Description

Waterproof member for lower side portion of opening portion and construction structure using the same
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a waterproof member to be attached to a lower portion of an opening in construction around the opening of a window or the like of an exterior wall of a building, and more particularly, to a waterproof member to be attached to a lower portion of an opening in construction in which a new exterior finishing member is attached to an existing exterior wall and is modified, and a construction structure of the lower portion of the opening using the waterproof member.
Background
When a new decorative panel is attached to the outer wall surface in order to reform an existing building, when an opening such as a window is formed in the outer wall surface, it is necessary to perform construction so that the decorative panel is not positioned in the opening, in the case where the decorative plate is a long-sized exterior trim such as a lightweight concrete plate, in general, in view of the fact that the side end surface or cut wood section of the exterior garnish is certainly insufficient in waterproof property and poor in appearance, it is not preferable to place the four peripheral surfaces of the newly formed opening portion as it is in the modified building, and it is necessary to cover the end surface portion of the newly attached exterior garnish by some means.
Then, decorative members are attached to the peripheral surfaces of the opening portion so as to cover the end surface portions of the exterior garnish (see, for example, JP 3459405 a and JP 2002-188279 a), fig. 10 is a perspective view showing the construction structure around the opening portion described in JP 3459405 a, and decorative members 40A, 40B, 40c, and 30A are attached to the peripheral surfaces of the opening portion 60 so as to cover the end surface portions of the exterior garnish B. Fig. 11 is a cross-sectional view showing a lower side portion vicinity of an opening 60 in an enlarged manner, a conventional wall W is provided with a slat 53 mounted on a main body 51 of a building, an outer wall a made of a mortar wall or the like is treated by the slat 53, a window frame 50 is mounted on a periphery of the opening 60 by a sealing material 55 and a support 56, as a modification of the periphery of the conventional opening 60, a wale 3 having a certain thickness is fixed to the outer wall a by striking with nails 5 along the periphery of the opening 60 as compared with a case of a usual use, decorative members 40A, 40b, 40c, 30A are fixed to the wale 3 by the nails 5, and a covering member 6 made of a steel plate having an L-shaped cross-section is mounted so as to cover an inner side surface (wood cross-sectional end surface) of the fixed wale 3.
Of the decorative members 40A, 40B, 40c, 30A, the decorative member 30A attached to the lower side portion of the opening portion 60 functions as a waterproof member that prevents rainwater and the like from entering the inside of the exterior garnish (hereinafter, "decorative member 30A" is referred to as "waterproof member 30A"). a plate pressing portion 36 is formed inside the front surface portion 35 of the waterproof member 30A, and the plate pressing portion 36 comes into contact with the surface of the exterior garnish B, whereby rainwater and the like do not enter the inside of the exterior garnish B.
As another example of such a waterproof member, there is known a type as shown in fig. 12 (refer to JP 2004-176350A) in which, in the waterproof member 30B, although the plate pressing portion 36 visible on the waterproof member 30A shown in fig. 11 is not provided, instead of this, the inclined surface portion 32 of the waterproof member 30B is extended to a large size outside the exterior garnish B, whereby a sufficient space is provided between the front surface portion 33 at the front end of the waterproof member 30B and the exterior garnish B, whereby rainwater falling down along the front surface portion 33 of the waterproof member 30B is prevented from blowing in and invading into the back surface side of the exterior garnish B.
As still another example of the waterproof member, there is known a type shown in fig. 13 (see JP 3234198 a), in which a plate pressing portion 36 formed inside a front surface portion 33 of the waterproof member 30C is brought into contact with the surface of a garnish B in the same manner as the waterproof member 30A shown in fig. 11, so that rainwater or the like does not enter the interior of the garnish B, and in which a spare front surface portions 33B and 33C are provided inside the front surface portion 33a, and a part of the waterproof member 30C is cut in accordance with the thickness of the garnish B and then used.
Disclosure of Invention
The waterproof member 30A shown in fig. 11 prevents water from entering by contacting the plate pressing portion 36 with the exterior garnish B, and the dimension of the distance between the imaginary plane including the fixing portion 31 and the front end of the plate pressing portion 36 is determined to be equal to the thickness of the exterior garnish B to be formed, so that the exterior garnish not suitable for this dimension cannot be used, and the exterior garnish to be mounted is restricted.
Further, if the conventional window frame 50 is extended outside the outer wall a around the window frame as shown in fig. 11, there is no problem because the joint portion between the outer wall a and the wale 3 attached to the surface thereof is covered with the window frame 50, however, in the case where the conventional window frame is an internally installed window frame, the joint portion between the outer wall a and the wale 3 attached to the surface thereof is not covered with the window frame and is exposed to the outside because the outer wall a is extended outside the window frame, and rainwater or the like enters from the vicinity of the joint portion, and therefore, in the case where the conventional window frame is an internally installed window frame, the waterproof member 30A cannot be used.
In the case of the waterproof member 30B shown in fig. 12, since the plate pressing portion 36 formed on the waterproof member 30 of fig. 11 is not provided, the thickness of the exterior garnish B usable depending on the position of the plate pressing portion 36 is not limited, however, in order for the waterproof member 30B to effectively exhibit the waterproof function, a space of 30mm or more must be provided between the front surface portion 33 and the surface of the exterior garnish B.
Further, since the waterproof member 30B includes the cover 34, and the cover 34 covers the upper end of the wale 3 to which the waterproof member is attached, it is not necessary to attach the covering member 6 for covering the wale 3 separately as in the waterproof member 30A of fig. 11, and the construction work is saved, however, like the waterproof member 30A of fig. 11, in the case where the existing window frame is an interior frame, the joint portion between the exterior wall a and the wale 3 attached to the surface thereof is exposed to the outside, and therefore, the waterproof member 30B of fig. 12 cannot be used in the case where the existing window frame is an interior frame.
In the case of the waterproof member 30C shown in fig. 13, an operation of cutting a part of the waterproof member 30C in accordance with the thickness of the exterior garnish B to be used is required, and the construction is troublesome, and a part of the member is discarded, which results in high cost.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a waterproof member which is used for a lower portion of an opening portion of a building and can always secure a sufficient distance between an exterior garnish and a front portion of the waterproof member regardless of a construction structure around the opening portion and a thickness of the exterior garnish attached around the opening portion.
The waterproof member of the present invention is a waterproof member to be attached to a lower side portion of an opening portion of a building, and is characterized by comprising a fixing portion to be fixed to a building body side, an inclined surface portion extending obliquely downward from a lower end of the fixing portion to a surface side, and a front surface portion extending downward from a lower end of the inclined surface portion, wherein the inclined surface portion has a mechanism capable of changing an extending width with respect to the fixing portion.
If the waterproof member of the present invention is used, by adjusting the projecting width of the opposite fixing portion in the slope portion, regardless of the construction structure around the opening of the building and the thickness of the exterior finishing member installed around the opening, a sufficient space can often be secured between the exterior garnish and the front portion of the waterproof member, for example, without providing a cross brace therebetween, even when a construction structure is formed in which the waterproof member is directly fixed to the outer wall or when a thick exterior trim is attached around the opening, therefore, the waterproof member of the present invention can be used for reforming existing walls of various structures, and at this time, the exterior trim mounted around the opening portion can be of various thicknesses.
In a preferred form, the above-mentioned inclined plane portion is formed of a 1 st inclined plane portion connected to the above-mentioned fixing portion and a 2 nd inclined plane portion connected to the front face portion, and a clamping portion is provided on the lower face side of the 1 st inclined plane portion, the clamping portion slidably clamping the 2 nd inclined plane portion between the 1 st inclined plane portion, thereby forming the above-mentioned mechanism the waterproof member of the present invention can easily adjust the projecting width of the opposite fixing portion in the inclined plane portion by changing the projecting width of the inclined plane portion by a simple means, and by changing the projecting width of the 2 nd inclined plane portion with respect to the 1 st inclined plane portion, further, the clamping portion can form various means on condition that the projecting width of the 2 nd inclined plane portion with respect to the 1 st inclined plane portion is adjusted in a state of clamping the 2 nd inclined plane portion between it and the 1 st inclined plane portion, for example, in an embodiment described later, a substrate portion as a portion receiving the 2 nd inclined plane portion is provided on the clamping portion, however, the holding portion may be constituted only by holding the minimum necessary member without providing such a receiving portion.
In a preferred embodiment, the clamping portion is constituted by a substrate portion extending from the lower end of the fixing portion on the lower surface side of the 1 st inclined surface portion, and a pressure-bonding portion formed by bending the front end of the substrate portion upward to be in pressure-bonding contact with the lower surface of the 1 st inclined surface portion, and the 2 nd inclined surface portion is clamped between the pressure-bonding portion and the 1 st inclined surface portion in a state where at least a part thereof is received between the substrate portion and the 1 st inclined surface portion.
In this aspect, even when a pulling force acts in a direction to separate the 1 st and 2 nd inclined surface portions from each other, the bent portion of the 2 nd inclined surface portion is hooked on the pressure-bonding portion of the clamping portion, so that the 1 st and 2 nd inclined surface portions can be prevented from being separated from each other, and particularly, if the vicinity of the tip of the bent portion of the 2 nd inclined surface portion is pressed against the substrate portion of the clamping portion, the clamped state of the 2 nd inclined surface portion is more stable, and the adjustment of the projecting width with respect to the 1 st inclined surface portion can be more smoothly performed.
According to the present invention, by adjusting the extension width of the inclined surface portion of the waterproof member, even in the case of mounting the exterior garnish having a large thickness, a sufficient distance can be maintained between the exterior garnish and the front surface portion of the waterproof member, and in addition, various methods can be employed for fixing the extension width of the inclined surface portion with respect to the fixing portion, but for example, an operation of attaching an adhesive tape along the boundary line between the holding portion and the 2 nd inclined surface portion, or the like can be performed.
In the present embodiment, the waterproof member is directly fixed to the existing outer wall without performing the work of attaching the wale 3 and the covering member 34 to the existing outer wall a as in the construction structure shown in fig. 9 and 10, and therefore, the construction is easy.
In the present aspect, even when the existing window frame is an interior window frame, the joint portion between the existing exterior wall and the wale attached to the surface thereof is covered with the waterproof member, and therefore, it is possible to prevent rainwater and the like from entering the joint portion.
As described above, the waterproof member of the present invention can be used as a waterproof member for the lower portion of the opening portion when reforming existing walls of various structures, and the exterior trim attached around the opening portion when reforming can be used as a member of various thicknesses.
