Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a jig for attaching a storage case to a rack and a storage case provided with the jig.
Background
As a storage case for CDs, DVDs, or the like, there is widely used a device having a structure in which a drawer is slid out from a case body in a horizontal direction, and the stored articles can be taken out from above. Such a storage box is often placed on a metal shelf, and when a drawer is opened or closed, the box body may move together with the drawer, and thus the drawer cannot be smoothly opened or closed. Therefore, as disclosed in japanese patent application laid-open No. 2004-97321, a jig has been used in the past in order to prevent the cartridge main body from sliding on the placement surface of the rack.
As shown in fig. 4, the clip 50 disclosed in japanese patent application laid-open No. 2004-97321 includes a plurality of flexible arm portions 52 rising from the surface of a plate-like body 51, and the leading ends of the arm portions 52 are inserted into receiving holes 60a formed in the bottom of a cartridge body 60, so that the opening edges of the receiving holes 60a are pressed by bending the arm portions 52 to be engaged therewith. With this jig 50, after the cartridge main body 60 is placed on the frame member 62 constituted by the plurality of frame frames 62a, the arm 52 is inserted into the receiving hole 60a through the gap between the adjacent frame frames 62a, whereby not only the projection 51a provided on the plate-like body 51 can be engaged with the frame 62a, but also the movement of the cartridge main body 60 relative to the frame member 62 can be restricted.
However, when the above-described conventional jig 50 is mounted on the cartridge main body 60, the positions of the receiving hole 60a and the arm 52 need to be adjusted below the frame member 62, and therefore, the positioning and mounting must be performed by hand in accordance with the position of the receiving hole 60a when the cartridge main body 60 is mounted on the frame member 62, which causes a problem in terms of handling.
Further, if the drawer (not shown) is opened in a state where the cartridge main body 60 is placed on the rack member 62, the cartridge main body 60 tends to be lifted up from the rack member 62 by a bending moment generated by the weight of the stored material, and therefore, a force in a direction away from the receiving hole 60a acts on the jig 50. Therefore, the restoring force of the arm portion 52 engaged with the receiving hole 60a is reduced by the flexural deformation, and the jig 50 may be detached during use.

Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a storage case provided with a jig according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The storage case 1 is a pull-out type storage case that is slidably stored in the case body 2 with the drawer 4. A rectangular insertion opening 8 is formed in a central lower portion of the rear wall 6 of the cartridge body 2, and a jig 10 is detachably attached to the insertion opening 8.
The jig 10 is made of a flexible material such as resin, rubber, or metal, and as shown in a side view in fig. 2, includes a mounting portion 20 that is fitted into the insertion port 8 of the cartridge main body 2, and an engagement portion 30 that engages with a rack on which the cartridge main body 2 is placed.
The attachment portion 20 has a U-shaped bent band-like body, and fixing claws 23 and 24 are provided on outer surfaces of the pair of distal end portions 21 and 22, respectively. The fixing claws 23, 24 have: guide surfaces 23a, 24a inclined so as to protrude outward from the front end side, and stop surfaces 23b, 24b hanging from the surface of the attachment portion 20 on the rear side of the guide surfaces 23a, 24 a. A baffle portion 25 is provided behind one of the fixing claws 23 on the outer surface of the mounting portion 20, and has a height higher than that of the fixing claw 23.
The engaging portion 30 is provided to stand substantially vertically from the rear direction of the other fixing claw 22 on the outer surface of the mounting portion 20, and a hook portion 32 is formed at the front end thereof.
In a state where the jig 10 is deformed to reduce the interval between the pair of front end portions 21 and 22 of the mounting portion 20, the guide surfaces 23a and 24a of the fixing claws 23 and 24 are inserted into the insertion opening 8 of the cartridge main body 2 shown in fig. 2 while sliding them, and when the fixing claws 23 and 24 pass over the rear wall 6 of the cartridge main body 2, the shape of the mounting portion 20 elastically deformed is restored, and the outer surface of the mounting portion 20 is pressed and fixed to the opening edge of the insertion opening 8 in a state where the rear wall 6 is sandwiched between the stop surfaces 23b and 24b of the fixing claws 23 and 24 and the baffle portion 25 or the engaging portion 30. Thus, in the state where the front ends of the hook portions 32 are tilted up, the clip 10 is firmly mounted on the cartridge body 2. When the jig 10 is to be removed from the cartridge body 2, the mounting portion 20 is pulled out by reducing the interval between the pair of front end portions 21 and 22 by deformation, and thus the removal can be easily performed.
Next, a procedure of mounting the storage cassette 1 with the jig 10 mounted thereon on a metal rack will be described as an example of a method of mounting the cassette on a rack. In general, a metal frame has a structure in which four corners of a plurality of frame members arranged in several layers are supported by pillars, and fig. 3 shows a cross-sectional view of a part of the rear side of one frame member.
As shown in fig. 3, the frame member 40 has a structure in which two frame members 41 and 42 extending in parallel are arranged in a vertical direction, and a plurality of vertical lines 45 and horizontal lines 46 are provided so as to intersect with each other in an outer frame 44 formed integrally by a reinforcing plate 43.
When the storage case 1 is mounted on the frame member 40, as shown in fig. 3(a), the case body 2 is inclined so as to be higher toward the mounting surface of the frame member 40, and the hook portion 32 of the jig 10 is engaged with the upper frame member 41 of the outer frame 44 on the rear side of the frame member 40. Next, as shown in fig. 3(b), the cartridge body 2 is placed on the frame member 40, and the engagement between the holding hook portion 32 and the frame member 41 is maintained, thereby completing the attachment operation of the cartridge 1 to the frame member 40. The rack to which the jig 10 can be attached is not limited to the rack member 40 of the present embodiment, and the size of the hook 32 may be appropriately determined according to the shape of the member constituting the rack outer frame, and the rack may be attached to another rack.
According to the storage case 1 including the jig 10 of the present embodiment, when the storage case is mounted on a rack, the outer frame of the rack can be easily engaged with the hook portion 32 by visual observation, and after the engagement, the storage case 1 can be simply placed on the rack as it is, so that the mounting work is very easy.
Further, since the jig 10 is attached in the horizontal direction with respect to the box main body 2, even if an upward force acts on the box main body 2 by the moment of gravity of the stored material when the drawer portion 4 is opened after the storage box 1 is set on the rack, the jig 10 does not fall off from the box main body 2, and since the tip of the hook portion 32 is engaged with the outer frame of the rack in the tilted state, the jig 10 does not fall off from the rack. Therefore, the storage case 1 can be firmly attached to the rack.
