The present invention relates to a sheet-like packaging material for packaging a packaged material as a bulk food (rice ball, hamburger, etc.).
Background
Conventionally, a packaging method is known in which a packaged article is wrapped by closely attaching the packaged article to one surface of a sheet-like packaging material, wrapping the packaged article with the packaging material, bringing the end portions of the packaging material together, and attaching a label thereto.
Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
However, according to the above-described conventional packaging method, the label must be removed in particular at the time of opening, and therefore, it takes time and labor for the opening operation.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a packaging material that can be easily opened.
Means for solving the problems
The packaging material of the present invention is a packaging material for solving the above problems, and is characterized by comprising: a sheet body 1 for wrapping a packaged article A; a pair of side sheets 2 and 2 attached to both side ends of the sheet body 1 so as to extend along both side ends of the sheet body 1; a grip piece 4 formed by cutting into the sheet body 1; a protective sheet 5 attached to the sheet body 1 so as to cover the grip piece 4.
Another packaging material according to the present invention is characterized by comprising: a sheet body 1 for wrapping a packaged article A; a pair of side sheets 2 and 2 attached to both side ends of the sheet body 1 so as to extend along both side ends of the sheet body 1; the grip piece 4 formed by cutting into the sheet body 1 is attached to the sheet body 1 so that one of the side sheets 2 covers the grip piece 4.
Still another packaging material according to the present invention is a packaging material comprising: a sheet body 1 for wrapping a packaged article A; a grip piece 4 formed by cutting into the sheet body 1; a protective sheet 5 attached to the sheet body 1 so as to cover the grip piece 4.
According to these packaging materials, the sheet body 1 is cut by pulling the holding piece 4, and the packaging material is opened. The packaged article a can thus be taken out from this opening. Further, since one of the protective sheet 5 and the side sheet 2 is stuck to the sheet body 1 so as to cover the grip piece 4 before opening, it is possible to prevent the inflow of external air or moisture from the portion cut for forming the grip piece 4, and if the packaged article a is a food, it is possible to ensure hygiene.
These packaging materials may further include a band-shaped dicing tape 3 attached to the sheet main body 1, and the grip piece 4 may be formed to grip the dicing tape 3. In this case, the sheet body 1 is cut by the cutting tape 3 when unsealing.

Detailed Description
First embodiment
Hereinafter, a packaging material according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described. Further, the packaging material in the present embodiment is a sheet-like packaging material for packaging a packaged material as a bulk food (a rice ball, a hamburger, or the like). In more detail, the following packaging method is adopted: after a food is wrapped with a packaging material by closely adhering the food to one side of the packaging material, the ends of the packaging material are gathered, and a part corresponding to each other is heat-sealed (point seal), or a label or the like is attached to the gathered ends of the packaging material, whereby the food is packaged.
As shown in fig. 1(a), the packaging material in the present embodiment includes: a substantially rectangular sheet body 1 for wrapping a material to be packed; a pair of strip-shaped side sheets 2, 2 attached to both side ends in a direction (short-dimension direction) perpendicular to the long-dimension direction of the sheet main body 1; a cutting belt 3 attached to the sheet body 1 from one end in the longitudinal direction thereof toward the other end; a grip piece 4 formed by cutting a part of the dicing tape 3 into the sheet body 1; and a protective sheet 5 attached to the sheet main body 1 in the vicinity of the grip piece 4 so as to cover a portion cut in to form the grip piece 4.
The sheet body 1 is a resin sheet made of a material such as non-stretchable polypropylene (CP), stretchable polypropylene (OP), or biaxially stretched polypropylene (OPP). The pair of side sheets 2 and 2 are also resin sheets made of the same material as the sheet main body 1. The side sheets 2 are provided as follows: one end portion in a direction (short-dimension direction) perpendicularly intersecting the long-dimension direction is attached to the side end portion in the short-dimension direction of the sheet body 1 by heat sealing, and protrudes from both ends in the short-dimension direction of the sheet body 1.
The dicing tape 3 is a resin tape having a predetermined width, and is attached to the sheet main body 1 in the longitudinal direction at a substantially central portion in the longitudinal direction.
The grip piece 4 is formed by cutting a part of the cutting belt 3 located near one end in the longitudinal direction of the sheet body 1 into a U-shape together with the sheet body 1.
The protective sheet 5 is a resin film made of the same material as the sheet main body 1, is set larger than the grip piece 4, and is attached to one surface of the sheet main body 1 so as to cover a portion cut into the sheet main body 1 to form the grip piece 4 (cover the grip piece 4).
As shown in fig. 1(b), the packaging material is configured such that the object a is wrapped with the sheet body 1 such that the other surface of the sheet body 1 is positioned on the outer surface side (the surface to which the protective sheet 5 is attached is positioned on the inner surface side), and in this state, the side sheets 2 and 2 are collected together, and the collected side sheets 2 and a part of the sheet body 1 overlapping the side sheets 2 and 2 are locally heat-sealed (point seal) or a label or the like is attached thereto, thereby packaging the object a.
The packaging material is produced by cutting an ultra-long raw material sheet into pieces having a predetermined length in the longitudinal direction. In other words, the sheet of raw material is formed by the packaging material being continuous in the longitudinal direction.
To explain the method of manufacturing the raw material sheet, as shown in fig. 2, an extra-long main sheet 1 ' as the sheet main body 1 is sequentially conveyed in the longitudinal direction, and a pair of extra-long side sheets 2 ' and 2 ' as the side sheets 2 are sequentially conveyed in the longitudinal direction. Next, in a state where both ends of the main body sheet 1 'positioned in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction (short direction) are opposed to one end of the side sheet 2' positioned in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, the opposed portions are sandwiched between the pair of heat-sealing rollers 7, and the main body sheet 1 'and the side sheet 2' are bonded by heat-sealing.
At the same time, the ultra-long dicing tape 3 ' is conveyed in the longitudinal direction, and the dicing tape 3 ' is sequentially stuck to the longitudinal direction of the main sheet 1 ' with an adhesive so as to be positioned at a substantially middle position of the main sheet 1 ' in the short-side direction (in a state of being juxtaposed with the side sheet 2 ').
Thereafter, the body sheet 1 ' is cut in a U-shape by the cutter 6 so as to cut a part of the dicing tape 3 ', and the grip pieces 4 are sequentially formed on the body sheet 1 ' on the upstream side in the conveying direction.
Next, the protective sheet 5 slightly larger than the grip piece 4 is attached to the main sheet 1 'with an adhesive so as to cover the cut portion of the main sheet 1' (cover the grip piece 4), thereby completing a raw sheet. For convenience of storage, transport, and the like, the raw sheet is wound into a roll after the protective sheet 5 is adhered thereto.
Next, as described above, the raw material sheet produced in this manner is used to produce a wrapping material by cutting the main body sheet 1 ' and the side sheets 2 ', 2 ' in the longitudinal direction by a predetermined length in the short direction so that the grip piece 4 is positioned at the most appropriate position when wrapping the object to be wrapped a.
In the packaging material having the above-described structure, the grip piece 4 is gripped and pulled, and the cutting tape 3 cuts the sheet body 1, so that the packaging material is unsealed. The packaged article a can be taken out from the opening. Further, since the protective sheet 5 is attached to the sheet body 1 so as to cover the portion cut to form the grip piece 4 before opening the package, it is possible to prevent the inflow of external air or moisture from the cut portion, and therefore, if the packaged object a is a food, it is possible to ensure hygiene.
The packaging material, the raw material sheet, and the method for producing the raw material sheet in the present invention are not limited to the first embodiment described above, and various changes may be made without doubt within the scope not departing from the gist of the present invention.
For example, in the first embodiment, the sheet body 1 is made of a resin sheet, but a paper sheet having both surfaces coated with a resin or a paper sheet having one surface coated with a resin may be used. When a paper sheet is used, it is preferable that a slit is formed in the longitudinal direction in the process of manufacturing the main body sheet 1'. Thus, the sticking direction of the dicing tape 3 'coincides with the direction of the slit of the body sheet 1'. As a result, in the packaging material produced by cutting the raw material sheet into pieces having a predetermined length in the longitudinal direction, the slit between the dicing tape 3 'and the sheet main body 1' is aligned, and therefore the sheet main body 1 can be easily cut (unsealed) by the dicing tape 3.
The main body sheet 1 'and the side sheet 2' may be bonded to each other by an adhesive agent, not limited to heat sealing. On the contrary, the adhesion of the dicing tape 3 'and the body sheet 1' is not limited to the adhesion by an adhesive, and may be performed by heat sealing.
In the first embodiment, the main body sheet 1 ', the side sheet 2 ' and the dicing tape 3 ' are simultaneously bonded, but the bonding time may be different, and for example, after the main body sheet 1 ' and the side sheet 2 ' are bonded, the dicing tape 3 ' may be bonded to the main body sheet 1 ', or after the dicing tape 3 ' is bonded to the main body sheet 1 ', the side sheet 2 ' may be bonded to the main body sheet 1 '.
Further, in the first embodiment, the protective sheet 5 is attached to the body sheet 1 'by an adhesive, but the protective sheet 5 may be attached to the body sheet 1' by heat sealing.
In the first embodiment, the protective sheet 5 is attached to one surface of the main sheet 1 ', but the protective sheet 5 may be attached to one surface of the main sheet 1' or another surface.
In the first embodiment, the main sheet 1 'and the side sheets 2' are fed separately, but if the sheet main body 1 and the side sheets 2 can be made of the same material, the main sheet 1 'and the side sheets 2' can be fed from the same sheet material 1 ″. Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the sheet material 1 "is cut in the longitudinal direction by the cutter 8 in the following manner: the sheet material 1 ″ made of an ultra-long resin sheet, which is conveyed in the longitudinal direction and subjected to stretching processing in the same direction as the conveying direction, is divided into three parts in the short direction, so that a portion corresponding to the sheet body 1 (main sheet 1 ') and a portion corresponding to the side sheet 2 (side sheet 2') are formed, and the side sheet 2 'is moved toward the main sheet 1' so that one end in the short direction of the side sheet 2 'overlaps one end in the short direction of the main sheet 1', and the overlapping portion is sandwiched between the pair of heat-sealing rollers 7, whereby the main sheet 1 'and the side sheet 2' are bonded by heat-sealing.
In the above embodiment, the cutting belt 3 for guiding the opening is provided, but if a directional resin sheet (a resin sheet subjected to stretching treatment in the opening direction) is used as the material of the sheet main body 1, the cutting belt 3 may not be used.
Second embodiment
Hereinafter, a packaging material according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described. In addition, the same reference numerals are used for the structures that are the same as or have the same functions as those of the first embodiment, and detailed descriptions thereof are also simplified or omitted.
As shown in fig. 4, the packaging material in the present embodiment includes: a substantially rectangular sheet body 1 made of a resin sheet; a pair of strip-shaped side sheets 2, 2 attached to both side ends of the sheet body 1 in a direction (short-dimension direction) perpendicular to the long-dimension direction; a cutting tape 3 adhered to the sheet body 1 in the direction of the short dimension of the sheet body 1; a grip piece 4 formed by cutting into the sheet body 1 so as to surround one end of the dicing tape 3.
One side sheet 2 is attached to one end of the sheet body 1 by two rows of linear heat-seal portions 9, 9 formed at a predetermined interval in the short-dimension direction of the sheet body 1 at one end in the short-dimension direction. The grip piece 4 is positioned between the heat seal portions 9, and a portion cut in order to form the grip piece 4 is covered with one end portion of one side sheet 2 in the short dimension direction. Accordingly, when the packaged object is packaged, air or moisture can be prevented from flowing in from the cut portion, and the packaged object is not contacted with the air or moisture. The other side sheet 2 is attached to the sheet main body 1 by a linear row of heat-seal portions.
The packaging material wraps the object a so that the entire object a is wrapped with the sheet body 1, then the side sheets 2 and 2 are gathered, and the gathered side sheets 2 and a part of the sheet body 1 overlapping with the side sheets 2 and 2 are heat sealed (point seal) or a label or the like is attached thereto, thereby packaging the object a.
The packaging material having the above-described structure is produced by cutting an ultra-long raw material sheet into pieces having a predetermined length. In other words, the sheet of raw material is formed by the packaging material being continuous in the longitudinal direction.
In this method for producing a raw material sheet, as shown in fig. 5, the cutting tapes 3 cut into a predetermined length are sequentially attached to the sheet material 1 "in the short-side direction thereof so as to have a predetermined interval in the conveyance direction of the ultra-long sheet material 1" conveyed in the long-side direction, and then the sheet material 1 "is cut in the long-side direction by the cutter 8 as follows: the sheet material 1 ″ is divided into three parts near both ends of the cutter belt 3 to form a portion corresponding to the sheet body 1 (body sheet 1 ') and a portion corresponding to the side sheet 2 (side sheet 2').
Thereafter, the sheet material 1 ″ is cut into the holding piece 4 by a cutter 6 having a predetermined shape at its edge so as to surround one end of the cutting tape 3 stuck to the sheet material 1 ″ and forming the holding piece. Next, one end of one side sheet 2 ' formed by splitting the sheet material 1 ″ is overlapped with one end of the main body sheet 1 ' so as to cover the holding sheet 4, and the other side sheet 2 ' is overlapped with the other end of the main body sheet 1 ' to such an extent that the other side sheet can be stuck to the other end, and as described above, these side sheets 2 ', 2 ' and the main body sheet 1 ' are heat sealed so as to be linear in the longitudinal direction, thereby manufacturing a raw material sheet. Further, the step of attaching the dicing tape 3 to the sheet material 1 ", the step of cutting the sheet material 1" to form the grip piece 4, and the step of dividing the sheet material 1 "into three parts in the short dimension direction may be performed in a sequence that can be appropriately changed.
According to the packaging material having the above-described configuration, the grip piece 4 is gripped and pulled, and the cutting tape 3 cuts the sheet body 1, so that the packaging material is unsealed. The packaged article a can be taken out from the opening. Further, since the one side sheet member 2 is attached to the sheet body 1 so as to cover the portion cut to form the grip piece 4 before opening, it is possible to prevent the inflow of external air or moisture from the cut portion, as in the case of the packaging material according to the first embodiment, and if the object a is a food, it is possible to ensure hygiene.
The packaging material, the raw material sheet, and the method for producing the raw material sheet in the present invention are not limited to the second embodiment described above, and various changes may be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
For example, in the second embodiment, the body sheet 1 'and the side sheets 2' are supplied from the same sheet material 1 ″, but the body sheet 1 'and the side sheets 2' may be supplied separately.
Further, the matters mentioned as the modified examples of the first embodiment can also be appropriately adopted.
Third embodiment
Hereinafter, a packaging material according to a third embodiment of the present invention will be described. However, the same reference numerals are used for the same or functionally equivalent structures as those of the first embodiment, and detailed descriptions thereof are also simplified or omitted.
As shown in fig. 6, the packaging material according to the present embodiment includes: a substantially rectangular sheet body 1 made of a resin sheet; a pair of strip-shaped side sheets 2, 2 made of resin sheets and attached to the sheet body 1 from one end to the other end in the longitudinal direction thereof with a predetermined interval in a direction (short direction) perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the sheet body 1; a dicing tape 3 attached to the sheet body 1 from one end in the longitudinal direction thereof toward the other end; a grip piece 4 formed by cutting a part of the dicing tape 3 together with the sheet body 1; and a protective sheet 5 attached to the sheet main body 1 in the vicinity of the grip piece 4 so as to cover a portion cut to form the grip piece 4.
The pair of side sheets 2 and 2 are set to: its width is greater than that of the cutting belt 3; the length thereof corresponds to the length of the sheet body 1 in the longitudinal direction. As described above, in a state where the pair of side sheets 2 and 2 are arranged with a predetermined interval in the direction (short direction) perpendicular to the long direction of the sheet main body 1 and are positioned closer to the center side than both ends in the short direction of the sheet main body 1, the substantially central portions in the width direction of the side sheets 2 and 2 are heat-sealed to one surface of the sheet main body 1 over the entire long direction.
In this packaging material, the object a is wrapped with the sheet main body 1 with the side sheets 2 and the dicing tape 3 positioned inside, and in this state, the peripheral portion of the sheet main body 1 is gathered, and the gathered and overlapped portion is partially heat-sealed (point seal), or a label or the like is attached thereto, thereby packaging the object a.
The packaging material having the above-described structure is produced by cutting an ultra-long raw material sheet into a predetermined length in the longitudinal direction. In other words, the sheet of raw material is formed by the packaging material being continuous in the longitudinal direction.
In the production of the material sheet, as shown in fig. 7, one surface of the main body sheet 1 ' to be conveyed is brought into contact with one surface of each of the pair of side sheets 2 ' and 2 ' to be conveyed, and the main body sheet 1 ' and the side sheets 2 ' and 2 ' are sandwiched between the pair of heat-seal rollers 7 and 7 in a heated state, and the main body sheet 1 ' and the side sheets 2 ' and 2 ' are bonded by heat-sealing. The others are the same as the first embodiment.
According to the packaging material having the above-described structure, the grip piece 4 is gripped and pulled, and the cutting tape 3 cuts the sheet body 1, so that the packaging material is unsealed. The packaged article a can be taken out from the opening. Further, since the protective sheet 5 is attached to the sheet body 1 so as to cover the portion cut to form the grip piece 4 before opening, it is possible to prevent the inflow of external air or moisture from the cut portion, and if the packaged object a is a food, it is possible to ensure hygiene.
The packaging material, the raw material sheet, and the method for producing the raw material sheet according to the present invention are not limited to the third embodiment described above, and various changes may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
For example, in the third embodiment, the pair of side sheets 2 and 2 are provided as the thickness adjusting portions, but this arrangement may be omitted. The diagram shown in fig. 8 shows the production of such a raw material sheet for a packaging material. The raw material sheet is produced by arranging a packaging material in a transverse direction, and is finally cut and divided in a short-dimension direction. However, the present invention is not limited to two columns, and three or more columns are also possible.
Further, the matters mentioned as the modifications in the first embodiment or the modifications in the second embodiment can also be appropriately adopted.
Fourth embodiment
Hereinafter, a packaging material according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described. However, the same reference numerals are used for the same or functionally equivalent structures as in the first embodiment, and detailed descriptions thereof are simplified or omitted.
As shown in fig. 9, the packaging material related to the present embodiment includes: a substantially rectangular sheet body 1 made of a resin sheet; a pair of strip-shaped side sheets 2, 2 attached to both side ends of the sheet body 1 in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction; a grip piece 4 formed by cutting into the sheet body 1; and a protective sheet 5 attached to the sheet main body 1 in the vicinity of the grip piece 4 so as to cover a portion cut in to form the grip piece 4.
The pair of side sheets 2 and 2 are formed as follows: both side end portions of a sheet material made of an ultra-long resin sheet conveyed in the longitudinal direction are folded inward in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, and the overlapped portions are bonded by heat sealing. Therefore, the sheet main body 1 and the pair of side sheets 2 and 2 are formed of one resin sheet.
In this packaging material, the object a is wrapped with the sheet main body 1 so that the side sheets 2 and 2 are positioned inside, and in this state, the peripheral portion of the sheet main body 1 is gathered, and the gathered and overlapped portion is partially heat-sealed (point seal), or a label or the like is attached thereto, thereby packaging the object a.
The packaging material having the above-described structure is produced by cutting an ultra-long raw material sheet into a predetermined length in the longitudinal direction. In other words, the sheet of raw material is formed by the packaging material being continuous in the longitudinal direction.
According to the packaging material having the above-described configuration, the grip piece 4 is gripped and pulled, and the sheet body 1 is cut due to the orientation of the sheet body 1, so that the packaging material is opened.
The packaging material, the raw material sheet, and the method for producing the raw material sheet in the present invention are not limited to those in the fourth embodiment, and various changes can be made without doubt within the scope not departing from the gist of the present invention.
For example, in the fourth embodiment, the pair of side sheets 2 and 2 for adjusting the thickness is formed by folding both side end portions of the sheet material by a predetermined width, but as shown in fig. 3 for explaining a modification of the first embodiment, a method of cutting both side end portions of the sheet material in the longitudinal direction and attaching the cut sheet material may be adopted.
Further, the matters mentioned as the modified example of the first embodiment, the modified example of the second embodiment, or the modified example of the third embodiment may be appropriately adopted.
