Description
The invention relates to a gas outlet with a housing which has an input plug for making a fixed connection of the gas outlet to a fixed gas line mounted on a wall and a locking device for connecting a gas outlet socket, whereby the locking device, when the gas outlet socket is connected, only releases the internal gas path after an external seal has been produced.
Gas outlets are used to connect a fixed gas line in a building to a gas-operated appliance, such as a household heater or a clothes dryer, and allow easy connection of gas consumers to the gas line.
A gas-connector is described in DE 100 61 653 C1 as a type of gas-connector consisting of a base with an integrated input plug to provide a fixed connection to the gas line installed in place, an output plug bolted into the base and a base plate enclosing the outer shell of the output support at a defined distance to accommodate the gas connector and otherwise bolted to the base plate. The base plate also serves as a wall-protection device to which it is also attached. On the base plate there is a gate plate which, when discharged by means of a separate gas-connector, provides a further protection against the gas-connector opening, at least one of which is a free-standing gate, which is used to prevent the gas-connector from opening. This is a first step in the process of opening the gas-connector.
Another solution described in DE 101 51 995 C1 is a gas outlet which provides a position adjustment of the gas outlet to the outer surface of the wall and thus compensates for position deviations to the fixed gas line. The gas outlet has a housing, a locking device and a fastener. The housing has an outlet for making a fixed connection of the outlet to a fixed downlink. The outlet is used to connect a gas outlet socket, which, after a certain external density has been obtained, first releases the gas into the inner tube. The outlet is fitted with a spring which releases the gas at its end to the T-section of the wall. The outlet is connected to the wall by a gas-discharge line, which is used to prevent the gas from flowing outwards. The outlet is connected to the wall by a flue, which is used to release the gas from the T-section of the wall. The outlet is connected to the wall by a flue, which is connected to the wall by a flue, which is connected to the wall by a flue, and the outlet is connected to the wall by a flue, which is connected to the wall by a flue, which is connected to the wall.
The disadvantage of these two solutions is that they can only be used as so-called sub-plug outlets. However, especially in subsequent considerations regarding the use of a gas appliance, the necessary placement of the gas line within the wall, if any, is only possible with very high effort and cost. In such cases, therefore, the gas line is usually placed on the wall and thus requires a gas outlet as a plug outlet.
A further version of a gas outlet is described in DE 35 19 933 A1. The gas outlet has a tubular gas-passage body which can be rotated in the housing to accommodate a gas connection plug and an input channel which is directed at right angles to the gas-passage body. The barrier organ consists of a sphere which can be rotated around the longitudinal axis of the gas-passage body with a rectangular ball channel. The input end of the gas-passage body protrudes into the output end of the ball channel and is mounted with the ball-mounted rotor. The ball is located with its longitudinal arrangement of the input channel diametrically opposite two elastic diameters of the gas-passage body, one of which is placed in a row opposite the input diameters of the ball-passage.
This solution is a plug-in, but the disadvantage is that the visible area of the gas outlet is also installed when the installation is completed, which carries the risk that the work still needed to complete a room may cause damage, such as scratches, which may affect the decorative appearance of the gas outlet.
The present invention is based on the problem of developing a gas outlet of the above-mentioned type which can be used as a plug-in version, the purpose of which is to enable the final installation of the outer visible area of the gas outlet only after the final technical completion of the installation site, for example a room, and to enable the replacement of the outer visible area of the gas outlet without any major effort.
The problem is solved by the fact that the gas outlet has a housing, a locking device, a holding element and an open front cover. The housing has an input support for making a fixed connection of the gas outlet to a wall-mounted gas line. The locking device is used to connect a gas connection plug, whereby it releases the inside after an external seal is made. The gas outlet is inserted into the housing through a tube-slip longitudinal screw. The housing is secured in the mounted element, which is attached to the wall. The locking element of the gas outlet is mounted in the opposite direction.
The solution was thus found to eliminate the above-mentioned disadvantages of the state of the art. The gas outlet can be connected to gas pipes subsequently installed on the wall, with the outer visible part of the gas outlet only having to be installed after the installation site has been completed.
In order to facilitate the positioning of the outer visible parts of the gas outlet between the gas-tight housing and the housing, it is advantageous to have at least a partially circular gate on the front of the cover facing the gas-tight housing, which, if the gas-tight housing is fixed, is inserted into the housing.
The gas outlet according to the invention is described below in an example of an embodiment.
The gas outlet of the invention has a housing 1 which has an integrated intake nozzle 2 arranged perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the housing 1 in this example, which in this case is fitted with an inner wind to make a fixed connection of the gas outlet to a fixed gas line 3. It is understood that the connection may be formed, for example, as a press connection, etc. The gas inlet formed by the nozzle 2 leads to a room 4 in which a gas flow controller 5 is pressed in after the entrance gas.
In the immediate vicinity of a front opening 6 of housing 1 chamber 4 has a nut 7 interrupted in the area of a gap 8.
In chamber 4 of housing 1 there is a bulkhead 11 through opening 6 which is attached to the gas-tightness device 10 and has at its end in housing 1 a loop 12 with a circular nut containing an O-ring 13 over which the necessary external gas tightness is ensured. On its side opposite the housing 1, loop 12 is bounded by a restnut 14 separated by a loop 15 serving as a plug from a connecting loop 16 to the gas outlet to accommodate a gas connection. Two O-rings 17 on the outer perimeter of the outlet 16 serve to provide the external gas tightness.
The valve body 11 forms, with its inner contour, a valve seat 18 for a valve 19 whose valve body 20 is mounted longitudinally to the axis of the valve 11 and thus also to the valve seat 18 on a guide 21.
A base plate 25 still part of the gas-tightness system 10 has a tubular dome 26 which covers the outer surface of the outlet support 16 at a distance required by the gas socket.
A top-shaped support 29 is attached to a wall 28 with its back in a familiar way, for example by means of screws and nozzles not shown. The interior of the support 29 is designed to support the housing 1 and, in this example, the dome 26 in order to increase stiffness. In particular, from a technical point of view, it therefore provides a rectangular cross-section for the housing 1 and the dome 26 and thus also for the inner control of the support 29. Furthermore, the support 29 is open on one side to allow the introduction of the support 2. In order to secure this support 29 in a more secure way, a guard 1 is mounted on the wall 29 above the support 29 in the area adjacent to the support 30 in the wall 2.
The hood 32 has two holes on its front side for the reception of fastening bolts 34 which are bolted to it by means of thread holes in the support element 29 and a long hole 33, behind which the gas outlet of the base support 16 is located behind part of the long hole 33.
There are further functional elements between the hood 32 and the base plate 25. The function is known to the expert and is not essential to the invention.
In addition, between wall 28 and the gas-tightness 10 there is a frontal open cover 35 which has an additional side opening 36 for its passage in the area of the entry support 2 and which is open on both sides, while the cover 35 is free to move and remove in the absence of the gas-tightness 10 as is the case after installation of the gas line 3 with the housing 1 and the attached support 29 but when the gas-tightness 10 is fixed to the support 29, i.e. when the gas-tightness is completed, it is fixed between wall 28 and the gas-tightness 10 and, in particular, when the cover is angular, the position between the gas-tightness 35 and the support 10 is fixed in the same direction without any need to determine the position of the gas-tightness 35 and the support 10 and the frontal protection 37 is fixed in the same direction.
For optical reasons in particular, the residual gap in the opening 36 created by the filling of the gas outlet in the cover 35 can be closed by an additional retractable closure 39.
