Claims (15)
- Méthode d'amélioration de la qualité d'impression dans un procédé de fabrication d'une bande pour des capteurs électrochimiques, dans laquelle ledit procédé de fabrication de bande comprend au moins un poste d'impression adapté pour imprimer des enzymes sur un substrat mobile, ledit procédé de fabrication de bande comprenant les étapes suivantes :→ le déplacement continu dudit substrat à travers ledit procédé ;→ le dépôt d'une encre enzymatique sur ledit substrat à travers un procédé d'impression sérigraphique, où l'encre est déposée sur un côté supérieur de ladite trame et poussée à travers ledit côté supérieur sur ledit substrat positionné adjacent à un côté inférieur de ladite trame ;→ l'humidification de l'air sur ledit côté supérieur de ladite trame à une première humidité relative ;→ l'humidification de l'air sur ledit côté inférieur de ladite trame à une seconde humidité relative.
- Méthode d'amélioration de la qualité d'impression dans un procédé de fabrication de bande selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle ladite première humidité relative est entre quatre-vingt-cinq et quatre-vingt-quinze pour cent.
- Méthode d'amélioration de la qualité d'impression dans un procédé de fabrication de bande selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle ladite première humidité relative est entre quatre-vingt-sept et quatre-vingt-huit pour cent.
- Méthode d'amélioration de la qualité d'impression dans un procédé de fabrication de bande selon la revendication 3, dans laquelle ladite première humidité relative est quatre-vingt-sept pour cent et soixante-neuf centièmes.
- Méthode d'amélioration de la qualité d'impression dans un procédé de fabrication de bande selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle ladite seconde humidité relative est entre quatre-vingt-cinq et quatre-vingt-quinze pour cent.
- Méthode d'amélioration de la qualité d'impression dans un procédé de fabrication de bande selon la revendication 5, dans laquelle ladite seconde humidité relative est entre quatre-vingt-sept et quatre-vingt-huit pour cent.
- Méthode d'amélioration de la qualité d'impression dans un procédé de fabrication de bande selon la revendication 6, dans laquelle ladite seconde humidité relative est quatre-vingt-sept pour cent et soixante-neuf centièmes.
- Méthode d'amélioration de la qualité d'impression dans un procédé de fabrication d'une bande pour des capteurs électrochimiques, dans laquelle ledit procédé de fabrication de bande comprend au moins un poste d'impression adaptépour imprimer des enzymes sur un substrat mobile, ledit procédé de fabrication de bande comprenant les étapes suivantes :→ le déplacement continu dudit substrat à travers ledit procédé ;* le dépôt d'une encre enzymatique sur ledit substrat à travers un procédé d'impression sérigraphique, où l'encre est déposée sur un côté supérieur de ladite trame et poussée à travers ledit côté supérieur sur ledit substrat positionné adjacent à un côté inférieur de ladite trame ;→ le contrôle de la chaleur et de l'humidité sur la surface supérieure et inférieure de la trame, de telle sorte qu'elle soit maintenue à une première température déterminée ; et→ l'humidification dudit air à une première humidité relative.
- Méthode d'amélioration de la qualité d'impression dans un procédé de fabrication de bande selon la revendication 8, dans laquelle ladite première humidité relative est entre quatre-vingt-cinq et quatre-vingt-quinze pour cent et ladite première température prédéterminée est entre dix-huit et vingt-deux degrés centigrades.
- Méthode d'amélioration de la qualité d'impression dans un procédé de fabrication de bande selon la revendication 9, dans laquelle ladite première humidité relative est entre quatre-vingt-sept et quatre-vingt-huit pour cent et ladite première température prédéterminée est entre dix-huit et vingt-deux degrés centigrades.
- Méthode d'amélioration de la qualité d'impression dans un procédé de fabrication de bande selon la revendication 10, dans laquelle ladite première humidité relative est quatre-vingt-sept pour cent et soixante-neuf centièmes et ladite première température prédéterminée est de vingt degrés centigrades et cinquante-neuf centièmes.
- Méthode d'amélioration de la qualité d'impression dans un procédé de fabrication de bande selon la revendication 11, dans laquelle ledit substrat est refroidi à une seconde température prédéterminée avant ladite étape de dépôt.
- Méthode d'amélioration de la qualité d'impression dans un procédé de fabrication de bande selon la revendication 12, dans laquelle ledit substrat est refroidi à une température de dix-huit degrés centigrades avant ladite étape de dépôt.
- Méthode d'amélioration de la qualité d'impression dans un procédé de fabrication de bande selon la revendication 8, dans laquelle ledit substrat est refroidi à une seconde température prédéterminée avant ladite étape de dépôt.
- Méthode d'amélioration de la qualité d'impression dans un procédé de fabrication de bande selon la revendication 14, dans laquelle ledit substrat est refroidi à une température de dix-huit degrés centigrades avant ladite étape de dépôt.
