Description
The invention relates to a movement of a watchmaking part comprising a first module with a first frame and at least one first mobile mounted rotating on the first frame, a second module with a second frame and at least one second mobile mounted rotating on the second frame, the first and second mobiles being cinematically connected to each other, positioning means and means of fixing the modules to each other, associated with the first and second frames, the said positioning means being arranged concentrically on the axis of rotation of one or both of the said frames and arranged to allow relative positioning of the modules in several angular positions with respect to the axis of rotation of the two frames.
A movement of such a watch part is for example represented in patent application EP 0 354 194. This document describes a watch part comprising a movement constituting a first module mounted in a case and having a shaft defining the axis of the movement. This first module comprises a wheel of axis of rotation the axis of the movement, said wheel constituting the first mobile. The part also comprises a second module for displaying the time, and comprising a shaft defining the axis of the module. This second module comprises a wheel cooperating with the wheel of the movement, and constituting the second mobile. The display module is fixed to the case and to the movement by means of elements that are arranged at right angles to the axis of the movement in order to allow the excentricity of the components present in the case to be arranged in different positions around the same axis of the module.
If the movement manufacturer wishes to position other movement elements other than those of the display module, such as the finishing module and the exhaust module, it is necessary to design another movement structure and consequently another plate, the holes of which will have been adapted for this new arrangement.

The present invention is therefore intended to overcome these drawbacks by proposing a movement of the watch part which allows the arrangement of the different modules, namely the finishing module and the exhaust module, to be varied according to the wishes of the manufacturer, using the same plate, without having to change its design.
To this end, and in accordance with the present invention, a movement of the watch part is proposed comprising a first module with a first frame and at least one first mobile rotating on the first frame, a second module with a second frame and at least one second mobile rotating on the second frame, the first and second mobiles being kinematically connected to each other, positioning means and means of fixing the modules to each other, associated with the first and second frames, the said positioning means being arranged concentrically on the axis of rotation of one of the first or second mobile frames and arranged to allow the positioning of the two modules in several angles relative to the axis of rotation of the moving positioning means.
According to the invention, one of the first and second modules is a finishing module comprising a finishing gear and an exhaust wheel, one of the different mobiles of the finishing gear or exhaust wheel being the first or second moving, respectively, and the other of the first and second modules is an exhaust module comprising an anchor which may be the other of the first or second moving, respectively.
The different movement models are made from the same first and second modules and differ in changing the relative positioning of the two modules according to different angular positions of one relative to the other.
In an advantageous way, the means of positioning may include a plurality of orifices concentrically distributed on the first mobile, and at least one foot arranged to be engaged in the said orifices, the orifices and foot being arranged one on the side of the first module, the other on the side of the second, and arranged to cooperate with the means of attachment.
Depending on the variants, these orifices may be in the form of continuous oblong annular segments or be discrete, axially symmetrical, round for example.
Depending on the preferred embodiment, the first module is a finishing module comprising a finishing gear and an exhaust wheel, one of the various mobiles of the finishing gear or the exhaust wheel being the first gear, and the second module is an exhaust bearing module comprising a balance and an anchor, which is the second gear.
The present invention also applies to a watch part incorporating a movement as described above.
Other features of the present invention will be more clearly seen by reading the following description, made with reference to the attached drawings, in which:
Figure 1 is a top view of a variant of a movement according to the invention,Figure 2 is a similar view to Figure 1, but the modules are positioned at a different angle, andFigure 3 is a cut-out view of the modules in Figure 1.
According to the variant shown in Figures 1 to 3, the first module is a finishing module 80 comprising an upper finishing module 81 plate and a lower finishing module 82 plate, in the shape of a ring sector, constituting the first constructed one. A finishing gear, comprising a large-medium wheel 83, a small-medium wheel 84 and a second wheel 85 and the associated cogs, is rotatively mounted between the upper finishing module 81 and lower 82 plates. The cog of the large-medium wheel is arranged to gear a barrel of one basic motion (not shown).
The finishing module 80 also includes a rotating exhaust mounted between the upper finishing module 81 and lower finishing module 82 plates, the exhaust wheel 86 being the first mount.
The second module consists of an exhaust bearing module 87 and includes a lower exhaust bearing module plate 88, a rotating mounted anchor 89 between an anchor 89a bridge and lower plate 88, and a rotating mounted spiral swing 90 between a cock 91 and lower plate 88.
According to the invention, means of positioning the exhaust module 87 in relation to the finishing module 80 are provided, arranged concentrically at the exhaust wheel 86 and arranged to position the exhaust module 87 around the exhaust wheel 86 at different angular positions. These means of positioning include a plurality of holes 92 at the end of the lower exhaust module 88 plate, arranged to be arranged concentrically at the exhaust wheel 86 when the two modules 80 and 87 are assembled, and an orifice 93 on the lower exhaust module 82 plate. The orifice 93 has a collar 94 on which the lower exhaust module 88 is engaged in such a way that the two orifices 93 and 92 are fixed in a fixed position at the bottom of the module 87.
The holes 92 are discrete, and for example have the shape of circular holes.
Figure 2 is a variation of Figure 1 in which the exhaust module 87 was assembled to the finishing module 80 at a different angular position from the exhaust wheel 86. To this end, another hole 92 of the lower exhaust module 88 plate was placed opposite the hole 93 of the lower finishing module 82 plate, the modules being then assembled by the screw base 95.
This variant allows movements with a 90° spiral balance to be made in different positions relative to the finishing module, using the same modules.
In addition, the invention allows the use of other types of exhaust module, such as a movement with an interchangeable exhaust module, which can be modified according to the range of the watch part.
It is obvious that the invention is not limited to the example described, and that it is possible to realize an inverse construction, namely that the means of positioning can be realized on the finishing module concentrically on the axis of rotation of the anchor.
