Description

The invention relates to a fixing aid for connecting component belts, in particular belts with electronic SMD components for feeding the components to automatic parts dispensers etc., where the belts have guide holes in the grille in a lateral track.
Err1:Expecting ',' delimiter: line 1 column 228 (char 227)
For the latter purpose, auxiliary devices have already been proposed, in which a belt buckle and a belt opening with their guide holes are fixed in thorns and fixed by adhesive strips, one strip below and one strip above the interlocking sections of the belt, e.g. as special adhesive strips with shared support material, of which the wearer has guides in the grid size of the supporting device's spine.
The above-mentioned device is generally rather cumbersome to operate, so that in practice the attachment of component belts is often done manually without an auxiliary device, but this inevitably leads to problems due to inaccurate grid size, sticky strips protruding from the side or even a twisting of the belts.
The purpose of the invention is therefore to provide a fixing aid for fastening component belts which can be used without the use of additional aids and which allows the fastening of component belts in a practical manner.
The problem is solved by a support with at least two parallel traces, one of which has a trace of staples in the same grid as the belt's guide holes and the other has a soluble adhesive strip. Preferably, the staples and the adhesive strip are on the same side of the support. The support is fixed on a material suitable for stamping the staples, in particular stronger paper or plastic, and is then removed.
Preferably, two traces of adhesive strips may be parallel to the supporting material for arrangement on both sides of the belt. Between the two traces of adhesive strips there is a bending coating or material dilution in the supporting material. This further simplifies the application of the fixing aid and thus allows a faster connection of belt end and belt opening. On both traces of adhesive strips, adjacent traces of the supporting material may also be present in the grid, such as the guide holes of the belt.
The device of the invention is useful for use on straps made of stable paper or cardboard with the exception of straps made of plastic material and in particular on wider straps with embossed bags, i.e. so-called blister packs, for example, after removing two components from the new strap, both strap bags can be pushed into the bag and the device of the invention can be used to apply adhesive strips on both sides without turning the wearer.
The invention is particularly advantageous in that it is now possible to do without mechanical aids entirely; the fixing aid according to the invention can be moved, for example in rolls or other forms, using conventional dispensers for lengthening individual strips; or alternatively, individual fixing aids can be cut into lengths and sold as bulk in bags or other forms.
Further details and advantages of the invention are given in the following illustrations of examples of execution, which in particular also show the sequence of operations using the fixing device according to the invention as intended.
Show it FIG 1 a section of a component belt,FIG 2 the new belt anchorage to be applied on both sides of the component belt,FIG 3 a belt anchorage that can be applied to the component belt on both sides andFIG 4 an enlarged cross section along lines IV to IV in FIG 3,FIG 5 a belt anchorage according to FIG 3 which is symmetrically constructed,FIG 6 an enlarged cross section along lines VI to VI in FIG 5 andFIG 7 the appropriate application of the belt anchorage according to FIG 5 and 6.
In FIG. 1 a component belt for use in automatic parts manufacturers is shown, for example, consisting of a stable paper belt with individual pockets 2 in the belt direction in which wireless components (SMD components) can be inserted, the bottom of the component belt 1 being covered with a thin support paper 3 and the top covered with a normally transparent retractable film 4 after the components have been fitted.
The belt 1 for SMD components described in this way usually has 5 guide holes in a grid pattern in a side track, which allow the belt 1 to be transported in an appropriate way. When a first belt is completed and a second belt is started, it must be ensured that the end of the first belt and the beginning of the second belt overlap without any gaps. To this end, the state of the art requires the use of aids, which temporarily fix the belts and apply appropriate strips of cable on both sides.
In order to replace the state of the art, Fig. 2 shows a band-like fixing device consisting of a flexible support 10 having two parallel traces, a first track 11 and a second track 12. The first track is fitted with 15 knobs in the grid size of the 5 conduit holes of the component belt 1 and a detachable adhesive strip is applied to the second track 12. The detachable adhesive strip 13 is made of an adhesive film which is connected to its non-adhesive underside by means of an ultrasonic or soluble adhesive. The adhesive layer is therefore on the top.
The 15 knobs of the supporting device are used to precisely reach the 5 holes of the belt, so that the 15 knobs in the specified grid size allow the specified grid size to be maintained even when the belts are handled manually.
In FIG.3, the fixing aid with a support 20 as shown in FIG.2, is modified so that, in addition to the track 12 with adhesive strip 13, there is another track 16 with adhesive strip 17. The tracks 12 and 16 are separated by a free part of the support 20 into which a bending fold 19 or other material dilution such as perforation etc. is inserted.
The adhesive strips 13 and 17 can also have 25 grating holes, which is useful when so-called component ejectors are used for the intended application of automatic parts which require a penetration by adhesive parts or other devices.
The fixing aids according to the invention are mounted on a roll or similar material as a continuous strip, using the usual lengthening devices for strip film.
For fasteners according to FIG 2 and/or FIG 3/4, the following sequence of work is possible: first, the ends of two fastener belts are cut in the middle of each hole; then a fastener strip of approximately 40 mm length is removed and removed from the commercial donor; the fastener strip's nozzles are pushed into the belt holes, thus fixing the beginning and end of two belts both in the grid and in the position. The adhesive strip is attached on the first side; then, for a fastener belt according to FIG 2, the support material is removed and the same procedure is performed on the back of the belt. For a fastener belt according to FIG 3/4, the belt is rotated in a precise manner around the front of the belt without a second cut.
In Figure 5 there is a pre-cut support 30 for example, which is 4 to 5 cm long. In this case the support 30 is symmetrical and has two outer grooves 11 and 12 and 11' and 12' respectively on the outer line of symmetry according to a 19' perforation section. On the inner grooves 12 and 12' there are each an adhesive strip 13 and 17 according to Figure 3, while on the outer grooves 11 and 11' an identical grid of 15 knots is arranged. The finished connecting aids are each covered on the upper side with a protective film 18 which can reach mainly to the knots, thus facilitating the removal of the fixer immediately before the application.
In particular, the layer structure with the support layer 30, the two adhesive strips 13 and 17 and the protective film 18 is shown in detail in FIG. 6 It has been found appropriate to cover the adhesive strips 13 and 17 on their undersides with a light adhesive film with less adhesion than on the top of the adhesive strips.
Err1:Expecting ',' delimiter: line 1 column 366 (char 365)
The specific application of the connecting aid according to FIG. 5 and 6 is shown in detail in FIG. 7. In particular, it is clear that the insertion of the 15 knobs into the 5 lead holes of the belts to be connected and the subsequent attachment of the first adhesive strip 13 can be easily done with one hand. After folding the carrier 30 along the crease line 19, the same process proceeds gradually from the bottom of the belt 1. By countering the pressure of the 15 lower knobs into the 5 lead holes, the upper carrier 15 can be pushed out of the lead holes with the 15 knobs and, equally, the 13 secondary strip can be pulled out of the carrier 30 by means of the adhesive strip.
The above-mentioned fixing aids may also be used for plastic and/or wide belt materials. If blistered pockets are available, after removing two of the components from the new belt, both strap pockets are pushed into the pocket. An adhesive strip is then applied to both sides, as shown in Figure 2, to achieve stable fixation of both belts.
