Description

Stop plate for a flat handle device
The invention relates to a limiting plate of a plane handle device, wherein a handle of the limiting plate is immersed and kept in a shell when the plane handle device is not used.
As shown in jp 56-3494 a, the stopper plate of the flat handle device is made of iron or stainless steel, and the driven hole is punched and formed by press working.
However, this flat handle device has some disadvantages that the operation protrusion of the handle body is made by zinc die casting or aluminum die casting in view of economical efficiency, and it is in sliding contact with the edge of the driven hole punched on the stopper plate made of iron or stainless steel, and since there is a great difference in material hardness, the edge of the driven hole on the stopper plate side bites into the deep scratch groove during repeated turning operation, so that the stopper plate cannot move, and if the stopper plate is turned by forcibly pushing and pulling the handle, the operation protrusion is broken at the scratch groove by applying excessive bending stress with the handle body part as the wrist part of the lever.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a stopper plate of a flat surface handle device which does not cause breakage of an operation protrusion of a handle, has excellent durability, and can be simply and inexpensively processed.
In order to achieve the object of the present invention, the present invention employs the following technical means, which will be described below with reference to the drawings. In the stopper plate 4 of the flat handle device of the present invention, the edge portions 9 and 10 of the driven hole 8 are formed in a bent-up state, and the side surfaces of the operation protrusion are brought into sliding contact with the curved surfaces 9a and 10a of the hole edge portions 9 and 10.
The stopper plate 4 is attached to the housing 1 with the hole edge portions 9 and 10 protruding in the rear space of the housing 1. In this flat handle device, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, when the handle 2 is retracted into the housing 1, the curved plate spring 27 rotates clockwise in fig. 7 about the 1 st pivot 3 to press the handle 2, and therefore, the distal end portion 28 of the handle 2 comes into contact with the inner bottom surface 29, and the handle 2 is held at the retracted position.
When the push button 22 is pushed in, the handle 2 is rotated counterclockwise in fig. 3 about the 1 st pivot shaft 3 because the driving projection 23 pushes the driven projection 24 of the handle 2. When the handle 2 is rotated to a certain stage, the urging direction of the bent leaf spring 27 is reversed, and therefore, thereafter, the handle 2 is appropriately ejected to a position where gripping is possible due to the amount of force of the bent leaf spring 27.
When the handle 2 is pulled out again, the side surface of the operation protrusion 7 provided on the handle 2 pushes the curved surface 9a of the hole edge portion 9 of the driven hole 8 of the stopper plate 4, so that the stopper plate 4 is rotated clockwise about the 2 nd pivot 6 in fig. 8, the tip end 5 is disengaged from the socket portion 30 provided on the frame, the door 31 to which the housing 1 is attached is unlocked, and the handle 2 and the door 31 are pulled open.
When the handle 2 is pushed into the housing 1 when the door 31 is locked, the operation protrusion 7 presses the curved surface 10a of the other side of the slot edge 10 of the follower slot 8, and the stopper plate 4 is rotated counterclockwise about the 2 nd pivot 6 in fig. 8, and the tip 5 enters the socket 30, whereby the door 31 is locked to the doorframe again.

Fig. 2 is a plan view of the stopper plate.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
In the illustrated embodiment, a transverse shaft hole 11 is provided at the base end of an operation protrusion 7 of a handle 2, the handle 2 is pivotally attached to a housing 1 by a pin-shaped 1 st pivot shaft 3 so as to freely move in and out of the housing 1, the 1 st pivot shaft 3 is inserted into transverse mounting holes 14 and 15 and the transverse shaft hole 11, and the transverse mounting holes 14 and 15 are provided in left and right side walls 12 and 13 of the housing 1. The stopper plate 4 disposed on the back surface of the housing 1 is pivotally attached to the housing 1 by a 2 nd pivot shaft 6 in the form of a small screw, and the 2 nd pivot shaft 6 is screwed into a rear wall portion 17 of the housing 1 through a shaft hole 16 bored adjacent to the driven hole 8. Another screw 18 screwed to the housing rear wall 17 is located in the driven hole 8, and the head of the screw 18 serves as a floating guide means for preventing the rotation of the stopper plate 4 of the flat handle device.
A push button follower hole 20 is provided in the case 1 adjacent to the handle receiving recess 19, a push button 22 which is returned by a compression coil spring 21 is received in the follower hole 20, and a driving protrusion 23 protruding from the outer surface of the push button 22 is brought into contact with a follower protrusion 24 provided on the base end of the handle. The bent end of the bent plate spring 27 is inserted into the mounting groove 25 of the inner bottom surface 29 of the housing 2 and the mounting groove 26 of the rear surface of the distal end portion of the handle 2.
In addition, when the hole edge portions 9 and 10 are bent, the linear protrusions are formed into a circular cross-sectional shape as shown in fig. 9, not only into a right-angled shape, but also the stopper plate 4 can be used in reverse, and can be used for both left and right doors.
In the present invention, when the stopper plate 4 is rotated in the forward and reverse directions between the open and closed locking positions in accordance with the rotation of the housing 1 of the handle 2, the side surfaces of the operation protrusion 7 are in sliding contact with the curved surfaces 9a and 10a of the hole edge portions 9 and 10 of the driven hole 8, so that the frictional force between the hole edge portions 9 and 10 and the operation protrusion 7 is remarkably reduced compared with the conventional product, and the operation protrusion 7 is prevented from being scratched by the hole edge portions 9 and 10, so that the breakage accident of the operation protrusion 7 does not occur even if it is repeatedly used for a long period of time, and thus, the durability is excellent.
Further, in the stopper plate of the present invention, since the punching of the driven hole 8 and the bending of the hole edge portions 9 and 10 are performed simultaneously, the manufacturing process of the operation protrusion is simple and inexpensive, and its practical value is large.
