Description

Device for removing strip-shaped articles from under storage box and transporting same to transport means
The invention relates to a device for individually removing and transporting flexible strip-shaped or sheet-shaped articles from the underside of a magazine prepared for a stack of said articles by means of a rotatable suction roller which is moved back and forth between the magazine and an adjoining conveying means.
Such devices are used to adhere flexible articles, such as in the form of stickers, to other articles such as bags, envelopes, cards, and the like.
In the particular case described here, the device is used in particular for transporting revenue stamps and/or cigarette brands for cigarette packs, the outer skin of which is sealed with an adhesive revenue stamp or revenue stamp.
The aim of the invention in this respect is to reliably transport the single-sheet tax label and finally apply it to the product with precise dimensions and correct position.
This object of the invention is achieved in that: the adsorption roller is provided with an adsorption groove which can be connected and disconnected with the sucked air on the groove bottom and a plurality of adsorption holes which are preset with the adsorption groove in the adsorption range of the tax stamp in the output rotation direction of the adsorption roller, and the sucked air can be alternately added to the adsorption holes when the adsorption groove is disconnected.
According to another proposal of the invention, it is particularly effective if the following transport means are designed as a suction cylinder receiving the stamps on a circumferential section of the protuberance, such suction cylinder cooperating with the transport means, thus avoiding the counter-rotation of the advancing end of the stamps with respect to the cylindrical circumferential surface of the transport means.
The reciprocating movement of the suction roller between the tax stamp storage magazine and the transport device is preferably effected by a linear slide stroke, and the suction roller can be rotated in the opposite direction after a single dispensing rotation to a new dispensing position.
The above two specific configurations, in combination with the suction mode of the invention, allow a particularly efficient transport of the stamps to be transported, in which the stroke of the slider for the output and transport movements of the suction roller and the stroke of the slider for the counter-rotation and return movements of the suction roller are always carried out simultaneously.
The invention has the advantages that: on the one hand, the lowest tax stamp can be reliably separated from the rest tax stamp stack and separated page by the locally limited slot type feeding of the tax stamps, and on the other hand, the tax stamps are moved to the circumferential surface of the adsorption roller after the raised edge of the tax stamp is separated and separated page by page, namely, the tax stamps are tangentially connected to the conveying surface of the following conveying tool without impact. This avoids damaging the tax stamp and achieves an accurate positioning for continued transport.
The following figures represent one embodiment of the present invention, wherein:
figure 1 shows part of the apparatus for cigarette packet revenue stamp delivery at a cigarette packer, not shown;
FIG. 2 shows a cross section of a transport element in the form of an adsorption roller taken along section line A-B of FIG. 1;
fig. 3 shows a cross section taken along section line C-D of fig. 1 through an adsorption roller at a hand-over position to another conveyance.
This device has a magazine 1 in which a stack 2 of strip-shaped tax stamps 3 for cigarette packs is prepared. Below the magazine 1, a transport means in the form of a suction drum 6 driven in the direction of the arrow 4 is arranged, which drum is provided with a protruding circumferential section 7 for receiving the tax stamps 3, wherein suction openings 8 for the suction of the tax stamps 3 communicate with the circumferential surface.
In order to withdraw individual stamps 3 from the underside of the stacks 2 and to transport them to the suction drum 6, a suction roller 11 is arranged between the magazine 1 and the suction drum 6, which roller rotates back and forth in the direction of the double arrow 9 and can be moved back and forth in the direction of the double arrow 12 between an output position below the magazine 1 and a delivery position above the suction drum 6. This back and forth movement can be performed in a manner known per se, for example in the form of a slider movement as described in german published specification 4133404.
The suction roller 11 shown in fig. 2 is provided with a suction groove 13, to which suction air can be applied by means of a control tube 18 via suction openings 14 which pass through the suction roller 11 and via a control groove 16 in a fixed control 17. Furthermore, the suction roller 11 is provided with suction holes 19 preset together with the suction grooves 13 in the suction range of the tax stamp 3 in its output rotation direction (counterclockwise direction), and suction air can be applied to these suction holes through a control tube 22 in the range of a control groove 21 according to the fixed control member 17 shown in fig. 3.
The device of the invention has the following action principle:
in the position of the take-off of the suction roller 11 underneath the magazine 1, the suction air applied to the suction slot 13 sucks the lowermost tax stamp 3, which tax stamp 3 is sucked onto the walls of the suction slot 13 and is thus separated from the remaining tax stamps of the stack 2. By rotating the suction roller 11 in the counter-clockwise direction, the tax stamps 3 sucked onto the circumference by the sucked air are pulled out of the remaining stack of tax stamps, while the suction roller 11 is simultaneously moved obliquely downwards in the direction of the double arrow 12 onto the suction drum 6. Through the slot type feeding of tax stamp 3, the advancing end of the tax stamp firstly tilts from the circumference of the adsorption roller 11, when the adsorption hole 19 at the middle position shown by the adsorption roller 11 enters the range of the control slot 21 and the adsorption hole 14 of the adsorption slot 13 moves out from the range of the corresponding control slot 16, the advancing end of the tax stamp 3 is adsorbed on the circumference of the adsorption roller 11, and the tax stamp is loosened in the range of the adsorption slot 13, so that the tax stamp 3 is attached on the circumference of the adsorption roller 11 from the rest conveying distance to the handing-over position shown outside the right. The tax stamp 3 is therefore cut over the circumferential section 7 which is conveyed to the suction cylinder 6 at the transfer position and is sucked by its suction openings 8, while the suction action of the suction openings 19 is interrupted in the suction roller 11.
