The present invention relates to a structure of a print head of a coating tool for pressing a correction paint, a paste, or the like on a surface of a transfer belt from a back surface of the transfer belt to be in close contact with a surface to be transferred and coated.
Conventionally, in a printing head of a coating tool for continuously printing and coating a correction paint or paste on a surface of a copying belt on a surface of the copying belt by pressing the correction paint or paste on the surface of the copying belt from a back direction of the copying belt to be in close contact with the surface of the copying belt and further sliding the correction paint or paste on the surface of the copying belt, it is necessary to securely bring an unused copying belt into close contact with the surface of the copying belt when the correction paint or paste on the surface of the copying belt is printed or coated on the surface of the copying belt.

Further, since the above-mentioned small amount of paste adhering to the back surface of the transfer tape adheres to the moving surface of the transfer tape of the print head and prevents the transfer tape from smoothly moving, an excessive tension is generated in the transfer tape itself, and thus there is a possibility that the transfer tape is excessively stretched or cut.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to solve the above-described problems of the conventional apparatus, to smoothly feed and wind a transfer tape with a simple configuration, and to reliably transfer and apply a correction paint or paste.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is to integrally mold an elastic tongue piece portion of a copying head having elasticity at the tip end thereof and pressing an unused copying tape from the back surface direction of the copying tape by a resin having a small surface friction coefficient or a resin having a fine uneven pattern instead of the resin, or to mold the tip end of the elastic tongue piece portion of the copying head by a resin having a small surface friction coefficient or a resin having a fine uneven pattern instead of the resin, or to cover the tip end of the elastic tongue piece portion of the copying head by a cover material composed of a resin having a small friction coefficient or a resin having a fine uneven pattern instead of the cover material composed of the resin, so as to bring the tip end of the dividable application tool body of a take-up mechanism out and take-up mechanism into close contact with a surface to be copied.
In particular, a resin having a small surface friction coefficient covering the entire or at least the tip of the elastic tongue piece portion of the above-described print head, or a coating material having a small surface friction coefficient covering at least the tip of the elastic tongue piece portion, or a resin having a fine uneven pattern on the surface thereof is used in place of the resin having a small surface friction coefficient or the coating material made of such a resin, and the friction coefficient is preferably 5 or less, and more preferably 1.1 to 4.
Since the present invention is constituted as described above, when the paste adhering to the back surface of the transfer belt adheres to the transfer surface of the transfer belt of the transfer head, since the surface is integrally molded with a resin having a small friction coefficient or a resin having a fine uneven pattern on the surface thereof, that is, a so-called pearskin pattern, or at least the tip of the elastic tongue piece of the transfer head is covered with a resin having a small surface friction coefficient, a covering material made of such a resin, or a resin having a fine uneven pattern (pearskin pattern) on the surface thereof, the surface friction coefficient is low, for example, 5 or less, preferably 1.1 to 4, it is possible to prevent the transfer belt from adhering to the elastic tongue piece and to ensure smooth transfer of the transfer belt, and thus it is possible to reliably perform transfer and application of a correction paint or paste or the like on the surface of the transfer belt.
Further, due to the smooth movement of the transfer belt, excessive tension due to adhesion to the transfer head or the like does not occur in the transfer belt itself, and problems such as excessive stretching and cutting of the transfer belt can be prevented.
As described above, since the print head or a part of the print head is molded with a resin having a small surface friction coefficient, or molded with a resin having a pearskin pattern on the surface, or coated with a coating material made of such a resin, adhesion between the print tape and the correction paint or paste of the print head is prevented, smooth movement of the print tape is ensured, the correction paint or paste on the surface of the print tape can be reliably transferred and applied to the surface to be transferred, and a user can stably apply the correction paint or paste, and can have an excellent effect of preventing problems such as excessive extension or cutting of the print tape due to adhesion between the print tape and the print head.

The invention will be further illustrated with reference to the following illustrative examples. The print head 5 constituting the coating tool 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention together with the coating tool body 2 is integrally molded with an elastic tongue piece portion 6 which is elastically provided at the tip end and presses the transfer belt 3 from the back surface direction of the transfer belt 3 and a guide plate 7 which regulates the lateral swing of the transfer belt when the transfer belt moves on the side surface thereof, and is integrally molded with a resin having a small surface friction coefficient, for example, a resin having a surface friction coefficient of 5 or less, preferably 1.1 to 4, specifically, a fluororesin, a silicone resin, a glyceryl tristearate resin, a resin having a pearskin pattern formed on the surface thereof, or the like.
Since the transfer head 5 of the application tool 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention has the above-described structure, and the unused transfer tape 3 ' is wound around the disk body in the application tool body 2, only a small amount of the correction paint or paste on the surface of the unused transfer tape 3 ' adheres to the back surface of the transfer tape 3 ', and even if the small amount of the correction paint or paste on the back surface of the unused transfer tape 3 ' adheres to the tape running surface 8 of the transfer head 5, the surface of the transfer tape is a resin having a small friction coefficient, for example, a resin having a surface friction coefficient of 5 or less, preferably 1.1 to 4, specifically, a fluororesin, a silicone resin, or a glyceryl tristearate resin, or a resin having a pear peel pattern on the surface thereof in place of the above-described resin, and since the friction coefficient of the surface is low, the unused transfer tape 3 ' is prevented from adhering to the tape running surface 8 of the transfer head 5, since the transfer belt 3 is smoothly moved, the correction paint, paste, or the like on the surface of the transfer belt can be reliably transferred and applied to the transfer surface.
Further, due to such smooth movement of the transfer belt 3, excessive tension due to adhesion to the print head 5 or the like does not occur in the transfer belt 3 itself, and problems such as excessive stretching or cutting of the transfer belt 3 can be prevented.
FIGS. 3 and 4 show a print head 5 'of an application tool 1' according to another embodiment of the present invention, in which the print head 5 'is integrally molded of resin or the like, and is constituted of an elastic tongue-shaped piece portion 6' having elasticity at its tip end and pressing the copying tape 3 'from the back surface direction of the copying tape 3', and a guide plate 7 'restricting the lateral swing of the copying tape when the copying tape moves at its side surface, and at least the tip end of the elastic tongue-shaped piece portion 6' of the print head 5 'is covered with a covering material 9 made of resin having a small surface friction coefficient, for example, a surface friction coefficient of 5 or less, preferably 1.1 to 4, such as a Teflon (Teflon) tape, and therefore, similarly to the above-described embodiments, it is possible to prevent only a small amount of correction paint or paste or the like adhering to the back surface of the unused copying tape 3' from adhering to the tape moving surface 8 'of the print head 5' and the copying tape 3, and smooth movement of the transfer belt 3 can be ensured, so that the finishing paint, paste, etc. on the surface of the transfer belt 3 can be reliably transferred and coated on the surface to be transferred, and the transfer belt 3 can be prevented from adhering to the transfer head 5', and problems such as excessive stretching or cutting of the transfer belt 3 can be prevented.

Claims (4)

1.
