Claims (12)

  1. Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel (I): worin:
    R1 Wasserstoff, C1-C20-Alkyl, C3-C10-Cycloalkyl, C4-C20-Cycloalkylalkyl, Aryl, Arylalkyl ist oder die beiden Gruppen R1 bilden zusammen eine geradkettige oder cyclische C2-C10-Alkylengruppe oder ein ortho-disubstituiertes Arylen;
    R2 Wasserstoff, C1-C20-Alkyl, C3-C10-Cycloalkyl, C4-C20-Cycloalkylalkyl, Aryl oder Arylalkyl ist, gegebenenfalls substituiert mit funktionellen Gruppen, ausgewählt aus gegebenenfalls geschützten Carboxy-, Amino-, Formyl- oder Mercaptogruppen;
    R3, R4 und R5, die gleich oder verschieden sein können, Wasserstoff, C1-C20-Alkyl, C3-C10-Cycloalkyl, C4-C20-Cycloalkylalkyl, Aryl oder Arylalkyl sind;
    FG, die gleich oder verschieden sein können, Carboxy-, -PO3H2- oder -RP(O)OH-Gruppen sind, wobei R Wasserstoff, C1-C20-Alkyl, C3-C10-Cycloalkyl, C4-C20-Cycloalkylalkyl, Aryl oder Arylalkyl ist;
    und deren Chelate mit Gd(III) und Radioisotopen, ausgewählt aus 203Pb, 67Ga, 68Ga, 72As, 111In, 113In, 90Y, 97Ru, 62Cu, 64Cu, 52Fe, 52mMn, 140La, 175Yb, 153Sm, 166Ho, 149Pm, 177Lu, 142Pr, 159Gd, 212Bi, 47Sc, 149Pm, 67Cu, 111Ag, 199Au, 161Tb und 51Cr, ebenso Salze davon mit physiologisch verträglichen Basen oder Säuren.
  2. Verbindungen nach Anspruch 1, worin FG eine Carboxygruppe ist.
  3. Verbindungen nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, worin R2 Methyl, Alkyl wie im Anspruch 1 definiert oder Aryl ist, wobei beide gegebenenfalls substituiert sind mit gegebenenfalls geschützten Carboxy- oder Aminogruppen.
  4. Verbindungen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, worin R3 Wasserstoff ist, R4 Wasserstoff oder Methyl ist und R5 Wasserstoff ist.
  5. Verbindungen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, worin die zwei R1-Gruppen zusammen eine Alkylengruppe bilden.
  6. Verbindungen nach Anspruch 5, worin die beiden R1-Gruppen eine Ethylengruppe bilden.
  7. Chelate der Verbindungen der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 als MRI-Kontrastmittel.
  8. Chelate nach Anspruch 7 von Gd(3+).
  9. Chelate der Verbindungen der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 mit Radioisotopen als Radiotherapeutika oder Radiodiagnostika.
  10. Pharmazeutische oder diagnostische Zusammensetzungen, enthaltend die Chelate der Verbindungen der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 im Gemisch mit einem geeigneten Trägerstoff.
  11. Verbindungen der Formel (IX): worin die zwei R1-Gruppen eine geradkettige oder cyclische C2-C10-Alkylengruppe oder ein ortho-disubstituiertes Arylen bilden und R2 wie im Anspruch 1 definiert ist.
  12. Verbindungen der Formel (IX) nach Anspruch 11, worin die zwei R1-Gruppen Ethylen oder Propylen sind.
