Technical Field
The present invention relates to a separable bottom end stop for a slide fastener. The separable bottom end stop is formed of a box pin and an insert pin, an upward opening slider and a reverse opening slider are mounted on the slide fastener, and the box pin and the insert pin are improved to achieve smooth separation and insertion of the pins.
Background
In general, japanese patent application laid-open No. 2002-: on the outer side face at the front end of the box pin 5 ', there is provided an expanded portion 41 ' allowing the insertion pin 6 ' to retreat, and, in order to prevent the reverse opening slider 8 ' from coming off, a convex portion is provided on the rear face at the corner of the front end of the box pin so that the convex portion can be brought into contact and engaged with the front end of a lower plate of the reverse opening slider 8 '. The insert pin 6 'has a side face 42' capable of gradually pushing up the locking pawl 30 'provided on the reverse opening slider 8', and the side face 42 'provided from the front end of the surface of the insert pin 6' up to the recess 22 'is capable of accommodating the locking pawl 30'.
In the slide fastener having the reverse opening slider 8 'shown in fig. 9, in a state where the reverse opening slider 8' and the upward opening slider 7 'loaded on the slide fastener are kept in contact with each other on the box pin 5' at the bottom end of the slide fastener, when the insert pin 6 'is inserted into the upward opening slider 7', the front end of the insert pin 6 'is in contact with the top end of the diamond portion 28' of the reverse opening slider 8 'so that the insert pin 6' cannot be smoothly inserted or fitted. Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems. A primary object of the present invention is to provide a separable bottom end stop for a slide fastener, which can be opened or closed from both ends of the slide fastener and, when an insert pin is inserted while an upward opening slider is kept in contact with a reverse opening slider, allows the insert pin to be smoothly inserted and assembled without colliding with a diamond-shaped portion of the reverse opening slider, and a side surface on the lower side avoids the diamond-shaped portion of the reverse opening slider, so that one side of the separable bottom end stop of the slide fastener can be smoothly opened.
In addition, another object of the present invention is to provide a separable bottom end stop for a slide fastener, wherein: the position of the projection closest to the insert pin is located on the same straight line as the apex of the diamond-shaped portion or on the insert pin side with respect to the apex, so that the insertion and fitting work of the insert pin is easily and reliably performed.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a separable bottom end stop for a slide fastener, wherein: a projection is provided on the box pin to project in the direction of one side of the box pin, so as to allow the insertion pin to be smoothly and reliably inserted and fitted without colliding with the diamond-shaped portion of the reverse opening slider.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a separable bottom end stop for a slide fastener, wherein: by providing a concave portion on the side surface of the box pin, it is possible to easily and smoothly insert the insert pin into the upward opening slider and the reverse opening slider.
Further, another object of the present invention is to provide a separable bottom end stop for a slide fastener, wherein: projection portions for preventing the reverse opening slider from falling off are protrudingly provided on the front and rear faces of the box pin so that the box pin is accommodated in the body of the reverse opening slider, thereby giving the slide fastener a good appearance.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a separable bottom end stop for a slide fastener, wherein: the box pin is completely hidden within the body of the reverse opening slider and enables the box pin to be reliably engaged within the body of the reverse opening slider.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a separable bottom end stop for a slide fastener, wherein: each of the upward opening slider and the reverse opening slider mounted on the slide fastener includes an automatic locking mechanism having a locking pawl.
In order to achieve the above object, according to a main aspect of the present invention, there is provided a slide fastener, a slide fastener having two sliders of an upward opening slider and a reverse opening slider, the sliders being disposed so that rear mouths of the sliders face each other, the slide fastener being openable and closable from both ends of the slide fastener, as a separable bottom end stop on at least one end of the slide fastener, the slide fastener including a box pin and an insert pin, a projection projecting from an opposing face being formed at a free end of the box pin, the opposing face facing the insert pin, and the projection having side faces on a free end side and on opposite sides thereof in a longitudinal direction of the box pin, each of the side faces being formed as an inclined face inclined toward the insert pin.
Since the projection projecting from the opposing face is provided at the front end of the box pin and the projection has the side face close to the insert pin on the upper and lower sides thereof, the side face on the upper side can smoothly guide the insert pin, so that the inserting and fitting operation of inserting the insert pin into the reverse opening slider can be easily and reliably performed. Further, the side face on the lower side avoids the diamond-shaped portion of the slider, thereby allowing the slide fastener to be smoothly opened from the side face of the separable bottom end stop.
Preferably, the position of the projection closest to the insertion pin is located on the same line as or on the insertion pin side with respect to an apex of the diamond-shaped portion of at least one of the upward opening slider and the reverse opening slider.
Therefore, the insertion and fitting operation of the insertion pin can be performed more easily and reliably, and the side surface on the lower side avoids the diamond-shaped portion of the reverse opening slider, thereby allowing the slide fastener to be smoothly opened from the side surface of the separable bottom end stop.
Further, the side on the lower side of the projection is preferably formed so that it faces the diamond-shaped portion of the reverse opening slider when the box pin is inserted into the reverse opening slider.
Therefore, it is possible to reliably bring the protrusion of the box pin into contact with the corner portions at the inside end of the diamond-shaped portion of the reverse opening slider and the leading end of the insertion pin, thereby smoothly achieving the insertion operation of the insertion pin into the reverse opening slider.
Further, it is preferable that the insert pin has a convex row and a concave row extending in the longitudinal direction on a portion thereof facing the box pin; the insert pin has a concave portion formed between a side surface on an upper side of the projection and an opposite portion contacting the convex row and the concave row of the insert pin so that the concave portion continuously extends from the side surface on the upper side.
Therefore, when the insert pin is inserted into the reverse opening slider, the front end of the insert pin can be prevented from colliding with the locking claw of the reverse opening slider, so that the front end of the insert pin can be effectively guided, thereby achieving smooth insertion.
Preferably, protruding portions for preventing the reverse opening slider from falling off are protrusively provided on the front ends of the front and rear faces of the box pin.
Therefore, the box pin and the engaged insert pin are accommodated in the main body of the reverse opening slider without being exposed to the outside, so that there is no fear that the box pin and the insert pin may be caught by other parts to be damaged, and therefore, a good appearance of the slide fastener can be achieved.
Further, it is preferable that a concave portion is formed in an inner surface of the shoulder port of the slider opened reversely, and the convex portion is formed so as to be able to contact with the concave portion.
Therefore, the box pin can be reliably accommodated in the body of the reverse opening slider, and therefore, the box pin and the engaged insert pin can be easily accommodated in the body, so that the box pin and the insert pin can be completely hidden.
Preferably, the locking pawls are provided to project in portions of respective inner surfaces of the upward-opening slider and the reverse-opening slider, grooves engaged with the locking pawls are provided in the box pin and the insert pin, and the grooves are concavely provided on opposite surfaces of the box pin and the insert pin, respectively
Therefore, a separable bottom end stop capable of performing excellent operations and obtaining excellent effects can be realized, and the effects obtained by the present invention are very remarkable.

Detailed Description
In the separable bottom end stop for a slide fastener according to the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 7, fasteners 37 of a single member composed of a thermoplastic resin are mounted on side edges of fastener tapes 3 constituting fastener stringers 2 in a slide fastener 1 by an injection molding device, and a reinforcing tape is joined to a space portion formed by removing the fasteners of the slide fastener. Then, a substantially rectangular box pin 5 is mounted on one of the spaced portions by an injection molding device using a thermoplastic resin, and at the same time, a substantially rectangular insert pin 6 is mounted on the other spaced portion.
As for the structure of the box pin 5, a protrusion 10 protruding in a triangular shape is provided on the outer side of the base end portion, that is, on an opposing face 12 opposing the insert pin 6. In addition, the side 11 on the upper side of the projection 10 guides the insertion pin 6, while the side 11 on the lower side is in contact with the diamond-shaped portion 28 of the reverse opening slider 8. A projecting opposing portion 16 that engages with the rows of projections and recesses 23 provided on the insert pin 6 is formed on an upper portion of the opposing face 12 of the box pin 5, and a recessed portion 15 that is recessed in a concave shape is formed between the opposing portion 16 and the projection 10. Further, convex portions 14 are provided on the front and rear corner portions of the box pin 5 provided with the protrusions 10, so that the reverse opening slider 8 is brought into contact with the convex portions 14, thereby preventing the reverse opening slider 8 from falling off from the box pin 5. The triangular projection 10 here is triangular, but of course it also includes the case where at least one of the two sides on the upper and lower sides is curved outwardly or inwardly.
When the box pin 5 is disposed on the left side with respect to the slide fastener 1, a groove 13 is provided in the surface of the box pin 5 at a portion corresponding to the locking claw 30 provided on the slider 8 which opens reversely, so that the locking claw 30 can be reliably accommodated in the groove 13.
As for the structure of the insert pin 6, the side face facing the box pin 5 is formed in a linear shape, and the rows of projections and recesses 23 that engage with the projecting opposing portions 16 provided in the box pin 5 are formed on the outer side of the tip end of the insert pin 6. The outside corner of the insert pin 6, when facing the box pin 5, is chamfered to form the chamfered portion 20, and the outside corner is located below the rows of projections and recesses 23 so as to avoid the locking claw 30 of the reverse opening slider 8 from hitting the insert pin 6 when the insert pin 6 is inserted.
In the case of using the insert pin 6 in the right insertion type bottom end stop, a groove 22 capable of accommodating a locking pawl 30 provided on the reverse opening slider 8 is provided on the surface opposite to the surface having the chamfered portion 20, and in addition, the side face portion 21 is formed by chamfering the inside corner at the front end of the insert pin 6. Therefore, the insertion operation of the insertion pin 6 to the upward opening slider 7 and the reverse opening slider 8 is facilitated.
(first embodiment)
Hereinafter, the separable bottom end stop for the slide fastener according to the present invention will be described. According to the first embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 7, in the separable bottom end stop for a slide fastener, a fastener 37 of a single member is mounted on an expanded core thread 40 with respect to a fastener tape 3, so that the core thread is fixed on a side edge of the fastener tape 3 constituting a fastener stringer 2 in the slide fastener 1 by an injection molding device using a thermoplastic resin such as polyamide, polyacetal, polypropylene, and polybutylene terephthalate. Then, a space portion is formed by removing the fastener elements 37 at a certain interval from the slide fastener 1 provided with the fastener elements 37, and the reinforcing tape is bonded to the space portion by using a resin film such as polyamide and polyacetal. Thus, a substantially rectangular box pin 5 is formed on the reinforcing tape on one fastener half 2 by injection molding with resin, while a substantially rectangular insert pin 6 is formed on the other fastener half 2 by injection molding.
A protrusion 10 protruding in a triangular shape is provided on the outer side of the bottom end of the box pin 5 (i.e., on the opposing surface 12 opposing the insert pin 6). The side face 11 on the upper side of the projection 10 (the upper side means the side on which the fastener 37 is mounted on the fastener tape 3) guides the leading end of the insert pin 6 in the direction away from the box pin 5, while the side face 11 on the lower side comes into contact with the inner surface of the diamond-shaped portion 28 of the reverse opening slider 8 mounted on the fastener stringer 2. The apex of the intersection of the upper and lower sides 11 is preferably located on the side of the insertion pin 6 with respect to the apex of the diamond-shaped portion 28 of the reverse opening slider 8. On the upper part of the opposing face 12 of the box pin 5, there is formed an opposing portion 16 provided with a close array capable of engaging with the male and female arrays 23 provided on the opposing face 12 of the insert pin 6. A concave portion 15 is formed between the opposing portion 16 and the projection 10, the entire surface of the concave portion 15 is concave with respect to the surface of the box pin 5, and, when the insert pin 6 is inserted, the concave portion 15 guides the insert pin 6 to be inserted into the box pin 5 stably arranged in the reverse opening slider 8. Therefore, the insertion of the tip of the insertion pin 6 is not blocked by the collision with the box pin 5. Meanwhile, the side 11 may be circular, and is not necessarily limited to a linear shape.
On the inner side of the bottom end of the box pin 5 (i.e., on the inner side of the edge portion of the fastener tape 3), protrusions 14 protruding outward are provided on the front and rear corner portions. The step portion formed by the concave portion 29 of the reverse opening slider 8 attached to the fastener stringer 2 comes into contact with the projection 14, thereby preventing the reverse opening slider 8 from being disengaged from the box pin 5 and falling off from the fastener stringer 2. When the box pin 5 is disposed on the left side of the slide fastener 1, by providing the groove 13 having a concave shape in a part of the surface of the box pin 5 (the part corresponding to the locking claw 30 of the automatic locking mechanism provided in the slider 8 which is opened reversely), the locking claw 30 is accurately and easily accommodated in the groove 13.
The opposing face 12 of the insertion pin 6 facing the box pin 5 is formed in a linear shape, and the convex and concave rows 23 engaged with the opposing portion 16 protrudingly provided on the box pin 5 are formed on the opposing face 12 at the tip end portion of the insertion pin 6, and the corner portion of the insertion pin 6 on the same side where the groove 13 is formed in the box pin 5 is chamfered between the convex and concave rows 23 and the front end of the insertion pin 6, so that the chamfered portion 20 is formed, and therefore, the locking claw 30 of the automatic locking mechanism can be avoided when the insertion pin 6 is inserted into the upward opening slider 7 and the reverse opening slider 8.
In the case where the insert pin 6 is used for a bottom end stop of the right insertion type, that is, as shown in fig. 7, on the face opposite to the chamfered portion 20 formed on the insert pin 6, a groove 22 recessed concavely and capable of accommodating a locking claw 30 of an automatic lock mechanism provided on the reverse opening slider 8 is provided in the surface of the insert pin 6. In addition, as shown in fig. 2, a side surface portion 21 is formed by chamfering a corner portion inside the front end of the insert pin 6. The provision of the side portions 21 facilitates the insertion operation of the insertion pin 6 into the upward opening slider 7 and the reverse opening slider 8 mounted on the slide fastener 1. In particular, in the case of the right insertion form shown in fig. 7, the insertion pin 6 can be easily inserted through the guided locking claw 30 of the reverse opening slider 8 to lift the locking claw.
As shown in fig. 6, the upward opening slider 7 and the reverse opening slider 8 used in the present invention are formed of the same type of slider. In each of the sliders 7 and 8, the upper and lower plates 27 are connected to the main body 26 through diamond portions 28, mounting posts 33 are erected at front and rear portions of the upper plate 27, and a pawl hole 34 enabling the locking pawl 30 provided on the pawl lever 31 to project into the main body 26 is provided between the mounting posts 33. The body 26 swingably supports one end of the claw lever 31 on the shoulder opening side of the body 26 between the front and rear mounting posts 33, and the pivot shaft of the pull piece 36 is disposed below the intermediate portion of the claw lever 31 to fix the spring 32 and the cover 35 to the mounting posts 33 from above. Recesses 29 having a smaller thickness than the other portions are formed on the sides of the diamond-shaped portions 28 of the upper and lower plates 27, and the projecting portions 14 of the box pin 5 enter the recesses 29. Meanwhile, the recess 29 may be provided only on the side surface of the box pin 5. The reverse opening slider 8 may be a special one. In this particular slider, the two sides of the body are parallel to each other, having a square shape as viewed from the front side (upper side), and a recess capable of receiving the upward-opening slider is formed at the top end of the slider.
To explain the use of the separable bottom end stop for the slide fastener, a top end stop is mounted on the core thread 40 by resin by an injection molding device so as to be connected to the fastener 37 of one fastener stringer 2 (for example, the fastener stringer 2 provided with the box pin 5) of the slide fastener 1, thereby preventing the slider 7 opened upward from coming off together with the top end stop on the side of the insert pin 6. Of course, a metal material may be used for the top end stop. In addition, a top end stopper is mounted on the core wire 40 so as to be connected to the fastener 37 of the other fastener stringer 2 (for example, the fastener stringer 2 provided with the insert pin 6), thereby preventing the slider 7 opened upward from coming off together with the top end stopper on the box pin 5 side.
First, the slider 8 to be opened reversely is attached to the box pin 5 from the top end stopper side of the fastener stringer 2 provided with the box pin 5. Next, an upward opening slider 7 is attached from the top end stopper side of the fastener stringer 2 and overlapped with a reverse opening slider 8 mounted on the box pin 5. In this state, first, as shown in fig. 3, the fastener stringer 2 provided with the insert pin 6 is inserted into the upward opening slider 7 and the reverse opening slider 8 with the insert pin 6, and in the next operation, in the state shown in fig. 4, the fastener stringer 2 is inserted. Thereafter, the slide fastener 1 is closed by sliding the slider 7 opened upward.
To open the slide fastener 1, the upward opening slider 7 is overlapped with the reverse opening slider 8 provided at the end of the slide fastener 1, and then the insert pin 6 is pulled out from the reverse opening slider 8 and the upward opening slider 7 so that the slide fastener 1 can be opened to the right and left fastener stringers 2. Further, by sliding the slider 8 which is opened in the reverse direction in the direction of the top end stopper, the slide fastener 1 can be opened from the box pin 5 and the insert pin 6 side, and therefore, the slide fastener 1 can be opened from both sides.
(second embodiment)
According to a second embodiment shown in fig. 8, a separable bottom end stop for a slide fastener shows an improvement of the box pin 5 mounted on the fastener stringer 2, with respect to the structure of the box pin 5, the box pin 5 mounted on the core thread 40 of the fastener tape 3 with resin by injection molding is in a substantially rectangular shape, and a projecting opposite portion 16 is provided on the opposite face 12 to the insert pin 6 of the box pin 5 on the upper side of the box pin 5, which can engage with the male and female rows 23 provided on the insert pin 6, at the bottom end portion of the box pin 5, protrusions 10 protruding in a triangular shape are provided on the opposing face 12, and convex portions 14 are provided on the front and rear corner portions, and is provided with a recess 13 capable of receiving the locking pawl 30 of the automatic locking mechanism the box pin 5 of this embodiment differs from the box pin 5 of the previous embodiment in that: there is no recess between the counter portion 16 and the protrusion 10 on the counter face 12.
A slide fastener having a separable bottom end stop for the slide fastener of the present invention at the end of the slide fastener can be used at the button covering of the garment, the opening portion of the garment, and the opening and closing portion of each product such as a bag.
Claims (7)
1. A slide fastener having two sliders of an upward opening slider (7) and a reverse opening slider (8) which are disposed so that rear mouths of the sliders face each other, the slide fastener being openable and closable from both ends of the slide fastener, characterized in that:
as a separable bottom end stop on at least one end of the slide fastener, the slide fastener comprises a box pin (5) and an insert pin (6),
a projection (10) projecting from an opposing face (12) is formed at the free end of the box pin (5), the opposing face (12) facing the insert pin (6), an
The protrusion (10) has side faces (11) on the free end side and on the opposite side thereof in the longitudinal direction of the box pin (5), each of these side faces being formed as an inclined face inclined toward the insert pin (6).
2. The zipper of claim 1, wherein: the position of the projection (10) closest to the insertion pin (6) is located on a straight line connecting the apex of the diamond-shaped portion (28) of the upward opening slider (7) and the apex of the diamond-shaped portion (28) of the reverse opening slider (8), or on the insertion pin (6) side with respect to the apex of the diamond-shaped portion (28) of the reverse opening slider (8).
3. The zipper of claim 1, wherein: the side (11) of the projection (10) on the free end side of the box pin (5) is formed such that it faces the diamond-shaped section (28) of the reverse opening slider (8) when the box pin (5) is inserted into the reverse opening slider (8).

The zipper of claim 1, wherein: the insert pin (6) has a convex row and a concave row (23), the convex row and the concave row (23) are formed on a part facing the box pin, and the convex row and the concave row (23) extend in parallel along the length direction; the box pin (5) has a recessed portion (15) on the opposite side to the inserted pin, the recessed portion (15) being provided between a side face (11) opposite to the free end of the box pin of the protrusion (10) and an opposite portion (16) in contact with the rows of protrusions and recesses (23), and the recessed portion (15) continuously extends from the side face (11) to the opposite portion (16) on the opposite side to the free end of the box pin.
5. The zipper of claim 1, wherein: a projecting portion (14) for preventing the slider (8) for reverse opening from coming off is provided projecting on the free end portion of the box pin (5), and the projecting portion (14) is provided on both upper and lower faces in a direction orthogonal to the fastener tape of the box pin (5).
6. The zipper of claim 5, wherein: a recess (29) is formed in an inner surface of a shoulder opening of the reverse opening slider (8), and a convex portion (14) for preventing the reverse opening slider (8) from falling off is formed so as to be capable of contacting the recess (29).
7. The zipper of claim 1, wherein: a locking claw (30) is provided so as to protrude in portions of respective inner surfaces of the upward opening slider (7) and the reverse opening slider (8), grooves (13, 22) to be engaged with the locking claw (30) are provided in the box pin (5) and the insert pin (6), and the grooves (13, 22) are provided concavely on opposite surfaces of the box pin (5) and the insert pin (6), respectively.
