lower limb massage device according to embodiment 5 of the present invention.
The embodiment 5 is the same as the embodiment 4 (see fig. 7 to 10) except that the replacement cover 47 does not include the front cover 41.
As in embodiment 4, the lower limb massage apparatus 1 of the present embodiment has an advantage that only the replacement cover 47 can be removed and washed or replaced.
(embodiment 6)
Fig. 12 shows a lower limb massage device according to embodiment 6 of the present invention.
The 6 th embodiment is largely different from the 5 th embodiment in that a foot rest portion 3 is separately provided. The cover 12 has a two-layer structure (an upper cloth 13 and a lower cloth 14), and an auxiliary massage mechanism 40 (a rotary roller massage mechanism) is provided below the two-layer structure of the cover 12 (below the lower cloth 14).
Other points, for example, in the case where the replacement cover 47 is provided on the cover 12 having a two-layer structure, are the same as those in embodiment 5 (see fig. 11).
The use state and the operation and effects of the lower limb massage device 1 of the present embodiment are substantially the same as those of embodiment 5, and therefore, the detailed description thereof is omitted.
(7 th embodiment)
Fig. 13 shows a 7 th embodiment of the leg massage apparatus of the present invention.
The basic configuration of embodiment 7 is also the same as embodiment 6, and has a foot rest 3 alone.
Embodiment 7 differs from embodiment 6 in that a front cover 41 is provided to a replacement cover 47 of the insertion recess 4 of embodiment 6. The front cover 41 is attached to the outer peripheral edge of the front cover 41 along the peripheral edge of the opening edge of the insertion recess 4, so that the front cover 41 covers the insertion recess 4.
By providing this front cover 41, a pocket is formed between the covers 41 and 47 as in the case of embodiment 4, and the feet are inserted into the pocket, whereby the foot massage effect can be improved.
(embodiment 8)
Fig. 14 and 15 show a lower limb massage device according to embodiment 8 of the present invention. Fig. 15(a) shows the back of the device 1, and the left side of fig. 15(b) is the front side of the device.
In contrast to embodiment 1 in which the insertion recess 4 is provided on the front surface side of the housing 10, the lower limb massage device 1 of the present embodiment is provided with the insertion recess 4 on the rear surface side of the housing 10. The other structures are the same as those of embodiment 1, and descriptions thereof are omitted.
Since the insertion recess 4 is provided on the back side of the housing 10, the lower limb L is inserted into the insertion recess 4 from the shin side (front side) of the lower limb L as shown in fig. 15 b.
In the present embodiment, the lower side of the inner wall 48 of the insertion recess 4 (the portion facing the toe of the foot) is formed in a cross-sectional shape covering the inserted foot F, and is a front cover portion 48 a. The thermal insulation effect of the foot F is improved by the front cover portion 48 a.
A cover body 12 having a two-layer structure of an upper cloth body 13 and a lower step body 14 is provided from the front cover portion 48a to the upper side of the insertion recess 4 connected thereto, and air (warm-cold air) having been subjected to temperature adjustment supplied from the warm-cold air supply portion 15 enters the inside of the two-layer structure of the cover body 12.
In the present embodiment, a massage mechanism may be provided in a portion of the inner wall 48 of the insertion recess 4 facing the front surface of the lower limb L.
The lower limb massage apparatus according to the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments.
For example, the lower limb massage devices 1 disclosed in embodiments 4 to 8 may be provided as the leg rest of the chair-type massage device 30, and there is no problem.
