Example 1
An electrical wiring plug of embodiment 1 of the present invention is explained below with reference to fig. 1 to 15.
An electrical wiring connector 10 and an electrical wiring plug 11 are respectively mounted on the front end of the power cord for connecting the power cord in a terminal manner.
The harness plug 11 has a recess 14 formed in the front surface of the housing 13 to be fitted to the receiving-side electrical wiring connector 10, and a plurality of blades 15, 15' for connecting the core wires of the plurality of lead wires are provided in the recess 14 so that the front end faces the opening of the recess 14.
The housing 13 of the harness plug 11 is composed of a synthetic resin case 13a and a case cover 13 b. The housing 13a is formed in a substantially box shape with an open upper surface and a front surface, the interior thereof is divided into front and rear spaces by a partition wall 16, and a recess 14 into which an insertion portion 30 (see fig. 4 and 5) of the electrical wiring connector 10 is inserted is formed by a recess 14a formed in the front. A fixing groove 17 for press-fitting and fixing 3 insertion pieces 15 and 15 ' is formed in the partition wall 16, and, for example, the insertion pieces 15 and 15 ' are fitted to the fixing groove 17, that is, the tip portions of the insertion pieces 15 and 15 ' are arranged in the recess 14 a. Then, the internal space at the rear of the housing 13a is further divided into three housing chambers by 2 partition walls 18 leading in the longitudinal direction of the housing 13a, and the blades 15 and 15' are housed in the housing chambers, respectively. A lead insertion opening is formed at the rear end of the housing 13a in combination with the housing cover 13 b. The inner diameter of the wire insertion opening of each recess 19 is reduced, and the core wire inserted into the wire insertion opening is positioned at a predetermined position between the contact piece 15a of the insertion piece 15, 15' and the lock spring 20.
The tabs 15, 15' are formed in a plate shape from a conductive material, and a base portion is bent to contact one inner side of each housing chamber, and a contact piece 15a for contacting the core wire at the lower surface is formed at the base portion from only the lateral direction of the cover 13b side. A pair of temporary fixing pieces 15b for temporarily fixing the housing 13a are provided so as to protrude from the lower surfaces of the center portions of the inserting pieces 15 and 15'. As shown in fig. 3, a rib 55 is provided so as to protrude from the bottom surface of the temporary fixing piece 15b corresponding to each housing chamber separated by the partition wall 18 of the housing 13a, and the rib 55 is press-fitted into a claw formed at the inner end of each temporary fixing piece 15b to temporarily fix the tabs 15 and 15 'to the housing 13a, whereby the temporary fixing pieces 15b and 15' of the tab fixing portion are fitted into the rib 55 in a concave-convex manner to temporarily fix the tabs 15 and 15 'to the housing 13a, whereby the mounting state of the tabs 15 and 15' can be stabilized, and the assembly work of the housing 13a and the housing cover 13b of the housing 13a can be easily performed. As shown in fig. 13, a temporary fixing piece 15b ' formed of a projection having claws formed at both lower ends thereof may be formed on the insertion pieces 15 and 15 ', a rib 55 ' formed of two convex strips 55a may be formed on the inner bottom surface of the housing 13a, and the temporary fixing piece 15b ' may be fitted between the ribs 55 '.
However, the three tabs 15, 15 'have a configuration in which the tab 15' of the ground wire connected to the lead protrudes forward longer than the other tabs 15, or can be mounted forward. In this way, when the other blades 15 are connected to the receiving locking springs of the electrical wiring connector 10, the first blade 15 'connected to the ground wire is connected to the receiving locking spring of the electrical wiring connector 10, and when the blades are pulled out in the reverse direction, the first blade 15' connected to the ground wire is finally detached, thereby ensuring safety.
Between the contact piece 15a of each of the blades 15 and 15' and the rear end of each of the housing chambers of the housing 13a divided into three, a lock spring 20 is disposed for elastically contacting the core wire of the lead wire to the contact piece 15 a.
The housing cover 13b has a substantially box-shaped inner structure having an opening on the lower surface and the front surface, which is substantially the same as the structure of the housing 13a, and has insertion holes for inserting the hollow rivets 26 formed in the upper two positions, and the housing cover 13b is configured to be attached to the housing 13a by inserting the hollow rivets 26 into the insertion holes 27 and the insertion holes 28 formed in the housing 13a corresponding to the insertion holes 27 and caulking the tips thereof.
A convex portion 22 serving as an erroneous connection preventing portion that leads along an insertion direction of an electric wiring connector 10 inserted into a reverse insertion preventing groove 34 (see fig. 5) of the electric wiring connector 10 described later is formed on an inner bottom surface of a concave portion 14b of a housing cover 13b that forms a concave portion 14 together with a concave outer portion 14a of a housing 13a, whereby the reverse insertion or the erroneous connection of the electric wiring connector 10 having a different nominal value and application can be prevented.
Here, in order to prevent the electrical wiring plug 11 from coming off the electrical wiring connector 10, the electrical wiring connector 10 is provided with a locking body 23 formed of a flexible synthetic resin material which is formed in a locking groove 35 formed so as to be capable of locking and unlocking, and the locking body 23 is provided on the side of the housing cover 13 b. In the case of the conventional harness plug 11, the same components as the lock body 23 are provided on the side of the housing 13a, but in this case, the harness plug 11 is made large in shape, and the lock body 23 is provided only on the side of the housing cover 13b in the embodiment of the present invention, so that the harness plug 11 can be made small in size.
In order to attach the lock body 23 to the cover 13b, an attachment member 24 of the lock body 23 is formed on the upper surface of the cover 13b in a recessed center portion. An opening 25 is formed in a portion corresponding to the recess 14b of the mounting portion 24, and the locking claw 23a of the locking body 23 has a structure protruding in the recess 14 from the opening 25. A fixing portion 24a for fixing the locking body 23 is formed at the rear of the opening portion 25. Here, as shown in fig. 14, a fixing piece 23b having a substantially L-shaped cross section from the center lower surface is provided vertically on the lock body 23, and two fixing claw pieces 23c elastically locked to the case cover 13b are provided vertically on the lower surface of the fixing piece 23 b. Then, a locking piece 23e that is elastically locked to the case cover 13b is formed on an upper portion of the distal end surface where the locking claw 23a is formed. Further, a slip prevention groove 23d composed of a plurality of laterally extending convex strips is formed on the upper surface of the lock body 23 when the lock body 23 is released by finger operation.
In the mounting portion 24 of the case cover 13b to which the lock body 23 is mounted, an insertion hole 24b into which the fixing claw piece 23c is inserted is formed in the fixing portion 24a, and the lock body 23 is mounted on the mounting portion 24 by locking the fixing claw piece 23c in the insertion hole 24 b. The rear portion of the fixing portion 24a is formed larger than the pressing operation portion 23d of the lock body 23, and the pressing operation portion 23d can be pressed with a finger. That is, the pressing operation portion 23d of the lock body 23 is pressed downward, the locking claw 23a side is rotated upward with the fixing piece 23b as a fulcrum, the locking claw 23a is disengaged from the locking groove 35 formed in the insertion portion 30 of the electric wiring connector 10, and the electric wiring plug 11 is disengaged from the electric wiring 10. Further, a surface of the pressing operation portion 23d is formed with a non-slip groove in the lateral direction.
The mounting to the mounting portion 24 of the lock body 23 is performed as follows. First, as shown by the broken line in fig. 15(a), the fixing claws 23c of the locking body 23 are inserted into the holes 24b, and then the elastic pieces 23b are placed on the fixing portions 24a as to lock the rear end faces to the rear portions of the fixing portions 24a, whereby the locking body 23 can be fixed to the case cover 13b by locking the claws formed on the front faces of the lower portions of the fixing claws 23c to the opening edges inside the insertion holes 24 b. Here, in the case of the present embodiment, a larger interval is formed from the rear end surface of the fixing piece 23b to the front surface of the root portion of the fixing claw piece 23c than the interval L between the rear end portion of the fixing portion 24a and the opening edge on the front side of the insertion hole 24b in fig. 15. The front portion of the fixing portion 24a gives a forward elastic force to the lateral piece of the fixing piece 23b, and thereby the fixing claw piece 23c is firmly locked. Further, a projection 56 is formed on the rear surface of the partition wall 16 of the housing 13a, the case cover 13b for temporarily fixing the lock body 23 is coupled to the housing 13a, and the lower portion of the locking claw piece 23c is held between the projection 56 and the partition wall 57 of the case cover 13b corresponding to the partition wall 16 of the housing 13a, whereby the lock body 23 is fixed. That is, in the present embodiment, the fixing piece 23b and the fixing claw piece 23c constitute the lock body 23, and the fixing portion 24a and the insertion hole 24b are elastically fitted to the fixing portion of the lock body 23 in a concave-convex manner to constitute a temporary fixing portion for temporarily fixing the lock body 23, and when the partition wall 57 and the convex portion 56 are combined with the case body 13a and the case cover 13b, a holding portion for holding the fixing portion of the lock body 23 is constituted. Therefore, when the case 13a and the cover 13b are combined, the locking body is temporarily fixed to the housing by the temporarily fixing portion, so that the combining operation of the case 13a and the cover 13b can be easily performed, and when the case 13a and the cover 13b are combined, the locking body can be fixed by clamping the locking body by the clamping portion.
Here, as shown in fig. 13, the locking piece 23e is locked at the opening edge on the front side of the opening 25, the protruding amount of the locking claw 23a into the concave portion 14 is limited, the locking claw 23 can face into the concave portion 14 in a certain state, the locking claw 23a is pressed downward (the housing 13a side) through the front face of the insertion portion 30 of the electric wiring connector 10, and the electric wiring connector can be inserted in a certain state. Further, since the locking piece 23e is elastically locked to the opening edge of the opening 25, the locking piece 23e is closely attached to the opening edge of the opening 25, and the amount of hooking of the locking claw 23a to the locking groove 35 of the electronic wiring terminal 10 is constant, so that the falling-off prevention can be surely performed.
Here, a quick connection type connection portion including the contact piece 15a of the insertion piece 15 and the lock spring 20 will be described with reference to fig. 1 and 3. The locking piece 20a and the contact piece 20b of the locking spring 20 are formed by bending both end portions of a strip plate of an elastic conductive material to form both end portions of a center piece 20 c. The locking piece 20a is inclined from the direction in which the connecting portion with the center piece 20c faces the front end edge toward the lower surface of the contact piece 15a of the insert piece 15, the contact piece 20b is bent in a nearly S-shape, and the locking piece 20a and the contact piece 20b provided on the locking spring 20 are opposed to each other below the contact piece 15a of the insert piece 15. Further, the contact piece 15a of the insert 15 is provided with a notch 15 c.
However, when the cover 16b is coupled to the housing 13a, the release button 21 for releasing the elastic clamping state of the core wire at a position corresponding to the core wire quick-connection portion composed of the lock spring 20 and the contact piece 15a is housed. A recess 29a is formed in a portion of the case cover 13b on the side opposite to the recess 14, the recess 29a and the inside of the case 13 are communicated through the opening 29, and the release button 21 is rotatably disposed in the recess 29 a. The release button 21 includes an operation handle 21a for pressing an operation portion of an operation surface having a large size with a finger, release portions 21b exposed from the notches 15c of the respective tabs 15 and coming into contact with the respective portions of the locking pieces 20a, and a fulcrum portion 21c coming into contact with the inner wall of the case cover 13b and serving as a fulcrum of the release button 21. Here, the release button 21 is exposed on the surface of the case cover 13b, and when the operation surface on the front surface of the operation handle 21a is pressed with a finger, the release button 21 pivots about the fulcrum 21c, and the pressing portion 21b of the release button 21 presses the locking piece 20a of each locking spring 20 in a direction away from the lower surface of the contact piece 15 a. As a result, the core wire of the power cord held between the 3 locking pieces 20a and the contact piece 15a can be simultaneously removed without using any special tool, and the replacement work of the lead wire can be easily performed.
In this way, the wire connecting portion to the harness plug 11 is configured to have a connecting structure having a releasing function, and the operation lever 21a of the release button 21 is formed to be manually operable, and the surface of the case cover 13b is exposed, so that the connection to the wire connecting portion can be easily removed, and for example, when the length of the wire is not suitable for replacement, the operation lever 21a of the release button 21 is operated, and the wire can be easily removed. Moreover, only the core wire of the wire to be replaced is inserted from the wire insertion opening, and the core wire of the wire is elastically sandwiched between the lock spring 20 and the contact piece 15a, whereby the wire connection and the reconnection operation are facilitated, and the wire replacement operation can be performed very easily.
When connecting the core wire of the power cord, the core wire (not shown) stripped of the outer covering of the power cord is inserted from the concave portion 19, the conductor of the core wire is sandwiched between the locking piece 20a and the contact piece 20b of the locking spring 20 and the contact piece 15a of the insertion piece 15 by the elastic force of the locking spring 20, and the conductor of the core wire is caught by the front end edge of the locking piece 20a, so that the core wire can be prevented from falling off. Therefore, only the core wire is inserted into the concave portion 19, and the electrical connection with the tab 15 can be performed while holding the core wire.
As shown in fig. 2, a recess 51 is formed on the surface of the case cover 13b corresponding to the recess 14b, a card 52 indicating the use and name of the electric wiring plug 11 is accommodated in the recess 51, and the card 52 is attached to the recess 51 by covering the card 52 with the recess 51 with a transparent cover 53 formed by a locking groove 51a formed on both end surfaces of the recess 51 and both end surfaces of a locking piece 53a which can be locked and unlocked and is detachable. Since the display section 50 for displaying the electrical nominal value and the usage of the electrical wiring plug 11 is provided on the surface of the housing 13 in this manner, the electrical nominal value and the usage of the electrical wiring plug 11 can be easily read from the display section 50, and the electrical nominal value and the usage of the electrical wiring plug 11 can be easily exchanged by exchanging the card 52 when the usage of the electrical wiring plug 11 is changed. In the present embodiment, the card 52 of the application and name is provided, but information necessary for indicating the electric wiring other than the card 52 may be provided.
Next, the electrical wiring connector 10 into which the electrical wiring plug 11 is inserted will be described. As shown in fig. 5, the electric wiring connector 10 is configured such that a plurality of receiving blade springs 32 are provided inside a socket 30 which is formed in the front surface thereof and into which a recess 14 of an electric wiring plug 11 constituting the insertion side is inserted, and the receiving blade springs 32 receive blades 15 of the electric wiring plug 11 inserted through blade insertion holes 31 formed in the front surface of the socket 30, respectively, to constitute the electric wiring connector 10.
As shown in fig. 4, the housing 33 of the electric wiring connector is composed of a synthetic resin case 33a and a case cover 33b, and insertion holes 41 through which hollow rivets 40 are inserted are formed in two positions on the upper surface of the case cover 33 b. An insertion hole 42 into which the hollow rivet 40 is inserted is formed in the housing 33a corresponding to the insertion hole 41, and the tip of the hollow rivet 40 inserted into the insertion hole 41 and the insertion hole 42 is caulked, thereby attaching the housing cover 33b to the housing 33 a.
The housing 33a is formed in a substantially box shape with an open upper surface, and when coupled with the cover 33b, the front housing portion 30a constituting the inserting portion 30 is partitioned into three housing chambers by two partition walls 36 extending in the longitudinal direction of the housing 33a, and the inserting leaf spring 32 is housed and received in each housing chamber. The partition wall 36 is formed over the entire length from the front housing portion 30a to the rear portion to receive the leaf spring 32. Therefore, a recess 31a constituting the tab insertion opening 31 is formed in the front surface portion corresponding to each of the storage chambers.
The receiving latch spring 32 is made of an electrically conductive material, and has a structure in which a pair of holding pieces 32a opposed to each other are provided so as to sandwich the male tab from both sides of the male tab 15, the holding pieces 32a are connected to a central portion, tip portions of extension pieces extending rearward from the central portion are bent so as to contact one inner side surface of each housing chamber, contact pieces 32b contacting the core wires are formed from a lateral lower surface of a case cover 33b at only a small number of the tip portions, and the latch springs 43 are disposed under the contact pieces 32 b. The holding piece 32a and the central portion are bent in a shape of a letter < i > to each other, thereby strengthening the holding force of the blades 15 of the electrical wiring plug 11. In the case of the harness end 10, a recessed portion 45 of a lead wire insertion opening into which the core wire is inserted is also formed between the lock spring 43 and the contact piece 32b at the rear end portion of the housing 33 a. Further, the inner diameter of the wire insertion opening of each recess 45 is made small, and the core wire inserted into the wire insertion opening is positioned reliably between the contact piece 32b and the lock spring 43.
The housing cover 33b has an internal structure substantially similar to that of the housing 33a, and a reverse insertion preventing groove 34 into which the protrusion 22 of the harness plug 11 is fitted and a locking groove 35 for locking the locking claw 23a of the locking body 23 are formed on the upper surface of the front receiving portion 30b forming the mating portion 30 together with the front receiving portion 30a of the housing 33 a.
